In Reply To: Cojo's post @ Dec 31 2010, 11:16 PM With todays ann its CND looking as we said dividend fair value...4c = 80c....No need to rush in and buy but sellers dried up thinking why not get bank interest or better if you get franking credits. Any upping of dividends will see the SP move..That may be on the cards next half me thinks...Not by lots but a probability IMHO. Cheers Hawkeye |

In Reply To: HAWK7's post @ Dec 11 2010, 05:35 AM I've got to say I agree with Hawk regarding the price movements of CND. Business conditions are good and appear to be getting stronger, so I'm hoping for steady earnings growth from here, and with that, larger dividends. Wouldn't mind seeing share buy backs taking place either, but then again larger dividends would make me just as happy. Share buy back would only be worthwhile if completed at lower shareprices IMO. -------------------- YourWealthWatch.com.au

In Reply To: stellayue1's post @ Dec 10 2010, 09:32 AM Yep still here Stella.....I dropped some old and bought new for tax reasons at EOFY but still hold origonal number. IMHO people are valueing on dividends,,At 3c CND is worth 70c and thats where it sits. I am inclined given Moles history he is conservitave with forecasts and a 4c div is more likley in the near future. Others may agree and the trading patern around Early 70c suggests some accumulation for an uptick to 90c. Then hopefully with Moles style of management that built CND and gave those first very good years will return. I keep thinking back to how many CND fpos Moles bought with cash and still holds. But for now CND is after tax paying slightly better than cash in the bank Cheers Hawkeye |

In Reply To: HAWK7's post @ Apr 8 2010, 02:38 PM Of course pointer that may become a reliable indicator to an impending share price rise is to be aware of the timing of Geoffrey Moles purchases. His antenna seems to be about as good as it gets. |
