and to think versions of this company have been around since 2001. Covid 19 has helped redefine its profile.

The Company continues to invest in broadening its range of environmental hygiene products, with a singular capability to provide end to end solutions to its distributors and their customers worldwide.

The AerisGuard brand is increasingly being specified by customers worldwide, including the USA Army, Saudi Aramco, NSW Health, St Johns Ambulance and many more.

Aeris is now well capitalised, building its global leadership team, and successfully increasing its supply chain and production capacity internationally. The Company [has] capability to deal with the full spectrum of vectors of contamination with environmentally friendly product demonstration validated and approval residual properties provides a platform for growth well into the future.

Hi Macca,

Been watching this one for a few years now. Fundamentally a very good story, but IMO the only thing that will be of relevance to SP action are some big contract wins.

May be of relevance to the short term price icon14.gif

Sydney - Thursday - August 10: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Aeris Technologies (AEI) reports it has achieved a major technical
milestone in the development of its biofilm resistant polymers for a
range of environmental applications.
These new polymers (plastic resins) have been successfully
injection moulded and extruded in collaboration with the CSIRO, creating
a whole new class of self-disinfecting, biofilm resistant polymer
The AerisGuard Smart Surfaces are environmentally safe, non
toxic to humans and relatively low cost. Biofilm can occur in all
aqueous environments and is the habitat for bacteria (often including
Legionella species) and other harmful organisms.
The impacts on industry are far reaching, well known and costly.
These include corrosion to oil pipelines, water cooling systems
(for example water circuits in factories) and associated loss in
productivity (for example in paper mills, underground mines and
groundwater treatment plants).

Not just any indicator but a Keith Nielsen indicatorI believe AEI has plenty of potential going forward.

I expect some BIG news to flow over the next 6-12 months, have been accumulating at current prices, picked some more up this morning.

They have hired an investor relation firm to "re-introduce" AEI to the general investment market.

Also AEI is in current negotiation with a Multi-national in regards to market opportunities in the USA, is this 3M of USA, would be great to see a deal in the USA with 3M.

The deal with 3M Summutto in Japan will provide massive gains in the future. Japan is the second larget market for HVAC's in the world behind USA. Aeris now has approval in both countries.

This Biotech company has plenty of potential, with a market cap of only approx $55 million and no competition, what a hidden Gem .....

Hi Samson,

I know the founders and management of this company are very confident they are on a winner. A lot of shares came out of escrow last year, but there was absolutely NO insider selling.

The global distribution network has been rolled out and although there are long lead times to win contracts, the company should be making substantial profits soon.

Cheers D.

Should see some sp appreciation now Dee.

Part of today's announcement:

"The Company and its distribution partners are now in a position to bid for lucrative contracts in the USA and have already received very positive feedback from the market and expressions of interest from a number of large building owners. It is also important to note that this approval will now enable Aeris to gain early entry into the attractive food services and cold storage markets in the USA."

AEI sales manager and tech manager have recently been in the US organising promotional activities, highlighting the pro-activeness of management. Hopefully, this is the defining announcement for this little company with so much promise.
