delisted following compulsory acquisition of the Company by City Pacific Limited way back when : 10/01/2005

QIC now have 7.5% of ter. QIC seem to be supportive of ciy so this may give ciy its 50%

It looks like it may go ahead, because CIY has got 43% on board so far.
Something funny's goin on behind the scenes as there was a buy of 11666667 shares bought on the bell today by one buyer. Look out for an announcement soon!

Does anyone know what happens to shareholders that reject offer if CIY receive >50% (which it looks like they will) and delists TER??
