Merger with CCE looks a great deal for VSG. 1. for 7 VSG ( 7x1.9 = 13.3c) get 3 CCE (3x3.4 = 17.0 c ) 2 at CCE mar. cap @ 3.4 ard. $ 13m is about covered by net assets mostly cash. 3. plus CCE have a promising product " Recell " 4 plus sales infru. set up. 5 plus $20m of tax losses to c/fwd. And VSG get control ie 53 %. CCE are at end of road & can not stand another loss of $ 10 m this year Anticipate. |

Well VSG and CCE to merge!
I thought it was more than a coincidence that both went into halt before market yesterday. Lets see what Mr market says -------------------- LIVE BIG

I see reasonable profitability for this company, the board is now starting to put all the pieces together. I bought a handful of shares ages ago, and when my daughter had breathing difficulties recently we bought a...guess what? (breath-a-tech unit). It/Funhaler seems to have penetrated every corner of the globe nearly!!
Am guessing latest trading halt due to Germany or Japanese distribution agreement thanks to newest board member?? |

Hello OMS, Thanks for your insight. Currently VSG has solid support, however the price has dropped down a bit. I strongly believe that once the market relaises the potential of this stock they will re-rate this stock.... Patents spanning over 3 continents? Thats an achievement that not many biotechs can be proud of. I guess the company needs to do a better job of promoting their patents and success's that their distributors are having. It will all add up.... Cheers & enjoy the ride |
