Not much life in this old dog as far as price is concerned but there is movement at the station.

A quick check of the companies office shows change of addresses for Rubicon Forests and Arborgen the subisidary. One of them as recent as a week ago.
Doesn't change the caveat emptor message though.

They probably heard a rumour that the Reddit subgroup were going to target RBC.

I wonder why JP Morgan went cold on them. At the start of December they were filing daily SSH notices. In and out and all about. Then suddenly it just stopped and that was the end of that.

You kinda think that if forestry is such a failure for them, they might like to try dairy. Apparently Hughie n Lukie Luke have some extensive dairy interests. If I had extensive dairy interests and a go nowhere in 20 years forestry company on my hands I would try to sell out of them by listing it in to the forestry company.

Watch out for the MBO. These guys have picked the eyes out of this thing. Spirited assets into blind partnerships, ridden rough over disclosure laws and despite all the rhetoric have been unwilling to get a US listing. Even with ADRs as is common with the Au. biotechs.

So you have to ask yourself, what's the real agenda. Bear in mind, this is the Hughie n Luke Show and over the course of a lifetime in business and privilege when did that pairing ever do anything for anyone else? Lets not forget that two of the main shareholders are ACC and Citigroup. A pairing which has yielded similar outcomes to the Hughie n Luke Show.

Junior talks up a two company one strategy plan. Again ask yourself, why'd you have twice the job and cost for one outcome if you are are in it to create shareholder value?

If the leopards spots remain we will have the MBO at about 20c for the subsidiary and or capitulation in its entirety for the holding company by backing in a new entity.

You'd think a vigilant media would have some coverage on this issue but it doesn't. Essentially it's because we don't have a vigilant media. We have the equivalent of a business sector paparazzi.

They must've kicked the can down the road or decided they don't want anything to do with junior and senior. No movement since the last filing where they exited back to zero.

There's no time for a halt and announcement now before Xmas. So something at the end of summer to put this sick little puppy out if its misery?

Today they're Harry again. 7.27% yesterday and today, zero.

They either want them or they don't.

Also curious about the settlement times in the systems at NZX and Computershare. How can they be accurate when its changing everyday. Though I do notice the fee days lag between recorded and reported dates.

That's the Hughie n Luke show for you.

Well, JPM isn't Harry. They're Arnie because they're back.

Perhaps they're a little bit schizophrenic as well.

In and out, left and right, up and down then shake it all about. JPMs version of the Hokey Cokey and their shareholding.

Meanwhile, Junior's hard at work...on his abs and thighs.

JP Morgan does a Harry Houdini. Overnight, they just vanish. Wonder if after the rehypothecation the shares are back with Citi.

Who the hell knows what goes on within this little boys club.

So it is with the Hughie n Luke Show.
