DRA which is a relatively high grade gold producer in Finland once again looks inviting---IMO (resistances the 50 and 200 EMA's)

Yes, a great rebound for sure. I haven't been following it really as I sold out at 160 or so a while back. I'd like to see a sustained upward trend before re-entering.

DRA is unloved for sure. Perhaps it needs to get established with u/g mining, so margins are known and show some more resources.

In spite of another good announcement today--DRA even more vulnerable to profit taking?

Hi Pengo - for a convertable note it is fairly liquid (average volume is OK for an issue this size) as the company has a buy back and they regularly buy. There is not much preium in these as they have a face value of $1.05 and are trading at $1 ATM. I picked up some as low as .75 so the yield is nice. They pay a 10% cupon quarterly - next payment is in April (.02589 ps). Its an easy 10%. Note matures Feb 11, so you have a year of cupons then the redeemable 1.05 face value. Current SP for the ords is .096 so little likelyhood of conversion unless POG gets to $5,000!?!??!?! ;-) . Recently sold their interest in Zara, so cashed up.

Regards Ross

Hi DRAers - looks like they may have sold their 20% in the Zara project with Chalice from the trading halt release. Couple of buyers at .085 for 400k. PC mentioned that Zara might be up for sale at the MMC briefing in Nov.
