don't know much about convertible notes.

Another member here suggested that the company that is doing th e deal is something of a "springtree" sort of company.

any other comments on that . or possibly a point of view?

Spot on Mick.....well it looks like our planned trip to the Prancing Horse factory flying Mullofkinmick Airlines is off. Jokes aside I gave up on this ages ago and have only swing traded the crap out of it but got bored of typing AYN and moved to AWC. Sick of that so I might go AGO. A!
