Yes it's still on the boil, but i only know that from talking to Peter Saunders and Ross Williams yesterday.
If only m2m could convey that sort of info in the way of a small trivial announcement, the forums wouldn't be so
overun with angst.....interested to hear where you heard it from Nicky.....you can send message if you like..
Cheers

Heard something today to the effect that the merger with CP is still on the boil - can anyone confirm? It may be that the "sky is falling" mentality of some posters is a little over the top in this instance. The carbon business will be a winner - eventually.

No, i haven't jumped, but found more worthwhile things to do in place of following this coys antics.....
like breathing for a start.
Will go to their meeting, and see the ever evasive Ian Clarkeson in his usual defensive role.
I did ring them and spoke to Mourice, but it led to nowhere, and he said to ring Ian.....which i didn't,
as it's always the same.
I'm making the meeting my opportunity to decide whether it's worth sticking around,or if it looks
like languishing where it is for another two years.
Just one ann on any progress would be great...but it doesn't sound like rev is coming yet for
Vietnam, as they're waiting for their "seal of approval" sticker from authorities to say all systems
go.
Mourice couldn't answer me whether that's in place or not...said he always gets the news last.
Hence his suggestion to ring Ian.
He always sounds like you've backed him into a corner, then he fires back like a crazed ferret.
Actually that's exaggerating things a bit, but he's not the most open fella.

Cheers...haven't bought more...no hurry.
