Hi again Marcus with a c not a k , woopsies and sorry . I'm nearly as bad at spealing as all those company sexretaries who put out complete nonsensical asx releases full of typos and then follow them up with corrections the next day .

I wish I could see how MOT could make enough bucks out this cloud based thing but I can't as it is not something I'm familiar with . I'll keep an eye on the quarterlies though .
Please excuse my manic dribble below . Must of been a good chocky day . lol Or I was having flash backs to how Gallego- kept up with his creating finance crap . Surely he must of tried it on with BBY as well .lol

cheers gg

G'day gg!

Mate it's been a while since I dropped in. Hope you are doing well. I'm not sure if I can help you on your proposed investment strategy but it's good to see you working the angles. WA surf has certainly been booming lately. I've been getting a few but nothing like what hit Margaret River (Grace Town).

Yes we have been buying, but only based on the online solution we are delivering globally. It's been a long haul on the restructure and only really just locked down this week. Meanwhile we have been going flat out in the background delivering on both the online platform announced on 19/12/2014 and lining up potential channel partners and the infrastructure to deal with them as per ASX ann on 17/03/2015.

All I can say is watch this space : )

Cheers mate, I've always valued your input as you always call it as you see it…even if you serve it up to me sometimes….don't stop...keep it real!

Cheers Marcus

So how will the below work ? May have to use my number one cfd provider who will secure the shares u lend me with the bank of greece . We'll then do a write call or sell put oppie thingy using bby brokerage house or their administrators as collateral and short sold shares as security on the collateral . We'll need to go halvies in the commish. for the brokers but that will offer up the opportunity of raising more capital with a higher free float of stock . Works in my mind so I'm reasonably confident we can sell the idea to ex bcc shareholders and they may throw in some stock as well . lol
Did u see the size of those freakin waves off the W.A coast ? talk about mega ! guys laying in hospital with broken limbs , but man what a ride . Not much different to the W.A mining game of sleeze or sneeze and place your bets on which one drops the ball first . Actually not really related but sounded funny .lol

I think this is how a GFC works ?

Hey there surfer dude if u lend me a few mill shares I'll play spin the bottle on the short side and attract some interest for u . lol Of course I'll pay u for the shares [chuck em on the never never train lol]or can I have a freebie for a few weeks ? I promise i'LL behave .

Actually that wouldn't work would it because your the only buyer so any shares u lend me u'll be on the other side of my sale ,your shares , so the net effect is u'll be buying your own shares .lol and I won't need to give em back or pay rent ?

gg

Maybe one of his other deals is significant as well as surely how many clouds can u sell to wood duck companies and turn a company into a profitable enterprise ? got me beat but he's sure spending some bucks on a co.with squillions of shares on issue .
gg

Revenue and earnings guidance figures (reiterated in release of 11 July, 2011) are interesting:

Good that the Company is holding to these numbers despite the fact that: "...The actual financial performance from Motopia's mConnect acquisition has not met the forecast as provided by the vendors and as a result, this may trigger a warranty claim by Motopia against the vendors to offset the price of the acquisition..." (ASX Announcement Revenue & Earnings Guidance, 11 July, 2011)

Motopia Limited launches mOne – the world's first integrated Mobile Marketing Platform

- mOne ensures consistent marketing collateral across different mobile platforms and technologies;
- mOne can tailor marketing campaigns to suit different demographics and geographic locations and evaluate campaigns in real time;
- mOne cuts time and expense for clients by creating relevant and effective mobile marketing campaigns.

Mobile technology company Motopia is delighted to globally launch mOne Beta version, which it believes will revolutionise the mobile advertising marketplace and generate about $3 million revenue in 2012.

Mobile marketing is currently growing at unprecedented rates on a global scale and is forecast to be worth $50 billion by 2014. Mobile advertising is also producing far better conversion rates for many brands compared to internet advertising.

mOne, which has undergone 12 months of product development, aims to fill a huge gap in the mobile marketing space because it is more complex than traditional internet marketing.

Until now, there has not been a single driving platform to assist all mobile marketing for reasons including:

- The number and diversity of mobile advertising networks, which each have their own strengths and weaknesses.
- Delivering mobile ads to users in the correct file sizes and formats relevant to their particular handset type has been problematic.
- The difficulties to target users via demographic and location.

In the past, managing mobile marketing campaigns has been extremely time-consuming. There is no easy way to set up and manage campaigns across different ad networks, analyse the statistics or make any necessary changes easily and quickly.
mOne now solves all of these problems with one platform. It offers a real-time view to accurately report on any mobile marketing campaigns, with the ability to directly compare the performance of different mobile ad networks and optimise these campaigns as they unfold.

"mOne is a global first," Motopia CEO Matthew Gerard said. "With the phenomenal growth we are currently experiencing in mobile marketing globally and the forecasted continued growth, the need for a client-orientated platform in the mobile marketing marketplace is very apparent.

"mOne will undoubtedly make a big difference to any organisations already engaged or looking to engage in mobile marketing activities. Also, and perhaps more importantly, mOne will save clients money through time-saving efficiencies and provide more visibility and control of all campaigns,"' he said.

mOne provides agencies, brands and others who wish to target mobile users with a full service platform that allows easy management of mobile marketing campaigns across multiple mobile ad networks from one easy-to-use dashboard interface.

Customers of mOne can view and compare performance in one place and optimise campaigns across all networks. This ensures customers are receiving maximum return on investment from their mobile marketing campaigns.

Customers can also easily set campaign parameters within mOne that instantly alert them if a particular campaign is not producing the desired results and provide automatic campaign optimisation tips to help bring a campaign instantly back in line with its goals and objectives.

"Motopia firmly believes that mOne will be an invaluable tool for anyone running a mobile marketing campaign who wants to achieve the best possible results from this booming marketing sector," Mr Gerard said.
