Same here.

Made good profits out of ERG several years ago but lost interest when the Melbourne project started to implode. I havn't followed their fortunes lately but from what little I've read, frankly a bit surprised that they are still battling on. Someone must believe in them!

I got out of ERG years ago. They diluted share numbers to blazes so that they would have
to make Zillions to pay a cent a share.

ERG have started a Staff Newsletter @ >( )<. Not a "Peep" about Sydney but raving enthusiastic success"s for the rest of the World. Wish they would get real & advise currant Legal situation re Sydney. The thought of taking on NSW Govt. with Legal action horrifies me. They have a lot more money than ERG's backers & would have to have a 100% case which in legal matters is almost impossible. Lawyers as usual will be only Benificeries. C > b2.

The first Q&A on today's online finance forum on the ABC website:
Q. is it all over for erg?
Gavin Ross: Maybe. The cancellation of the Sydney contract is a disaster for ERG. We have to wait a company announcement.

Like the dear lady on The Weakest Link (UK T.V) says to the losers, "Goodbye, you go home with nothing."
