Double bottom made on Friday with volume break out.

Are we getting ready for something just as the election campaign begins?

Forestry, Shane Jones and the Primary Growth Fund coming onto the scene somehow maybe.

Its a suspicious observation to make but Covid is reaching its zenith just before the presidential election. One cannot discount the concept of political and economic gains being harvested by an elite cabal from organized rebellion along racial lines and the feeling of inequality amongst the working classes. Especially the youth. An entire generation or more have been marginalized by the quackery of free market paradigms making everything alright. The foment we see now in the US lies just beneath the surface in many other countries. Indeed we saw it in France.

Any student of the French Revolution will tell you the similarities between France then and America now are not that large. Its so easy to imagine Hilary telling them all to eat cake instead. In Nancy's case it would be ice cream.

If America really was set up to be the battle ground of ideologies to take civilization forward then it is quite a rational notion to imagine that recent activities including Covid lockdowns is an attempt to overthrow the current government.

So, how will it end?

With name calling, cat fights and bigotry out the other end of the wazoo for some.

Maybe with a half assed vaccine put to the market but more likely with an election that Trump wins followed by military intervention in the trouble spots and the passing of George Soros. I mean its amazing he's still around now. And a whole new, economic, social and political paradigm.

The PSA test for prostate cancer is renown for its false positives. If Covid is so similar to the flu, or even a head cold, its not out of the realm of plausibility that all the tests being done are yielding incorrect positives.
Might explain the disparity between nations on outcomes. For example Japan and Sth. Korea versus USA.

We are on a cusp. Back to 9c or we blow through a new top towards 30-40c.
Hopefully its from a transaction and not a consolidation only.

A similarity is that both have a 98% recovery rate.
It's even possible Covid is a genetic mishmash of corona and influenza or other virii. HIV according to one doctor I know.
So the drill is, you get sick and then recover. Unless you don't. What's new?
https://www.cdc.gov/flu/symptoms/flu-vs-covid19.htm

What is the difference between Influenza (Flu) and COVID-19?
Influenza (Flu) and COVID-19 are both contagious respiratory illnesses, but they are caused by different viruses. COVID-19 is caused by infection with a new coronavirus (called SARS-CoV-2) and flu is caused by infection with influenza viruses. Because some of the symptoms of flu and COVID-19 are similar, it may be hard to tell the difference between them based on symptoms alone, and testing may be needed to help confirm a diagnosis. Flu and COVID-19 share many characteristics, but there are some key differences between the two.

When it comes to some things it pays to listen to the experts. If I blew numbers and opinions out of my ass all day long, hating, abusing and trolling people along the way I reckon I would look like a right twat.

And the most basic of all rules is respect the concept of personal space. Don't need an app to have manners.

Check out the video.

QUOTE
Professor Anne Kelso, from the World Health Organisation, was right on the money when she said it would be a respiratory illness that originated from animals somewhere in Asia.

"If we're talking about a new avian influenza then the most likely thing is it'll come from somewhere in Asia," she told viewers.

"There are very high densities of bird populations living closely to humans, mixing with other animals which can also be infected with flu viruses like pigs.

"This can then spread like wildfire because it's a respiratory virus."

Every single year! No lockdown required. No mandatory mask required. No new code of social interaction between people. No sudden halt to business and enterprise.

How many flu deaths this year have been attributed to covid I wonder.

QUOTE
How many people die of the flu each year in US?
While the impact of flu varies, it places a substantial burden on the health of people in the United States each year. CDC estimates that influenza has resulted in between 9 million 45 million illnesses, between 140,000 810,000 hospitalizations and between 12,000 61,000 deaths annually since 2010.

Nose still bleeding?

98% recovery rates. No anecdotal evidence from "survivors". Victims well enough to get on planes and travel. Data that is never investigated just accepted.
Influenza deaths through the floor this year but Covid deaths sky high. No correlation there I am sure.

How will it all end? Death to us all or solitary confinement for our own good?
No. Most likely it will be mandatory to carry an app so your every movement every day is known and trackable. Because the app will stop you from catching the virus. Yeah. Sure thing. And cheerleaders like some here will swallow it all up as fact so they can foist it upon others.

Once its downloaded and the greatest intrusion into an individuals life by the state becomes legally enforceable it will be back to life as normal because the app will keep us safe. Vaccine or no vaccine.

A clever guy like Kahuna should be able to give us an idea on how it all ends. But just watch as he launches another personal attack.

The end is nigh!

Once upon a time it was the bomb. Then it was reds under the beds. More recently it was HIV. This time it's a virus...again. FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) rules the waves. The airwaves.

How will it all end?

Less tests = less positive reads. But what's the test testing for that ensures 100% accuracy? I mean if Trump can question the veracity of Sth. Korea's data why can't we question the US of A's?

I also note the absence of anecdotal evidence from the 98% of recovered victims. Instead we get a blow by blow account from Boris Johnson.

Maybe theres a God like Nero in the sky who has figured out a way to control the global populations' life expectancy and the burden the elderly put on fiscal expenditures of government.

Technology is increasing that expectancy all the time. That only means governments are facing increased expenditures in the dementia sectors which happen to be the largest of all health sectors.

It's a case of technology making the body keep going while the mind deteriorates as the costs go up.

That's why some people advocate euthanasia. But Nero in the Sky has a better idea it appears.

Has anyone given pause for thought and considered how this thing might end?

It kind of fell out of the sky after a little warm up period and has wreaked havoc across the globe. While we are all "fighting" the virus nobody has really told us how this is going to end. The virus will never be eradicated. So do we have to live in a state of lockdown readiness or can we go back to normal when its over? And what determines over?
The world lives with HIV and HBV without a problem. How come it has to stop for Covid?

Would love to see this years influenza deaths against covid. Bet there is a huge fall in those this year. Along with everything else, because if you cough in your last few breaths it gets recorded as covid.

The HK dairy company I keep an eye must be about to report on the final appeal on the final appeal by the company to maintain its HKEX listing any day. It was filed on the 8th last month. A month after ten years or more of hearings and appeals should be long enough to hear any last minute evidence which could stay the execution.

Add to that, a downtown Auckland hotel has been shut down permanently because of Covid. Is in the process of being refurbed to help "address" the central city homeless problem.

Can you imagine the outcome of that?

Already there's been a crime spike. Rents have dropped. But behind it is an avalanche of new supply which is about to collapse the inner city property market. Just as soon as the vendors receive an incentive to do so. Might be interest rate rise, bank collapse, builder falls over who knows where the crack will show itself first.

But FBU must know something otherwise they wouldn't be spending tens of millions in Tauranga on their new plant.

If clawing into the main asset (their home) of most New Zealanders is their game, then it might prove to be the ideal vehicle for a back door listing of a major real estate firm like Barfoot and Thomson or Harcourts. They're the main local players and precedent exists for a listing of real estate sales companies in Au.
We shall see if it is that or if they intend to stick with their knitting of finance. My preference is to see this carbunkle excised.

A closer look at the profiles of the directors, their histories and current activities tells me this is a company hiding behind international veils of secrecy set up to make a land grab on the assets of ordinary New Zealanders. That the share price has spiked like it has indicates that there is a pump underway. Whether it is because they actually have something in the offing will be revealed in time. Otherwise, it will end with a thud. So the question is, who is actually bankrolling this thing? And that is something we will never know.

Cap. raise coming. Probably at a discount. If they have had to pay off the middle man with a new issue of shares the other day, is it really reasonable to think his client(s) will be happy to pay a premium to market for a risk on deal at PIII?

Look around the sector and many others in a similar position all making out for new dosh. Blame Covid, keep the gravy trains running.

With Moderna putting out their Covid results and getting a good response from the market on it, ARWR having had great success with their HBV EET work and ALNY having a thumbprint on PYC already, you'd somehow imagine that it would conspire to be a good thing for PYC share price. Didn't they ever hear of the Travelling Salesman Conundrum? Multiply that into the billions with all the extremely high cost of drug development layered into it and you really do have a conundrum.

I empathize with those Melburnians who are going into lockdown or have been imprisoned in their own homes. It leaves that question in ones mind of, what did I ever do to be treated like a criminal? Stripped of their civil rights and dignities for a virus which even if you do contract, is about 98% recoverable. Just like it is with any other winter bug you get.

Just wait for the lawlessness to raise up. Followed by the vigilantism. We had it here in NZ. Seriously, people go nuts.

PYC has a rich library of billions of CPPs to choose from and the one used in VP-001 is far more superior.

I pinched this from one of the HC pumptards.

He's hamming it up as if billions of CPP's is a good thing. Imagine if just one CPP was the difference between having efficacy for a drug and not. You know how many hundreds of millions of dollars it takes to develop one drug? So if the success or failure of that rests on finding one CPP or a combination of them then how much more cost or time is that going to add to the development of a therapeutic?

It's a needle in a haystack where the failure rate is about 98%.

I reckon the technology isn't there to be able to develop what PYC have to any great extent. Not now anyway. But in the future yes, maybe. As computing power develops evermore. Makes for a great buyout opportunity.

20c perhaps. That was the IPO price. Brought to market by Cygnet Capital. Ever checked them out? Dodgy as IMHO. No wonder the life of PYC has been such a dogs breakfast. Not to mention the involvement of Citigroup, OMD and his good friend Enumerate.

Stock's behaviour can be described as on, off. Hot, cold. Up, down. Very typical of an accumulator accumulating stock ahead of a buy out of some sort, not necessarily 100%. Perhaps a PIPE. A'la Morphosys and Novartis.

The last few percent usually commands a huge premium which then values the rest of the stock at the same.

Wish they would just get on with it.

If the Americans don't do anything by tomorrow, i.e. Pfizer and Alnylam, then I don't believe they have control of what matters most. Just what that is I am not sure, but it could be the Europeans or Chinese holding up the show. Or it could be internecine fighting between the American factions. Like those that belong to Nant, Moderna, Alnylam, Arbutus etc. Or it could be administrative like in the patent office or FDA or similar which would ultimately fall under the domain of the White House.

In short, competing interests between national states, private companies or a stand off between private companies and their government's (national) interest

Regardless, interesting times.

It is unbelievable Pfizer have still not made their move in this space when nearly every single other major player has partnered up with a biotech. It leaves them as the odd man out and very conspicuous for it. Completely out of step with industry trends.

They either have to partner with ALNY or they are a buy out/break up target. CSL?

One week until Thanksgiving. Lets see if they are going to make America great again. Or if that will be left to Moderna with DARPA and Merck in tow when they break news about their Covid vaccine trials. Due next week I think. Wouldn't be surprised if the results are so good they go straight to market with the product.

Anyone can see how dire this website is now. So few contributors barely makes it worth the while. But that isn't going to stop ANP from trumpeting up their presentation to the owners of it as if it is something to be really proud of.

If that doesn't tell you how desperate and needy for some attention ANP and its execs are then nothing will.

Golden cross has been made. Price moved back to short term moving average. If its going to pop and indicate the start of a trend, next week is the week.

One week before Independence Day and it's like someone has died going by the market activity today. No celebrations mooted in the US, no military parade as promised by Trump, just riots and vandalism with a bit of looting.

What, if anything is going to drop to send the message that Trump got the message.

"...we're going to change Capitalism...". Jacinda Ardern. Right after having met Trump for the first time. And not by wearing a habit or giving it a hug.

One week to go before Independence Day, the last one before Trump's reelection campaign, and quite frankly there is not a lot to be joyful or celebratory about about.

So what's going on then?

With all the SSH notices in the last couple of days and most importantly the seller being that Chinese crook, I think we have a signal that finally, TRS may be getting ready for their years in the making transaction. Lets hope so. This is an absolute carbunkle and total embarrassment to the NZX. It should not even be listed.

Sharks are circling. Anyone check out the volume and price movements in BNTC on Friday?

Ten times daily average volume and price elasticity of over 0.5. That means greater than 50%!
If all the pumptards are correct with their prognostications of, its always darkest before dawn, then today of all days (the winter solstice) might just be the day they get proven correct. And it just happens to be a couple of weeks before Independence Day.

Received cheque in the mail for balance of shares that didn't get auto converted to BNTC. The bank fee to convert foreign issued cheque along with exchange rate robbery makes it not worth cashing. It is more expensive to cash than to put it in the landfill.

No certificates received stating share ownership as promised in the Schemers Agreement but registration has been made at Computershare. However, I am not sure that entitles me to sell them.

This is an absolute rort. From start to finish.

Do you believe me now Daynos?
However, I would say that now is the time to buy. Whether it works or not, the sizzle is about to burn.

First it was the NFL and now its the US Soccer Federation who are refusing to stand for the flag when they play.

There is going to have to be something momentous to occur in the next two and a half weeks for this Independence Day to be worth celebrating this year.

But just imagine what Thanksgiving is going to be like!

The flu has been squashed down to historically low levels in New Zealand, thanks to the raft of radical measures we used to crush Covid-19.

New data has revealed how the combined effect of shut borders, heightened hygiene, record vaccine uptake and six weeks of lockdown also knocked back several other infectious diseases.

More than 200,000 Kiwis catch the flu each year, and an estimated 500 people die from it - more than the annual road toll.

A fortuitous side effect or is Covid what most people would call the flu if they got it given there is about a 98% recovery rate?

The covid 19 trials which seem to be in with a real chance are down to about three or so. One of them involves Astra Zeneca and Oxford University.
Isn't that where PYC set up their subsidiary?
At the back of my mind, I am thinking perhaps, if they are involved, its the Covid trial which will bring about the buy out.

Almost a capitulation on the NASDAQ last night but Five Prime is looking good for some reason.

Will PYC respond in kind ahead of a buyout or will the Ritchie Rich types and their progeny be left to do it all themselves?

3 billion shares on issue... still.

Back in the day, the Battle of the Giants was the battle between Biol Gates and Steve Jobs in Microsoft and Apple.

One of the turning points in that battle was when Gates turned up at the Xerox research centre (I think it was) ready to get a march on Apple by taking an exclusive licence on the GUI software that gave rise to the cursor and mouse. To his horror he learned Jobs had already stolen what he was about to steal. It didn't stay exclusive for long though. That's the real world application of monopoly positions on important technology. Stealing is not a very philanthropic thing to do either. But those were the facts in a nutshell.

Now Gates is involved with MRNA and ALNY hasn't been making headlines for quite sometime. Share price is range bound as we inch closer to Independence Day while MRNA is looking more and more like it's equal every day.

It remains to be seen if BLT ended up being a Xerox in the RNAi battle. But it's almost certain MRNA will have use of BLTs ddRNAi and the next Battle of the Giants will be between ALNY and MRNA.

Without doubt it can be said BLT got stolen.

HOG to be delisted tomorrow pending an IPO type of transaction at a later date.

Never heard of such nonsense. Why can't they backdoor whatever they reckon they have into HOG? That amounts to a IPO. Nobody gives up a stock exchange listing if they don't have to. To come back requires a prospectus and all sorts of compliance.

It all sounds like a load of HOG-wash to me.

There's been a movement. Documentation beginning to filter through on the redomiciliation. More importantly though, a search for BNTC on SEC's Edgar system is now yielding results. So the shares must've been registered. Which would explain why documentation is arriving.

Perhaps its an omen portending something.

Here is the link to what it yields. It's accounting speak.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/180...62330-index.htm

Despite the new accountants and the following address listed in the document, the Melbourne address is still listed as their business address.

Registrant's Telephone Number, Including Area Code: (510) 780-0819

3940 Trust Way, Hayward, California 94545 (Address of Principal Executive Offices) (Zip Code)

Interesting what a quick search of the phone number yields.

HOG does away with all the best laid plans of their mice and men and instead hints that there is a deal coming in from left field by Tuesday. Like a back door listing by the sounds of it.

HOG was another of Uncle Mel's midas touches.

I wonder if it is a deal specific to HOG only or whether there is something larger more holistic, a broad all encompassing kind of deal across multiple industries, one which includes BLT and HOG is just one spoke of it.

Much more likely though is come Monday, HOG will just go into a halt followed by a suspension.

Remarkable. Where did all the people go? If traffic flow on SS is a barometer of the market then we are now at a standstill and something dramatic is about to happen. Doesn't matter if it is up or a down thing but when it happens the chitter chatter should start up again. My guess is, because we just had a down thing with Covid, then it will be an up thing bringing all the positivity of a new dawn with it.
What do you suppose it could be?

Long ago I gave up trying to follow the ins and outs of the unlisted options in PYC and who stood to benefit what when. Nevertheless, todays news is interesting as it suggests somebody might know something that makes this conversion a good thing. To argue otherwise would mean whoever it is (the new CEO?) thinks making three grand on PYC is a good deal. That has to be baloney.

Once upon a time it was Rodney King who sparked off the riots. This time round its George Kelly. I guess its a coincidence it all happens right before Independence Day and at the end of lockdowns, which have been swapped out for curfews. I thought we were going to get them in NZ.

Its always the same story. Lack of equality, injustice etc. But OJ got away with it, so what are they always going on about it for?

The good news is, if history repeats, we will get the biggest deal in history as soon as all this gets put to bed. I hope it incorporates the Western alliance instead of just America. There is much to be learned about how Japan defended itself against foreign takeover despite having lost the war through its corporate structures.

Following this award Iain now has 1,000,000 options in the Company.

350,000 options will be granted with a strike price of 4.40 and will vest quarterly over three years. 150,000 options will be granted with a strike price of 5p, of which 100,000 will vest on the third anniversary of Iain's appointment to the board in April 2019, subject to Silence achieving a listing on a US stock exchange. The remaining 50,000 options at 5p will vest upon achievement of a listing on a US stock exchange and subsequent achievement of a share price of 4.40 over 30-days.

When results are as good as what they are saying, usually a partner is already lined up ahead of results.

That no halt was called pending a cap. raise or partnership or any other kind of independent validation of what they have, begins to leave me nauseous with the smell. That only leaves SSH notices for proof. If they don't turn up in the next day or two, then what we have here is a pump and dump.

Remdesivir officially a flop according to reports today.

Makes me wonder what learnings from ddRNAi, antisense and siRNA can be applied to Covid. The leader in that area appears to be ARWR. Is that where the mega deal will happen?

My money is on ALNY and PFE. Short ARWR.

It's a dirty business full of dirty tricks. IP theft can't be ruled out since the market seldom does what is expected. We may yet see BNTC disappear altogether without a single share certificate being issued.

What a surprise. So what happens now?

Forever confined to our homes for our own good. Only allowed out if you have signed on to the app. and carrying a valid certificate of health. But only for Covid. It's perfectly ok to carry on with TB, HIV, Hepatitis and whatever else. If you wish to send your kids to kindergarten or school without any vaccinations so they can infect others then that is your choice because to do otherwise would impugn your human rights.
What commercial strategy have our leaders got up their sleeve to be able to deliver commercially viable outcomes against this disease? So far, in the US its been all about PPP's for PPE gear and ventilators.

Trump must have a trick up his sleeve when we are only five weeks out from Independence Day.

I don't know the laws so well in this area but it could be Air NZ may become a test case in bankruptcy. It's clearly heading that way. The Americans allow companies to trade while in bankruptcy so there is no reason why Air NZ shouldn't. Also, if a company does become bankrupt I believe all assets of the company become property of the Treasury Minister ahead of liquidation with the option of restoration available.

No longer is a bankruptcy a case of game over.

Market rates for a company like this is about $500m. There is still room to double in price before it becomes fairly priced. Next capital restructure should see the shares on issue consolidated and perhaps a cornerstone taken giving such a price. Remember Morphosys and Novartis.

It's as if there is a giant AI eye in the sky watching the NZX making sure that all share price movements stay within the parameters of a specially formulated algorithm. But that is just nonsense because we all know it's all about fundamentals. As Buffet has said many times, sooner or later the market must recognise the underlying value of a business. And Soros labelled the intervening period until it does as the period of reflexivity. Even wrote a big book about it.

Hughie must wish he could disassociate his name from this monkey. All doom and gloom in todays update. Except the bit where they are making $50m available for a new gib plant. They know where the money comes from. If it was as dire as all that they would at least defer the project for a year or two until the dust has settled. A cynic might say, todays news is how they intend to pay for the new gib plant or perhaps its all about paring back operations to bare bones ahead of some other M&A or divestment.

Bring on the break up and then Hughie might finally get his wishes fulfilled.

Throw CSR into the mix, maybe one or two others and you have the perfect set-up for some overdue M&A.

Might explain why someone has their thumb on the price.

The A in MAGA stands for America, not Australia. MSB gonna be gazumped.

Stem cells for a lung infection! Who do they think they are kidding?

The biggest giveaway is the HC pump storm going on. The second biggest is no SSH notices. Someone hiding something is my guess as to why.

MRNA up 25% just in one days trading. Not to mention the several hundred this year. When you see things like this at this stage of the game, you know MSB is not in the running. Its just a huge pump and dump.

Despite its humorous element it seems Independence Day is on Trumps mind. But he has a problem. He hasn't got what is needed to be independent!

The big slibbery slobber sloth is still AWOL. If PFE is to partner ALNY it will be the biggest deal in history most likely. It hasn't happened because ALNY got outsmarted. They havne't got what it needs to be able to provide gold standard treatment. Remember when the Swiss and French all dumped out on them? Swiss went to ARWR, not sure about Sanofi. But when Trump is talking about other countries having what is needed for Covid and ALNY/PFE is out in the cold at this point in time then you know he is trying to draw the art of the deal together.

Time is running out. About six weeks until Independence Day and then a run in to an election.

MSB gets a mention in this very good article. Although not by name. Just in the all inclusive catch all monikers referencing everything outside that which is mentioned.
This recent activity suggests to me MSB is a giant pump and dump and those in the know, know MSB is not in the game. One bad read out in just one aspect of their trial is going to blow this thing out of the water.

More than 100 different programs are now under way seeking to develop a Covid-19 vaccine. Most will fail. Understanding which ones among the pack have the best shot at working well enough, and being distributed widely enough, to rein in the coronavirus is crucial to predicting what social and economic life could be like over the next few years.
------------------------------------------------------------
There are, however, serious risks. Shares of smaller biotechs like Moderna, Novavax (NVAX), and Inovio Pharmaceuticals (INO) have surged on enthusiasm for their Covid-19 vaccine programs, despite the companies having no marketed products. Those stocks face steep drops if their Covid-19 vaccines fall through.

43m new shares get minted today and placed with new and existing holders so they are ready for sale on Monday. But nobody is to know who the new owners because the need to file SSH notices doesn't apply to MSB and their holders. Yet we are all supposed to toot our own horn every time the price goes up a few percentage points.

What is with the volume today?

Still no SSH notices. Somebody is flouting the rules. They must be powerful and important enough to know they can without any repercussion because the ASX and ASIC are weak and self serving.

I wish NZ would wake up and realize just how captured poor old Jacinda really is by her good Doctor. Lawlessness is raising its head and people are seeing how kowtowing this government really is when they speak out of one side of their mouths for the law abiding population stripping them of their civil rights and personal dignities when they do while saying nothing out of the other for those who not only ignore them but stick the finger up to them.

People deserve to see Police actually catching crooks.

The most notable thing from this article/interview is the questioning of the statistics. I have questioned them from the get go. How the hell does anyone know if they are accurate or not? It is impossible to know because apparently, its a "new" virus which as luck would have it, we can use old testing techniques on.

Heres the headline of MSB and what its doing in a trading halt. Trying to raise $100m for Covid treatment.

Therein lies the clue as to why I think MSB is toast. Or at least yesterdays poster child. Covid is a lung based disease which hijacks the cells RNA. A nasal spray or an inhaler for delivery of a siRNA modified therapeutic will offer greater efficacy than stem cells hands down.

When you have the NIH paying for your PIII trials and $60m in the bank with expected milestones if your trials are on track and successful, whats the need for another $100m?
There must be a rat in the kitchen.

One thing is for certain, if there is no big noting name in the outcomes of this trading halt, then at this stage of the game, the writing is on the wall for MSB. They will be gazumped by MRNA or someone else.

Have to remember, stem cells are a modality for delivery. And if you have to rely on the bone marrow donations of someone else to get your tonic, well...the limitations are obvious.
Have seen a few of the stem cell specialists fall by the wayside over time. MSB could be next.

If someone else can explain what the hell you are talking about I'll get it, otherwise you are quite welcome to keep your "secret" and feed the need to be the knuckle dragging alpha if that is where you draw your comfort from.

However, I am sure it will translate to something rather base when all said and done. And if that is the benchmark needed to attain dominance in a conversation that started off about downloading a privacy invading app under the pretence of healthcare then it is not a very high one and quite off the mark.

It even sounds a bit like losing sorely.

Fauci has a lot more to say about MRNA technology than he has ever said about stem cells and MSB.

It is far more likely we will see a fast track to market from the FDA in MRNA trials than anywhere else including MSB trials for urgent or compassionate use. If it were up to Fauci, I am sure we would see the first mover be PFE or JNJ, that it isn't suggests the power balance in the pharmaceutical industry, the regulatory authorities and on Wall St. has shifted. Shifted from those forces SI chose to align himself with.

Still no SSH notices. Alarm bells ringing loudly when I read articles like this. I have strong suspicions the founder or another key shareholder is selling out without telling the market on a pump and dump scheme because he or they know the game is up and MSB is going to be gazumped by MRNA.

Like I said, a bet on MSB is a bet against Moderna (MRNA). Which makes it a bet against Bill Gates, the US Military, Merck and host of other big names.

If people want to take that bet, then good on them.

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/05/07/cramer-enco...ccine-tech.html

QUOTE
Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, recently told National Geographic that Moderna’s mRNA technology is “really quite impressive.” While no vaccines using Moderna’s platform have previously been approved, Fauci said it showed “great promise.”

Moderna’s vaccine candidate uses synthetic messenger RNA to inoculate against the virus. Treatments of this sort help the body immunize against a virus and can potentially be developed and manufactured more quickly than traditional vaccines. The company, like others, leans on artificial intelligence and cloud computing in its vaccine development.

“I was thinking that the way we’d be going was J&J or Pfizer, but if Moderna can do it, you know that we’re going higher” in the stock market, Cramer said on “Squawk on the Street.”
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Moderna announced on Thursday that the Food and Drug Administration has given it approval to begin phase two trials on the potential vaccine. Moderna said it will commence phase two with 600 participants shortly and is trying to finish plans for a phase three trial as early as this summer. Phase one at Moderna began in the Seattle area in mid-March, the first such trial in the U.S. The Massachusetts-based firm has partnered with the National Institutes of Health.

With no share certificates being received but payouts for ineligible shareholders having been made and management's shares already registered you kind of wonder if this whole thing is legitimate. Like, has this company been stolen or is somebody deliberately holding onto the envelopes the certificates are meant to be in so they can't be sent?

You have to wonder because something is definitely wrong here. Having dilettante directors acting in the manner they have doesn't help.
Looking at Covid, the obvious preventative cure is a sirna based one because that would just turn off the receptor the virus binds to. This doesn't help BLT's cause since ddRNAi is directed to the DNA not RNA. So unless there is some magical breakthrough in HBV or Alzheimers or halopecia BLT is going to wallow.

Why hadn't you been vaccinated as a child?

This example shows you just how useless an app is. What happens if you are Covid free but full of chicken pox and end up infecting someone else? I guess it wouldn't matter a jot if the person you came into contact with were vaccinated because then they wouldn't get infected. Much like Covid. In the absence of a vaccine, once the disease has been contracted and the patient recovered, there should be some resistance to a repeat of it.

An app does nothing to prevent a person contracting a disease. Therefore, the argument to the affirmative is specious.

The fact is, which nobody wants to recognize, is that nobody has died of Covid. They have all died WITH Covid. That is to say, existing and underlying conditions couldn't cope with the added burden of Covid. Which means a lot of those fatalities could also have been brought about by a cold if they caught one. And if one should pass away from either one, it makes no difference which one because they were just as deadly as each other. When its your turn, its your turn.

Colds can be very deadly. But most recover and carry on. Just as with Covid.

No need for an app.

These interests and concerns are best served by respecting the concept of personal space which is now called social distancing, avoiding the shaking of hands, washing your hands regularly and staying at home when you feel unwell. Which is usually a cold. Do you think anyone is working on a vaccine for a cold? Colds can be deadly. Just as deadly as Covid. But as with Covid, the majority recoup just fine.

The bonus is, all of the above don't require an app because an app actually does nothing to prevent catching a cold or Covid or HIV or Hepatitis or anything else you wish to name.

Pray have concern for TB, malaria and other such diseases of the poor that kill and maim millions of innocents per year that gets no attention from the pharmaceutical companies because there is no money in curing the poor because they can't afford the cure. By my understanding of the following taken from the Schemers Arrangement, it appears to me that no qualifying shareholder needs to do anything in order to receive their share certificates in the new Benitec. If non-qualifying shareholders have already received their cheque for their worthless shares then why haven't qualifying shareholders received their certificates so they can trade them? Particularly when they were sent out two weeks ago! I guess there is the Covid excuse.

You cannot strip away the civil rights of law biding citizens to prevent them from going about their lawful business under a pretence of we know what is best for you. Poor old Jacinda. She is completely in hock to her advisors. What she probably hasn't realized is that she is about to set of a process which could well lead to NZ getting a Constitution to ensure such a thing can't happen again. There is a lot of rhetoric coming out now, especially from Q, Trumps underground mouthpiece against the MSM, downplaying this whole Corona virus thing. That its not as bad as the reports suggest and that effective medications already exist.

If this is actual fact of the matter, which is what most people think, then MSB might be going down the toilet soon if it has staked its future on Covid-19.
That will explain the recent spike an high volumes. Someone is selling out.

The HK dairy company which I follow has its appeal hearing from being struck of the bourse on the 27th of May. Thats the only thing on the horizon as far as I can see. Everything else is just noise.

The reason why it is significant is because I believe they have something the Americans want or need. Might be to do with GE cows or grass or something along those lines.

So if the Americans want to break free of the Made in China yoke and their biotech Sputnik moment, then they will have to do some sort of deal with the HK dairy company. Which means, if the Americans really want to celebrate Independence Day as an independent nation then something will have to happen between May the 27th and July the Fourth.

One thing is for sure, they can't do to the HK dairy company what they did to BLT.

Don't know the intricacies of the details of the US wage subsidy but I would imagine that one way or another it puts Arborgen on the hook of the US government by making them a creditor of some sort. I am sure the money will come with conditions and conditions on those conditions.

That puts the interests of the creditor at odds with those of the shareholders.

Shareholders have no legal recourse to the assets of the subsidiary despite Junior's claims of the two companies being one. If the intended outcome for the two companies were the same he would have amalgamated them by now. It's not like he doesn't know how to after the Rubicon Forest merger.

So what's Juniors game exactly?

Today he declares he has taken down the wage subsidy from the Trump administration but when you check the NZ wage subsidy recipients database, ARB is nowhere to be seen. Even though they were able to keep the Te Teko operations going during lock down, why wasn't it necessary to draw down the NZ subsidy if its necessary to draw down the US one?

Maintain personal space when interacting with people, cover your face when sneezing or coughing, take the initiative when not feeling well no matter what your boss says and of course wash your hands when in public spaces and handling food is all you need to know. Just as your mammy told you.

Covid-19, the crisis you have when you don't want another world war in the Middle East because your Prez is a family man who wants to change capitalism.

All this time I have had my eye on ARWR as being the company developing PYC's endosome escape technology. Now it looks like it might be SRPT.

Granted that PYC isn't the only company in the world working with peptides but they did file for patent protection of their EET. Which means it could be theirs being used under safe harbour provisions.

Still no BNTC registered company showing at the SEC. Still no share holder certificates in the mail.

Something really, really smelly in all of this. Those directors are complete sell outs.

Sell in May and go away is the saying. Lets hope something happens by the end of the month. Otherwise we start getting into summer holidays in the US and absolutely nothing happens then.

If only I was in Texas. Sadly, in NZ we get Maori vigilantism.

This is what happens when the authorities decide to usurp themselves.

People know its a crock.

More explosive claims by Q about the pandemic. It's all a hoax he reckons.

Even in little NZ, the Judiciary is fighting back. The entire lockdown may've been illegal, Police were acting ultra-vires and it shows just how captured poor old Jacinda is by her civil service apparatchiks to still be holding NZ in Level III lockdown when absolutely nobody is listening to her anymore. I guess a smiley, happy disposition with a sprinkle of fairy dust and a new born baby in tow can only carry you so far when it comes to impugning the rights of law biding citizens to go about their lawful daily activities.

Doctors gave him only a few days to live and suddenly it was a race against the clock.

Christiansen, who had no symptoms of coronavirus, applied to the Ministry of Health to allow him to see his dying father. The ministry repeatedly refused.

He asked for a Covid-19 test - but was refused because he had no symptoms.

So Christiansen went to court to challenge Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield and the ministry's refusal to allow him to cut short his quarantine period.

At a hearing on Friday in the High Court at Auckland, Justice Tracey Walker said the ministry got it wrong.

"In this particular case, there is a very strong argument, in my judgment, that the permission for Mr Christiansen to visit his dying father was not considered on the correct legal grounds and did not take account of relevant mandatory considerations," she said in her ruling, released today.

Can't be that much in it even if you do have efficacy if you believe this.
With the NIH muscling in on MSB trails, you have to wonder if Fauci, NIH boss, is doing someone elses bidding. A real Dr. Nichols actor (The Fugitive movie) if he is.

A case of keeping your enemies close do you think? GILD is forever tainted by the Donald Rumsfeld connection. If Fauci is their stooge then he is for sure a Dr. Nichols character.

Q is according to internet folklore the backchannel of communications for the Trump administration in order to subvert MSM. For whatever reason, Q has chosen to dismiss the seriousness of Covid. Instead he is relegating it to the same status as influenza. While in the meantime, America is opening up for business again.

Is it possible that the Covid crisis is a manufactured crisis? A bio-weapon designed to create the crisis you need when your negotiating position is a weak position because you are holding all the junior cards (Fauci and Birx) in the nominated suit instead of the Jacks and above!

It is worth noting the boss man of ARWR R&D has just quit. Don't know how long he has been at ARWR for but he is a 30 year veteran of biotech. One can only guess why he chooses now to quit.

Don't be surprised if he turns up at PYC or similar if it is PYC EET which is in use at ARWR.

Some events next week might help explain the shift in rhetoric towards Covid from Trump Live. Honestly, they are acting like its all over so maybe we can expect something because for the last ten or so days it is obvious Trump is holding something back. Right from when he starts mumbling in front of Fauci and Birx about how much money their respective organizations get to the day before yesterday when he names GILD's Remdesivir and then mentions others which he will talk about shortly.

Q beginning to minimize and talk down Covid.

https://qmap.pub/

Wonder what the motivation for that could be. Perhaps tapping into the prevailing skepticism about how bad it all really is. Seems more like a blunt tool to strip away the civil rights of a law abiding population and destroy the economy. If you don't break something, there is nothing to rebuild in the form you want it.
Remember when Winston and Jacinda met Trump in the Philippines and they said they were going to change capitalism? This is how they are going to do it. Under Covid.

The HK dairy company which was told to delist but hasn't by the HK Stock Exchange put out an update. They have asked the exchange to review the decision, submitted the documents and have been delayed until May 27th because of Covid. Is that so? I guess nobody can work from home in HK. The markets can't be essential in HK like everywhere else in the world. But once the 27th comes around we will hear nothing because thats the hearing not the decision date. I guess it will take a month to decide because that puts right on cue for Independence Day in the US.

I think we have a couple of months of listening to crickets coming up.

The game is so rigged its unbelievable.

Something about to drop. Something which will carry the theme of, we beat that bastard!

With the NIH muscling in on MSB's trials and the head of NIH, Fauci, coming out and defending GILDs product you have to wonder if he is a Dr. Nichols indisguise from The Fugitive doing Devlin McGregor's bidding. Especially when his boss is the guy who knows all about the art of the deal.

MSB have crossed the rubicon IMHO. It is all down hill from here as the Americans will look to suck up MSB for as little as possible.
