Hansen MD and chief executive officer Andrew Hansen, who has nearly a 20 per cent stake in the company, has already signed up to the BGH camp, committing to vend his stake into the proposed scheme of arrangement and voting against any competing proposals during the exclusivity period.

BGH has been granted due diligence on an exclusive basis.

Software player Hansen Technologies is up 15 per cent to a 52-week high ... after it upgraded its full year revenue guidance to between $316 million to $326 million on the back of a service deal with Telefonica Germany GMBH. It said it now expects EBITDA margins for the full year to climb to between 37 per cent to 39 per cent, versus prior guidance between 32 per cent to 35 per cent.

The company entered into a Master Agreement with Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG to licence via a prepaid subscription for Hansen's Cloud Native Communications product suite to support Telefónica's operations within Germany.

Updated chart - has the dumping finished? Currently up 3.69% @ $3.09/share, although some larger than normal short positions being taken on 22, 25 & 26 June, following the earnings outlook, so could be a bit more pain yet?

Massive dump today - down 28.28% SP @ $3.17 - following release of an update on expected earnings for the year to 30 June 2018 (FY18) as well as a preliminary outlook for the year to 30 June 2019 (FY19).

Haven't had time to read, but this chart suggests it wasn't all good!!

Sorry misread, 17m EBIT. ROE figure probably ending closer to 25% based on around 13m NPAT. Tax should be around the low 20% range.

Blog here on HSN worth a read.

Great update from the company today. $17m NPAT projection which puts the company around the 30% mark on the ROE measure. Should see a re-rating to above $1 in the short to medium term in my opinion.

Great company, very happy with my investment to date.

(Okay, I know some smart cookie is going to point out that I should have been awake for todays 71cps low!)

No worries mate, thats what these sites are all about.

I'm happy with my holding, but wouldn't mind grabbing a few more if they are cheap enough.

Good luck with your holding.
