And it still heads up into the stratosphere wacko.gif
Only consolation is I still hold AGO, which is going to take em over. Not that it helps now.
Both going gangbusters.
Red gold better than the real stuff atm.

yeh Hungry......thanks.....I went against my golden rule, panicked and sold out at a small loss when GFC #2 threatened back in early May, would have more than doubled my investment if I'd held on. Had forgotten I had posted this, hindsight eh....that's investing I suppose (did take advantage of low prices and went into something else, and am up 40% at the moment so not all bad....)

Checked some of the other discussion sites - will AGO/Atlas take GIR out?

It's had stellar run alright. I sold way too early.
Vol is starting to slow up a bit & a bit of bearish divergence showing, so the end of the rally may be in sight.

GIR ..................21.42 % rise in one day - from .42 to .51 on "NO NEWS". Don't you love this market. These days we don't even blink at this sought of volatility.

Anyway, I hope it keeps going !

Hi uzumaki
The investments of GIR he would be talking about are varying % holds in PMH UTO ZNC & CAP. Their individual sp's are still in a downtrend & anything could happen. Best to exclude the value in them imo. The article you mention only values them at $4m. (I don't know if this is correct). If you want to find out what each company is up to, visit each of their websites individually.
The cash held at end of Sep 08 was $73.535m (I have no idea what it is now).
Listed shares quoted is 178,185,168 X current sp of .395 = $70.383m.
So that would make the value at current sp below the cash in bank at eoq, with no value attached to it's tennements.
I trade st mainly on TA signals, with a bit of FA thrown in. Atm it is looking like it will follow the other iron ore stocks upwards. What happens after this rally (if it eventuates) is anybodys guess.
A move to 50c would do me for a starter, that's still nearly 27% above where it is now.
Cheers
