Accodring to my calculations they still need to buy close to 3 million shares.

Today they have only managed to buy 200 000.

I'll sell, but I think I can ask a bit more. wink.gif

Any Titan holders not selling to CSM may as well give up its a done deal .7% more required. Titan has no money so its no use holding off any longer. If this doesnt go through you may be asked to contribute capital ohmy.gif to keep paying the wages of the staff better to offload now.

Who knows what happens with CSM if they get 85% of the vote but cant get the other 5% to get this over the 90% compulsary line.

Do they put in bids on the market at a higher rate?

How independent is independent ,what else do they say
'subject to a higher offer'( & they still want jobs)

Cash bid of $50m is a possibility

Prefer to wait

cheers

10.1 cents looks like they are going to get a fair few more shares, will they succeed or will the other player show their hand?. laughingsmiley.gif

Certainly makes it interesting, I got out a few weeks ago for beer money. If this thing TIR are hinting at is a fizzer then all the have done is lowered the CSM share price. If it is a better deal then I don't think CSM will mind as there primary concern is probably just to keep TIR operational (I doubt TIR is worth much more than 8.0-8.5 cents smile.gif.

I have mentioned previously that 12 cents is it for me but with all the latest hype in nickel and the latest findings 14-15 cents is more on the money. tongue.gif
