Took alternate 'b" with this one. Still well out in front as opposed to option "a" at this stage.

Interesting to note that as per the 24th of September 2008 announcement the majority of Sunshine shareholders are taking the all scrip!! My calcs still put you a lot better off with alternate "B".
P.S. Watch SHG'S price relative to QGC'S price if you want a cheap entry into QGC!!!! If QGC maintains it's shareprice or becomes better then the equation changes particularly if SHG continues to travel south!! For instance QGC stays at current level of $4.40. SHG goes to $2.50. Assume you spend $25000. Buy 10000 SHG. Part take in their t/o offer. Offer A will give you $27500 or 6250 shares. Offer B will give you $12571 for QGC shares plus $16500 cash = $29071!!!!!! Buy $25000 of QGC on market at $4.40 gives you 5681 shares or 569 QGC shares less than an SHG share price at $2.50. As I say watch it!!!!!!!! Please do your own research.

Nice write up in today's Fin Review. BEST return over twelve months of the CSG plays illustrated. Still makes for fun times in this sector, I think with some of the up and comers to be possibly taken over.
And interesting takes on two favs LNC and QGC with over $6 valuations suggested.

As QGC shares go up so does the second option. It seems that for true believers in coal seam gas this is a good day. Hope it only gets better |
