the market is not stupid. why would any buy in at 9.5c when you can buy on market for 9c.
Ags has a history of screwing over shareholders – cant see this cap raising being any different. Beverly 4 mile – funny how Ian Gandel did not participate in the 1.20 cap raising or the 68c cap raising. Pretty much the same amount raised at 68c was distributed the major holder at 8c. Maldon - a shite load spent on it only to be privatised by the esteemed Ian Gandel at cents in dollar. This is not a highly speculative stock. This is a stock that transfers assets and cash to its controlling interest. |

another financial year of delivering nothing.
insiders selling before the news. nothing new with this one. ags trading at 15c circa early feb by early june it is now trading at 9.0c that's a massive 40% drop in 4 months on no news. history repeats with this one. ags will be the new ors and it will be privatised into gandel metals. thats my prediction. and like the B4M and ORS it will be privatized at cents in the dollar. the scam continues... |
