Heres another one going down the toilet. 25:1 consolidation against existing holders taking shares on issue to 34.7m. Then a issue of 112m to Fortrend Securities and their SI mates and a 10m option issuance to the Chairman/CEO.
All of this with no change in business or strategic direction. So more of the same that got them in this mess in the first place. Which means more pain further ahead. Either through cap raisings or backing in a new business. Not worth going near it with a barge pole IMHO. -------------------- What did Uncle Mel do to us?
