THe takeover offer form MRS is 1 MRS share for 2 SIB shares and 1 MRS share for 10 SIBO option. So SIB should be trading at 5 times SIBO. |

Monarch is on a recent high but with the gold price also at recent high there may be some upside yet to the MRS price. |
