Whilst I have never been a fan of dls the current merer offer seems to be the only way up for GOG, if a better offer doesn't emerge the only option is to be a wholly owned subsidiary of DLS.
Since Ray Shaw has left the Co has gone from th gogs to the dogs.

As pointed out on vpe thread by sirob DLS may be involved -both lodged their trading halt requests to adelaide asx within 17 minutes of each other!
