Trades under a differn't name now.  Further to the Company's announcement dated 31 May 2002, in which it was announced that the Company's name was to be changed to Mobilesoft Limited, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the ASX has advised the Company that the change of name will be formally recognised by the ASX as from the opening of trading tomorrow, Tuesday 24th September 2002. Further, the ASX has advised that the Company's new ASX code, MSO, will also become operational as from that time and date. It should be noted that the Company's current code, POT. will cease to function as soon as the now code becomes operational. Please direct any queries on this matter to the undersigned.
