Not only are they open. BLT is scheduled. 10.00AM.
So I don't think BLT will be trading on Monday. Except Justice Dalton does appear to be double booked for the same time (a closer look reveals he is triple booked and does need to hear submissions). But how long does it take to sign a document? It's not like he is hearing submissions from them.

I am interested to know, according to BLT's Constitution, whether or not a quorum was declared present at the meeting on Thursday or if a quorum is even necessary for a Court sanctioned meeting.

But I don't think it makes much difference to anything at this stage.

When the TPP was being negotiated and Trudeau put the kaibosh on it in the twelfth hour, Jacinda and Winston went to the Phillipines to attend the ASEAN meeting. Trump unexpectedly dropped in on them. At the end of the meeting, both Winston and Jacinda declared they are going to change capitalism. that was straight after being elected which is two and a half years ago. Q said the trip was necessary for his God and country. I'd like to know what can a meeting of ASEAN leaders have which is so important it needs a cold call visit from the President of the United States of America because his country and God depends on it.

But if Jacinda and Winston are changing capitalism then they are doing a good job of it.

When, Exactly, Was The Moment When The Financial World Broke With Reality?

You understand that banking and finance was headed firmly south long before coronavirus stole onto the scene. The tremors started back in September with the Fed jamming untold trillions into the black hole that had opened in overnight lending between banks. That was an infection, too, and boy did it spread " as fast as corona virus! This is indeed a most unfortunate convergence of events, but it should tell you that the banking and finance system, and the global economic arrangements that evolved with it, had already passed their event horizon. History had punched our ticket and was embarking us on a journey whether we were ready or not.

Not sure the rest of the world is taking this virus all that seriously considering the primary risk of spread is travelling going by this map.
What happens when the travel ban is lifted, you get in the plane and get to your destination and everyone else is contagious still?

Key did say to watch this space when it came to KiwiSaver. Its just like the Japanese Post Office Savings funds that they have.

What do you think they're gonna be talking about?

BLT still needs the Court approval. Don't know if the Courts are open for business or not in Queensland.

NZ doesn't have a constitution period. Which is why they can implement martial law with the click of a finger while Maori vigilantism doubles as patriotic duty. Better off to carry arms and shoot anyone who wants to stand over you while you go about your law abiding business.

With all this stimulus going in to prop the economy up and maybe more to come, I am beginning to have concerns for inflation.

If inflation takes a hold, banks will do what banks do and put up the interest rates.

Where to then for the property market?

Unemployment just went up with a bang. Ninety contractors sounds ok. But if they are head contractors, how many hundreds or thousands underneath the ninety?

This lock down is an exercise of social control with unbridled state powers and technologies usually reserved for Banana Republics run by military juntas. Much like Chile and Argentina, Panama and El Salvador and any number of African countries. The virus is not legitimate enough to cause this economic and social chaos.

A response, economic and/or social will be forthcoming in due course and the we will find out Jacinda's actual purpose. So far, it looks like they wish to promote work from home (end of 9-5 routine?) and distance or online education (cuts coming at universities and reduced fees. No more Ivory Towers). Can you imagine the effect that will have on traffic in the main centres? The economic cost of slow moving traffic is massive. Not to mention parents being able to take kids to school, tax deductions for home offices off the mortgage, reduced student loan burden etc. etc. Thats a lot of efficiency gains made in one fell swoop.

In effect, social change is being implemented in the name of a virus under martial law. We are yet to see the economic response.

Auckland Airport provides market update on its response to COVID-19 Following the outbreak of COVID-19 and the sudden impact on tourism and aviation markets, Auckland Airport today provided a further update on its response to the pandemic. Chief Executive Adrian Littlewood said Auckland Airport had moved quickly to respond to the swift reduction in flight and traveller numbers, with international passenger numbers expected to be close to zero in the near term. "Our first priorities have been to respond to the daily changes announced by the Government and airlines and to keep our people and passengers safe and well. We are working hard to maintain our airport operations so people can get home and to support the Ministry of Health and border agencies in protecting New Zealand from the spread of COVID-19. "Auckland Airport is a resilient business, but these are unprecedented times and we are now moving quickly to identify ways that we can manage the impact on our organisation. As we face an uncertain future, we are having to make some tough decisions." Mr Littlewood said Auckland Airport had taken steps to confirm its liquidity position and introduced measures to substantially reduce its future operating costs and capital expenditures. o Auckland Airport has unrestricted cash of $340 million and an additional $485 million of undrawn bank facilities. o Today Auckland Airport has decided to suspend selected capital expenditure projects with a completed value of more than $2 billion, until there is more certainty about future market conditions. o In its recent interim results, Auckland Airport demonstrated strong operating cost control and in the current environment that focus is being accelerated with the elimination of all discretionary spend where possible. o These follow earlier decisions from Auckland Airport to withdraw earnings and capital expenditure guidance for the current financial year to 30 June 2020, and to cancel its interim dividend. Mr Littlewood said a small number of projects were still under review, but those suspended included the second runway, the Domestic Jet Hub, a multi-storey carpark, Park & Ride South and construction of the 146-room Mercure Hotel near the airport shopping centre. "Our long-term plans remain the same, but until we know more about how long the market will take to rebuild and recover, it's not possible to keep these projects open, on hold and continuing to generate significant costs. "While some of these projects were in construction, several were about to start so it was important that we made these decisions early before physical works began on site. "For many years we have been working towards our ambition to build New Zealand an airport of the future, so for our partners and the team here at Auckland Airport, it is enormously difficult to see progress stall." Mr Littlewood said Auckland Airport remained committed to completing a number of key infrastructure projects, including construction works associated with various roading projects and upgrading the runway pavement. "The runway pavement works have long been planned, and we are absolutely committed to this project and working through the detail of when we complete the works, while maintaining safe and reliable airfield operations." Auckland Airport is also consulting with a large number of its employees around a proposal to reduce hours and salaries by 20%. The Board of Directors, the Chief Executive and the Leadership Team have already agreed to reduce their remuneration by 20%. Over the last week Auckland Airport has also made the difficult decision to release about 90 fixed term and independent contractors, who are working in positions that are no longer needed given the current circumstances. These roles do not relate to essential airport services. "The decision to release these contractors was not taken lightly. Many of these people have strong connections to Auckland Airport and we are very sorry to see them go," said Mr Littlewood. "Auckland Airport has been serving New Zealanders for more than 50 years, and we are working hard to ensure we are in a strong position to rebuild quickly once market conditions improve. I would like to thank our people for all the professionalism and dedication they've shown at a really challenging time." Auckland Airport will continue to keep the market updated as significant new information emerges.

BNTC and Nant showing strength overnight ahead of the Schemers meeting. Might be a good sign but could just be a market rebound.
A one TRILLION dollar rescue package has been put together by Trump and Co. and is due to be voted on tomorrow. Isn't it amazing how a virus can come from nowhere, shut the world down and American politicos have a rescue package almost ready to go immediately which just happens to be the largest ever. And it all happens straight after the US - China trade deal and at the end of Q1 2020. Not 2019 or 2021 but a nice round even 2020.

You just can't help but wonder if there might've been some pre-planning somewhere in amongst all of this.

I expect a curfew will be imposed in the next week or so. The defence of the decision will rest on too many people flouting the rules. And why shouldn't they? Anyone with half a brain knows this is a crock.

Too many holes in the stories we are being told to justify the actions being taken. For example, closed borders, shut the airports and airlines but flights still allowed in and out, arriving passengers don't have to quarantine but all cases so far have travel related sources. PM avoids questions on what Police will be doing to enforce the lock down. Groups of people in more than two not allowed but its ok to wait in a mile long queue with others at the supermarket as long as you keep two metres away from the next guy. Liquor shops aren't an essential service but a dairy is. Not allowed to go to the beach or travel. How the hell are you going to get a virus if you are at the beach or in a car travelling?

This whole thing is nothing but a social control experiment for a government to exercise unbridled powers with technologies that never existed until just recently.

Totally agree with you about massaged numbers...on all fronts.

Presented at the hospital, after being unable to get necessary information online and unable to get through on the hotline (like, whats the point?) and asked for a test to placate those I have regular contact with. The underlying idea is, you can't catch something from someone who doesn't have it. Meaning everyone can relax instead of entering this deep state of paranoia, fear and panic.

Because I didn't show outwardly obvious signs of having contracted the virus nobody was interested in testing me. Wouldn't even tell me where to go or what to do to get one. Yet the virus takes about six days of incubation before the symptoms are observable.

Seems they only want to test the ones that can add to the count to spread the panic in what is the greatest social experiment ever. I am interested to see what social changes are to be wrought upon us during this lock down. For sure, someone somewhere is collecting data on the behaviour patterns currently being undertaken by the population.

Look to Trump first for wind direction.

Peoples lives are to be reduced to the following.

I can quite confidently predict Jacinda is toast at this years election. Nobody is buying her line of tens of thousands of New Zealanders will die if we don't do this. Nothing but BS. This is a state experiment on how to put a country into martial law. The enemy may be a virus this time, but I suspect the authorities have one eye on social and civil unrest along ethnic lines or domestic anti-government, anti-state terrorism.

No law abiding citizen likes to have their civil liberties and the right to enjoyment of life taken off them.

Pieces are being put into place. Humpty Dumpty is being put back together again by all the Queen's men and their horses. ADO does a renounceable rights issue a'la PRR (+7000% in the end), CDY gone into a suspension pending a major announcement, NZX:ARB gets its old Tenon business sorted at long last and a suite of other things which are happening on a near daily basis.

How fortuitous that it all happens at the end of Q1, 2020.

Interesting press conference today with Trump. Many things intimated at. At the tenth minute he says the private sector is is being called upon to do things and are responding unbelievably. He goes on to talk about Haynes cotton. But I guess it includes Pfizer. Makes this meeting of theirs at the end of the month all the more interesting.
Wouldn''t be surprised if there is a big announcement of a partnership between Pfizer and the Trump G in the name of a public health emergency.
Another week to go before we know for sure. But what of CSIRO and BLT? Not to mention the Australian directors. Should be tried for social and economic treason if they let this Schemers meeting go through!

Can't believe CSIRO are going to allow it.

The only thing which can prevent it as things stand are a takeover from out of the blue (not very likely) or a no vote. Which would leave, Make Me a Motza Archa as the only viable alternative. How convenient.

Never let a good crisis go to waste. The NZX seizes the moment to abrogate away the property rights and entitlements of ordinary shareholders even more. No Working Group with big noting names and a fancy report in the headlines required for this one. Kind of gives the intent of the NZX away.

Why would anyone even invest in shares anymore? Especially on the NZX.

Up until Oct 31 we can expect a lot of uptake in the following. After Oct 31, these things will become permanent.

WES dropping the ball when it comes to it's social responsibility. Must be waiting for the orders to come through from head office.

While we're on it, when are the buses and ferries and trains going to be stood down? Once all the major office blocks, schools and universities are shut they won't be needed.

That was then. This is now. Now is very different to then.

According to the Air NZ boss man, everything is in place and things are gonna be different. A central entity which is not the G to hold control is my bet. Perhaps across several sector leading companies and that company to list seperately. Perhaps in the US. Much like a LIC.

But M&A could still be on the cards.

While everyone is focused on the doom and gloom of it all I can't help but wonder if the talks which are ongoing include M&A talks with QAN or someone else. Be it full or part.

With all the different alliances and code sharing isn't a M&A the next logical step?

So the new kid on the block, or the latest me too guy depending on how jaded you are, gets 15m options with an exercise price of 6c for 2023.

Before this virus business they were in the money. They will be again soon after it.

This thing is just a frigging gravy train for mates and family.

Another blood bath in the US. But the give away on how rigged it all is was the opening trades on ALNY. Check it out compared to its close. Somebody stuffed up I would say.

Hate to think of the actual value of BLT in the old money. That's before all the dilution and consolidations. Must be thousandths of a cent. And it could stigo to nothing yet.

I can't see how the directors can justify the Schemers Agreement now. I am reminded of the caveat of, in the absence of a better alternative, in their justifications of it.

Trading halt and in discussions with government. Going to cull its flights. Big impact on staff. Gawd knows the impact of this. But if anyone had any clue about anything they would require all staff to take a pay cut to a low base salary and receive bonuses two or three times a year if performance goals are met by the company. Much like a dividend. Thereby aligning there interests with those of the shareholders. Very Japanesey.

Might be this is where all the KiwiSaver funds step in to take control as well.

Its hard to believe you could've once bought this for seven bucks. There is only one way it is going to go from here and if Pfizer wants in they are going to have to pay for it. Reckon we will know this month sometime. That's soon. And poor old BLT gets to suck that lemon a little bit harder.

Dirk in his newest blog doesn't mention a single company from Australia or any work being undertaken by CSIRO. Yet, Australia had some of the most promising biotechs anywhere in the world in the RNAi space once upon a time. Including BLT.

It is another sign that anything of any value to the cause has been annexed, gifted or stolen in order to MAGA.

The payor in this case is not only the shareholders but the taxpayers of Australia. Its outrageous. It's why some people should be charged with social and economic treason.

Any Kiwi who lived through NZ's reforms of the 80's can tell you how that works. The catch cry of the day was TINA: There is no alternative (so take your medicine people because Big Daddy G knows best).

The GFC was a disaster which took most of a year to reach its zenith.

If anyone thinks this disaster is restricted to a week or two has rocks in their head.

However, there are stocks in particular sectors which are already at all time lows and are proving to be quite resilient to the sell off.

In other words, limited downside, unlimited upside.

Choose carefully.

Seems we all have to hang on Trump's every word to find out. Lucky we have him in the White House. Bill Gates has been warning of a pandemic for years and it's like Trump is the only one who has been able to do anything about it.

Reminds me of the big spike back in the day when the pre CSIRO team tried to bury the company. No SSH notices then either. Then came the big spike when Pfizer took a licence, followed by the big bake. And still it bakes with not so much as a SSH notice.

Interestingly, PFE is still AWOL from the RNAi scene and the pre CSIRO gang are in on BIT and ARWR.

You'd think that if CSL thought Calimmune was worth buying for development purposes, then you'd think they'd think BLT would be worth buying at these knock down prices instead of letting it go to foreign interests. CSIRO as the government's proxy should have an opinion on the matter. Especially since they are the custodians of the IP, or were and are still shareholders.

It makes me wonder why Junior, upon becoming CEO was happy to put out the T&C's of his employment contract but this new guy, he just appears one day and is suddenly the new CEO. We don't know anything about his employment conditions or purpose. It just happens to be he is on the other side of the world a million miles away from the daily activities of the micro cap he is supposed to be leading.

It's all a little bit too implausible for my poor sensibilities. I suspect transparency, honestly and accountabilty, i.e. general good corporate governance is a scarce commodity at PYC.

Don't worry though, with 3bn shares on issue I'm sure something great is right around the corner and everyone will walk away a winner.

Maybe the Hughie and Luke Show is looking for an encore show. Perhaps its to do with the Limited Partnership structure. Perhaps the SFO are investigating. Perhaps there is a Brutus and a Cassisus in the partnership in which case, beware the Ides. Perhaps not though. Maybe, Ol' Chump Charlie the Liquidator is just doing as he is told.

The only thing I can imagine giving BLT a lift is a Pfizer based super nova "Big Bang" which will take the market by the scruff of the neck and shake it up sending all those billions of funds under management into ALNY or MRNA or whichever company it is Pfizer goes with.

A dream scenario would be for Pfizer to be bought out by ALNY and a bunch of Australian minnow biotechs. But I doubt that happening after the US prevented them from doing their inversion on national interest grounds.

The unfortunate thing will be if the Schemers Agreement is a pre-condition to the super nova. If it is, we are looking at a July the Fourth celebration deal. Which would augur well for an election campaign.

The market is just not liking anything about BLT or BNTC. Down another 7% last night.

If the market knows that BLT will be fully NASDAQ listed by mid April, I can't for the life of me, understand why it is a good thing for BLT to be NASDAQ listed when there is nothing going on to drive a value change. A full listing on the NASDAQ is not that value driver. But in their infinite wisdom, the directors believe it is and it is the best thing for shareholders.

Its like taking BLT out of the pan and putting it into the fire and saying, there you go, we did something. Now back to business as usual. Followed by a severely dilutionary cap. raise. A green shoe as they call it in the US.

After all these years and that guy Francis holds just 100k of shares. What an embarrassing statement of confidence. If this Schemers Arrangement goes through, that man will go down as an absolute disgrace. He should be ashamed of himself and the country should hang him for economic and social treason. 22 years this company has been listed and he has delivered nothing in all that time.

What is the provision of Doubtful Debts in the accounts? No notes as to what it pertains to. Every expense listed has gone down by a significant amount except for Employee Benefit Expenses and Doubtful Debts. There must be a money grab going on ahead of the Schemers Agreement.

Two weeks after the HK Stock Exchange said they were going to delist that HK dairy company I follow, they are still listed.

Can you figure that one out?
You have rules and regulations for a reason. They have taken nearly ten years to work through them in a fair and impartial way only to come to a final conclusion that delisting is the best option. The only grounds the company had left to appeal against was that the process was unfair. Ironic to say the least!

Perhaps there is a twist in the tail of not only this but all of these strange goings on. Including the Schemers Arrangement.

CSIRO broke their backs contorting themselves to save this company back in the day, now they're just going to let it go for nothing? Something not right here. They're big losers too unless they're getting the invisible earnings through patent royalties which I doubt because of safe harbour provisions.

Strange they have to go through this Holdco process when they already have US based companies they could just transfer the assets into. And when you read the Schemers Booklet, it sure is a scheme alright.

There is a lot of anonyminity and mystery in it. With terms like Holdco and selling agent being used with great abandon. By now you'd expect to have a name of a company to which you could refer, the selling agent would be named brokerage houses and you'd think they would have a value attached to let the market know what to value it at if for any reason the ASX fails in it's price seeking function.

Never mind less than 300 shares, you will get a fractionated value sent to you. Pretty sad really. People hang on Warren Buffet's every word and one phrase people throw around is, time in the market. Well, that never served anyone well in this instance. It's appalling. You'd think the CSIRO or their bosses would step in and save the day for the poor old investors. But the gross dilution can't be undiluted.

Is it any surprise to anyone that ol' Chump Charlie the Liquidator didn't make his final payment according to Companies Office records and ARB have made no announcement about receiving it which kind of confirms it if you believe Junior would report it to the market.

I am not so sure he would.

So what next now? Wait for Junior to report on his "performance".

After so much dilution and chopping and changing of lead shareholders, it is quite possible many of the original shareholders don't have 300 BLT shares left. I reckon that must have been about 300,000 in the beginning.

So what happens to those holders which don't have 300 shares to convert?

There are just four weeks left before the Schemers meeting is held. Lets hope the better alternative materializes.

I'm just hoping they close on July 4th which means an announcement is due any day now.

Will it be Junior or the new kid on the block taking the conference call today?

The humourous part is they actually believe anyone is going to time out of their day to listen to the latest round of BS from either one of them.

3bn shares on issue and we're marching on with business as usual because everything is just fine is the usual message but this time they want to know how the shareholders are feeling.

Well, that's nice. Thanks for asking.

On the 16th of January the receiver said he will make the final payment for the Tenon liquidation within the next month.

If you go from the 16th of January to the 16th of February as the measure for his month he has already failed in his undertaking.

If you allow him some grace and go to the end of this month, then he has two more full days before he has missed his undertaking.

Considering this guy is the second guy to have a crack with the same job and making the same promises you have to wonder what is so different and difficult about this liquidation.

Remember the NBR was accusing then Rubicon, now Arborgen with impropriety over the structure of the pay out. Which is quite on the nose when you consider governance is the thing Hughie prides himself on. Look out if he and Lukie Luke get busted for riding rough over those laws.

Two days to go. Let's hope it happens and Junior can point to his performance from now on mantra as a real thing and the liquidator can remain credible.

After the big volume sales and no SSH notices we now have a worldwide health crisis. Looking at the NASDAQ overnight, it looks like MRNA is the big winner. BNTC is getting trashed. Down 10%.

Maybe this will be the excuse to scrap the shift to the US.

A new CEO and bang! A new investor presentation.

It's been my observation with PYC that any investor presentation is a prelude to a cap. raising.

There's the purpose of the new CEO: To go on the scrounge for new money in the US market.

I'm sure the next guy will be just delighted about the other three billion shares on issue.

John Key when PM of NZ played it hard and fast with the spy agencies while being very good mates with Obama. Wonder if he is going to get caught up in all of this. Including the outsourcing of intelligence gathering through Five Eyes. I doubt that he will. More likely someone else gets thrown under the bus.

PYC is a BLT re-enactment. Got the hottest science around that nobody wants. Multiple investors and thought and science leaders, well heeled ones at that all take a turn at making it the next big thing and it just turns out to be a dud while shareholders get shafted time and time again.

No SSH notices filed in either BIT or BLT despite the huge volumes trading.

And how strange it is that the HK dairy company is still listed even though it was clearly stated it would be struck off on the 14th.

The Schemers Booklet obviously holds no hope or promise for the share price. But there is the caveat to the directors recommendations; in the absence of a better offer. We will know on March 26th if it is going to fly or not. I seriously doubt that it will. In fact, I expect it not to.

This is turning into a dogs breakfast by the day. Now, Junior is getting his mates in from his old employer after they're time is up. An American office sounds pretty cool but more likely he's working from home until a real job comes in.

What about the ALNY connection? All those companies which have worked with PYC before like Genentech, Pfizer, Cubist and a bunch of others. None of them interested? Yet this one guy working off his dining room table is gonna land the fish that matters? I don't think so.

Back to the old question of, how ya gonna pay for all this Junior?

The Schemers Booklet is due to be released to market in a few days time. People know what is in it already. The printers, the "drafters" of it, the proof checkers, the lawyers, the accuntants and whoever else has to see it before it can be released.
Take it to the bank: If there were anything said in the Schemers Booklet that was going to add value to the price the insiders would be all over it and the price and volumes would show it. That nothing has changed means there is nothing there for shareholders.

There is always the hope that the caveat of, in the absence of a better offer actually means, when a better offer materializes, but I think such statements are more de rigueur than anything else. Unless of course it refers to, Make Me a Motza Archa.

It's obvious Junior is there for the ride.

The two company thing is part of a undeclared strategy which may be to the detriment of shareholders. There must be a good reason why Hughie n Lukie Luke bailed after all those years. They're going to want some distance between them and the upcoming disaster is my guess. That way they can just blame Junior.

You'd think that since ALNY already has a footprint in PYC through the directors, if PYC actually has anything that's stunning it would've been cherry picked or stolen by now.
But there is still hope ALNY could mount a buyout and let Junior cash in on the pay out clause in his contract.

Although the Scheming Booklet is due Feb./March with typical BLT efficiency we can expect that to be April. Dopey might even forget about it altogether.

April is Easter. Given everything Trump does is founded on patriotic duty a Christianity perhaps it will be Easter.

But whatever is going on one cannot discount the political dimension as there is a big election this year and after seeing the SOTU party trick by Pelosi it's going to be a particularly nasty campaign.

Great news today! PYC gonna be producing heaps more new drugs. This company is really going places.
How are they going to pay for it is what I wonder. Surely, Hockings has had his fill and even the real estate guy must blanche at the risk associated for his coin in that announcement.
They say the US doesn't get going again until after the Super Bowl. With the involvement of ALNY perhaps we can expect another announcement in a short while.

How does dopes get changed to doors?

February now upon us. The Scheming Booklet is due Feb. or March....so they say. Can anyone believe anything they say?

Gotta feeling something will happen before then.

That HK dairy company still has not made an utterance despite time being up back in early November which was extended from June and it is still listed.

The slavish adherence to what is now widely acknowledged as a failed business model for biotech and drug development without any credible alternative ever being put forward. What is now old technology and the prohibitive cost to advance it is an unpalatable mix for any partner when you look at the competition.

The good news is, these doors remembered to file the quarterly. So they know what day it is. It means there is a pulse and they're waiting for the green light on Make Me a Motza Archa.

Highlighting the poor regulation and governance from the NZX is the no regulation and governance at all if you're in the club which BGL obviously is.
This multi-national complex financial product company decides it needs a platform in NZ despite being the next thing to insolvent! And nobody asks any questions.

One sniff of this and it smells like nothing but straight out shonky. Just look at the people involved and what happened at NZF.

Trump has his State of the Union address next week. The same address which Obama used to declare America's Sputnik moment in biotech and how the USA were in a Made in China yoke.

Let's see what's changed next week.

Where's Pfizer?

Between the China deal and the just signed by Trump USMCA deal, dairy is going to go nuts for the Americans. If they are farming A2 herds then the writing must be on the wall for A2m.

Maybe there is a reason why the quarterly is so late. Maybe Trump is about to dump the Made in China yoke and the biotech Sputnik moment is over.

Something is up. Nant Health is up 83% and on no news!! Not that I can see anyway. Unfortunately, BNTC is up only 2%.

Somebody always knows something ahead of time. Maybe something coming by the weekend. Whether that is good for BLT or not remains to be seen.

As an aside I noticed a little nothing company called Blackwell Global Holdings (NZX:BGL) put out their interim results yesterday but they are not able to be viewed. When I looked up the name at the companies office I got a surprise how many companies actually carry the name and all with associated interests. If tricks like release and hide the documents are being pulled, then you know something is about to drop.

What I can't figure out about MSB is if the stem cell thing is such a big thing then what about the payload its delivering? Is the payload ddRNAi?

It would be hilarious to my mind if after all the time and effort and money RA Capital and the other vultures have invested into BLT all they get is a big fat raspberry.

Watch out for the brawn of ALNY.

Here's a bit of one of the vulture capitalists who thrashed and trashed BLT a while back along with a couple of others. This was probably the highlight of the French era. If you want to know how they do it, you can enrol in one of their courses if you meet the criteria.

Interesting to note some of those companies they IPO'ed were all said to be, according to the salesman anyway, founded on ddRNAi.

Now the main guy has decided to write a book on the Advanced Market Commitments model so everyone can know how clever he is. Its called The Great American Drug Deal. Should be quite a good read too. But the smart reader will not be looking to the effect of the model on health care because that is now an unstoppable outcome. Instead, you can pick just about any industry you want and apply it to that if the MO is to protect profits by inhibiting competition and technological advancement while destroying a natural resource.

It's kind of strange that MSB is on such a tear but BLT is sinking in its quick sand when it was MSB the ex-CSIRO appointed CEO defected to. Straight after she left her BLT options at the front door.

Its difficult to understand how the fate of a $4.5bn company like ARWR may rest entirely on what PYC choose to do with their licencing.

We will never know because its never been disclosed whether its their IP or not.

Bye bye Citigroup. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of assholes.

40m shares sold after trading yesterday. Only six shareholders have the means to do that.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a deal in the offing.

I have regularly expressed my suspicions that it is PYC's technology ARWR is using to get endosomal escape. I don't know this for a fact but when I look at ARWR the stock price performance is other worldly but I don't know if their TRIM IP is proprietary if they are using PYC's or any other companies' IP.

Currently, anything they do is covered by safe harbour provisions I believe so there has been no commercial licence taken. Just development to manufacture data.

It makes me wonder what could PYC do, or any other company for that matter, to ARWR's welfare if they were to refuse to licence their IP for anything less than an unimaginable sum.

I suspect that is out of Junior's remit however. All he wants is that pay out clause exercised. Which is the answer to my ponderings: a buyout before a licence agreement by one of ARWR's partners. AMGN, JNJ, the Swiss or a new entrant.

Considering the subsidiary of this company, Arborgen, the one which shareholders have no legal recourse to make a claim on the assets of, is supposed to be the most scientifically advanced forestry genetics company in the world, it is scarcely believable that it has no public listing of its own and its parent is majority owned by a single individual whose son is at the helm of. And, according to some, for no other reason except Dad is a drinking buddy of Lukie Luke.

Even the worldly wise on Sharetrader haven't got anything to say. Which is a statement of its own.

Nevertheless, on Jan. 16th, the new liquidator filed his report for Tenon. He reckons, the final payment will be made to its shareholders by the end of Feb.
That's only five and a half weeks away.

Hope this guy's expectations, anticipations, hopes and promises are a little bit better than his mates. It was always next month with him as well.

Interesting to note that Chinese New Year falls on the same weekend as Australia Day.

It's the Year of the Rat.

Trump has already welched on North Korea. Wonder what or who is next.

Looks like its a case of the scheister running a con job when you take a look at the HOG thread on HC.

Big promises made, play on peoples fears and hopes of making or losing money. Then take the money and run. You seriously think this saviour will come to the party?

Gotta remember, this is one of Uncle Mel's terds.

Last half hour of trading would suggest somebody got wind of an announcement being made very shortly. However, it wasn't the one they were hoping for. But that doesn't mean there isn't one coming next week. After all, next weekend is Australia Day. Remember Herman during your celebrations.

If the biggest beneficiaries of the US - China trade deal are the farmers, then it would go without saying, dairy farmers will also be one of the biggest beneficiaries.

What will happen to the Au. N.Z. A2 milk demand if the Americans are able to supply the same or similar product with a trade agreement to ensure demand?
This scenario does not fill me full of optimism for a A2M shareholder's fate.

Regards to the US - China trade deal, it was worth noting the praise Trump heaped on to his Kiwi in the White House mate, Chris Liddell. When Trump first got elected, he gave a TV interview and passed comment that the Trump win signals the end of the free market, laissez faire style of economic management.

Now we get the US - China trade deal followed by the USMCA while BLT wants to relocate itself to the US.
