[indentAs far as being slow, Clinuvel is the one who waited until the middle of last year to submit the application. The FDA can't start reviewing a drug before they've received an application. When the FDA did receive the NDA, they assigned it priority review, and allocated resources to potentially approve it a month early.

Clinuvel waited to submit their application, and when they did, it had several mistakes. The delays are on them.

Clinuvel has to do their part, otherwise, the Fast Track and Priority Review designations are worthless. ][/indent]

That's like if you were applying for a job without a CV. Do you believe that? Please do not ask me why, it's only my modest opinion.

Wolgen and Biljdorp are no fools

I totally agree with that! They know what they do and I trust them.

One question that inevitably preoccupies me is what drives Tanabe to enter such a limited market. We speak of an EPP population of about 15,000 to 20,000 people in the western world. How much do you estimate the license costs for the drug Tanabes? 50 to 100 million USD? If I'm right, Clinuvel has spent about AUD $ 250 million over the years. Given the likelihood that the selling price per unit will be significantly lower and there is a competitor on the market, it should be difficult to earn ROI in the foreseeable future. So you either need more products in the pipeline or you sell yourself so cheaply that Clinuvel can not keep up, which I personally consider unlikely. In addition, Clinuvel is in the lead, which is why the market is expected to be largely saturated by CUV, with the exception of the study participants. Tanabe would have to convince the consumers of their Medikamant first, apart from the study participants. If CUV succeeds in bringing the distribution to market with a large network of hospitals (EPP centers), I do not see any serious competition.

https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/2011...-Phase-II-study click to release version German, and see the contact person

Clinuvel and Dr. Desnick are also closely intertwined. He also accompanies the study by Tanabe.
The Phase 2 study was completed in 2011, 8 years ago. How much time will we spend? I think at least 5 years.

I do not agree with it. Every house needs a foundation before it gets the walls and roof.

Thank you for your Feedback.

As can be seen in my post, this refers to the SWOT analysis of Levelhead.

I am not very clear about US approval, because I was long time offline for the last 3 years. However, with regard to the EU rollout, I find my statements more than justified.

@ bretto

I dont know. For me, the great success lies in DNA repair and in cosmetic applications.

Incompetent, slow Management, has allowed competitors to enter the space. --> false

Incompetent slow polticans and Regulators, has allowed to enter the space! --> better

Did we not have too, fast track approval? ;-)

Oral administration is not necessarily considered an advantage by everyone. I am quite sure, that CUV has also considered such an administration but for whatever reason, they have chosen the implant.

I still do not understand why you question CUV again and again. Anyone who has studied the pipeline of this company, even if he has not studied, should understand that CUV holds a huge potential. The fact that this potential does not come to fruition within a very short time, has obviously still not understood here.
Whether the remunerations of PW are appropriate or not, I can not judge.
Give him the time he needs and I'm optimistic that DNA repair will not be the final endgame in the pipeline.

The fact is: PW is CUV and CUV is PW.
Fact is also: 10 years ago, you could only dream of today's courses. Many know that.

IMHO it´s going about image care and self-promotion on his way back, to a reputable businessman.
