smile.gif Interesting that TAS has gone held up against the 20c rights issue closing today 2/11/07.
I thought tradition has it that the SP should dip in anticipation of profit taking?

Anyone have an insight into the buying patterns

Michael

What do you think at 20c now, has drilling recommenced? Presumably Parkinson Dam is going to be underground rather than open pit, so they will need to find the >>20g/t vein.

I admit I sold half of my holding today at 37c.....I was called away just after the ann. so placed a sell at what I thought was high enough that they probably wouldn't be touched, but if they were, then so be it. Quite surprised to see they were sold when I got back an hour later!!

Looking further into the announcement, this could be the start of a significant find since they have drilled on a different angle on this hole. It seems they have been victims of the "stopping a yard too soon" syndrome with previous shallower drilling. I'd like to know what made them change the angle of the drill on this one. Whose insistence on a hunch was this one? Maybe I'll ask. rolleyes.gif

Those big bidders have more $$$ than brains imo.

The intersect was good, but isolated at this stage (single hole) . . .

little premature to increasee the MC by 20% instantly!

Thanks KB ... I think. blink.gif

Well, could be FIS related, who knows! Anyways, best focus on something else in the meantime as this one is on ice. Management seems to be wading through treacle. wacko.gif
