Management performance is even worse. I should have included the value of the stake in onCard being 26.17% of 19.3 million, worth over 5 million.

This leaves us with a market cap which is 12 million lower than liquidation value!!!

PS should be totally & utterly embarrassed about the performance and credibility of his management team

Yes,99, logically I should buy more ,seems like a bargain?. but the management don't inspire confidence that they will do the right thing by the shareholders.

Simple math:

2,092,689,331 shares on issue at 0.6 cents
Market cap = 12,556.136
Cash reserves stable at 19.8 million

Conclusion: the company is valued over 7 million LOWER than the CASH value!!!

Why does management get paid for that?

The turnover in FCP is very small. So if there is something going on here in the background, most people are unaware of it.

Not much happened here for some time...

Just had a look at the press releases. FCP profitable now. Great!
This management seems highly capable of NOT promoting this stock to say the least.
Reading their headline 'FCPB Investments negotiates on BilltoBill'dated February 20, I decided to click on it.
It reads: ..

has executed a Letter of Intent and entered into asset/sale/merger negotiations with AsiaPay Limited, a Hong Kong based payments firm, in relation to BilltoBill, ...

What copywriter would not write in the title what it is really about???

On the FCP Investments website http://www.fcpbinvestments.com/BilltoBill.html , I found the following:
BilltoBill signed Payment Service Agreement with Spring Air

How can you possibly post such news - Spring Air is the largest low cost airline in China - on your website and NOT on ASX?

My conclusion is that BilltoBill, albeit small, is making major progress in an extremely complex environment - better products, more and better merchants, a hard working and focused team. Management however seems to burry the good news. Is it ignorance or intentional, or what...?
