HI RKCH

Well the latest announcement certainly answered moast of my original Questions, maybe ICS reads the share scene?

Either way I am very pleased with the new order of share ownership.
I will keep my fingers crossed for an announcement of an interim dividend in February.

Good luck for 2014

Hi Curly2,

Uncanny, Shareholder update out today.

Tim continues to be the seller.

ICS has not been the buyer.

Hi RKCH Thank you for your reply

Thanks to the current board and Garry Chapman we are now in a lot better situation than 3 Years ago.

I am happy that the board have their shares to align their interests with us (the share holders) as long as it does not get out of hand.

I hope that in February the BOARD declares an intrem dividend, and if that could be followed up by a declaration from the board that maintenance of dividend payments where possible will be part of their policy from now on. Then this would show investors that the company is gaining some real solid depth, and produce even greater interest the company - hence share price.

regards Curly2

Hi Curly2,
In answer to your first question, this was asked by a shareholder at the AGM and the Chairman said that the buyback would not be used for this purpose.
Cannot answer the other questions but am happy with the 200 percent price rise over the last twelve months.

HI all

Is the share buying in the last 2 days through the share buy back scheme ?
or through new interests buying in ?
Is TIM the seller ?

Has the share price been raised on purpose just to support the directors target scheme ?

Considering the share price and the directors holdings should their yearly bonuses of shares be cut in half ?

There has been no announcements to share holders since the AGM of company progress yet there has been frienzied buying in the last 2 days. What is happening?

All share holders need to be put in the picture

All interesting questions that need answers

Share buyback announced on the 19th has put a rocket under these. Closed at 3.5 cents today.
Let's see if it continues.

Tim has sold 5.5M shares.

I think that's what he was referring to.

There are also three new Top 10 shareholders.

I can't get the second page of todays announcement which would no doubt show who has not submitted a "substantial shareholder notice" - who has not submitted their notice?

I hope you are correct in you 5c assumption.

I just hope it is not a buyout. Got caught in one not long ago. Similar position to ICS .......was a long way to go as well.

cheers
