@Frogster
When searching with google, than XP is not listed to be a „porphyrias“
So, the second indication could really be XP as was here mentioned before and some on the forum seemed pretty sure about it already, although I do not no how one can be so certain.
We will hopefully find out shortly and I would be happy if indeed it is XP.

Its a really devastating disease and a possibly successful treatment with Scenesse would make this investment even more satisfying !

I don’t think it would’ve been in any of our interest to have a formal IR before this. No management should want to deal with an unwieldy group Of retail investors. You want a small number of highly aligned institutional Investors. I hope that most of their egforts are still aimed against institutional investors. Retail investors suck from an IR perspective.

Doubtful. And if you have a plan and the funds to do so, I think it is better to fly under the radar to prevent the outside world starts bothering you.

A game for thought:

What if cuv has had a super IR from the beginning? Analyst coverage, big banks following them,...

Would we have been able to buy in for such a bargain the last years?

Let’s be grateful for this desaterious IR so far and be hopeful it is going to change now to give us a nice final boost!

I see your point @Seeva222. It does appear being in IR can do wonders for your career as our esteemed colleague Frogster pointed out. Lachlan graduated by being the worst IR of all time and ended up becoming general manager for Clinuvel in Europe!

The trick of IR is to make it dumb enough for a 5th grader. Simplicity is the art. You need to make it so that people with no knowledge of your business “get it” quickly.

I was wondering about the term „non deal roadshow“ and looking for a definition:
QUOTE
Non Deal Roadshow
A non deal roadshow (NDR) occurs when executives hold discussions with current and potential investors but nothing is offered for sale. On such roadshows, no equity or debt securities are being offered. NDRs are simply carried out to provide public information to investors, including information such as a company's existing business and vision for the future. Basically, an NDR involves meeting with various important investors to keep the investors current on how the business is going.

A road show provides an introduction of the offering to potential investors, and was considered a key non-financial factor in buying decisions made by 82% of institutional investors in regards to IPOs in a 2014 study by EY.

Maybe the presentation is an overview for new investors (ASX200 listing), but the term „non deal“ sounds like an answer to current discussions about take over rumours.

I would wonder why Clinuvel is putting out now.a new investor briefing presentation if not for the purpose of an ASX200 listing addressing potential new investor. Add the update from Sphene Capital and new investors have a nice package to get informed about the potential of the firm.

Great things ahead!!
