I'm sure MRNA were supposed to have reported their top line daya by now.

Main MRNA shareholders include MRK, Bill Gates and the US military. The Commander in Chief is Trump.

If Trump wants to MAGA, then he would've wanted this done by Thanksgiving. Instead, its going to be Xmas. That way its more of a global thing.

I think the MRNA data is going to be mind blowing.

Where will that leave Pfizer.

Markets are closed in the US for Thanksgiving now. No new news on vaccines, licencing deals or anything else out of the US.
That can only mean, as I have said year upon year now, the Americans are the not the ones bossing the Covid thing. Still no US-EU FTA either. So the ones bossing it have to be the Europeans or the Chinese. I say the Chinese because of some papers put out by them recently and the fact that after the Wuhan thing, its all gone quiet.

As they say, it is darkest before dawn. I reckon dawn could be New Years Eve.

Lets not forget the big spike in BLT was on the first US trading day of a New Year. After that everything just went downhill.

Yeah. I don't think he has the desire to hang on to power through killing the way Hilary did. I believe he believes he had a job to do for America and that job is done. He will hand over power without argument because before he does, we will see what that job was. IMHO it was to break the pharma chains people are held in by those companies amongst many others.

Like the mini-nuke in Lebanon. Before it he stated, peace through overwhelming force. Afterwards, peace deals all through the middle East. Fancy that!
Everyone reckoned Hilary was going to jail. Along with Comey and a bunch of others. They are still free to walk the streets and dine in the restaurants BLM groups are hijacking.

Oh please don't tell me they are back to spruiking attendance at dog and pony shows as something to be proud of. That really is a bad sign.

Its like the annual ski and golf trip with all expenses paid by the company to Queenstown being dressed up as a conference. Honestly, I don't know how they even got that one past the tax man. It was just so blatant.

Perhaps they still do it but don't tell anyone anymore.

Who gets the royalties?
And there are going to be a lot of sales reps out of jobs soon.

The rule of thumb is, if everyone is expecting something, especially on the stock market, then don't expect it.

Everyone is expecting MRNA Covid data this week. I want to see it this week but now, I think it's Christmas we need to be looking at.

If America were in control of the situation, we would see something this week. I don't think they are somehow.

Commercial negotiations will be way ahead of any FDA decision. MRNA set to release data this week. Thanksgiving week. I'm sure that's just a fluke.

It leaves just 2.5 weeks for a deal to go down before the FDA decision.

]Sat, November 21, 2020, 6:00 PM ESTFRANKFURT, Nov 22 (Reuters) -

Moderna will charge governments between $25 and $37 per dose of its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, depending on the amount ordered, Chief Executive Stephane Bancel told German weekly Welt am Sonntag (WamS).
"Our vaccine therefore costs about the same as a flu shot, which is between $10 and $50," he was quoted as saying.

On Monday, an EU official involved in the talks said the European Commission wanted to reach a deal with Moderna for the supply of millions of doses of its vaccine candidate for a price below $25 per dose.

"Nothing is signed yet, but we're close to a deal with the EU Commission. We want to deliver to Europe and are in constructive talks," Bancel told WamS, adding it was just a "matter of days" until a contract would be ready.

Moderna has said its experimental vaccine is 94.5% effective in preventing COVID-19, based on interim data from a late-stage clinical trial, becoming the second developer to report results that far exceeded expectations after Pfizer and its partner BioNTech.

The EU has been in talks with Moderna for its experimental COVID-19 vaccine at least since July. (Reporting by Christoph Steitz; Editing by Mark Potter)

Is this the reason? At least part of the reason maybe.

Trump cutting out the middle man in big pharma supply chains and passing on billions upon billions of dollars to the consumer.
https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump?ref_src...7Ctwgr%5Eauthor
Most interesting for me was the first speaker after Trump when he declares Pfizer has applied for EUA to the FDA for their vaccine. Now it is all down to the FDA as to whether they come out of their safe harbour or not. If they do, who's the big weinner?

Unfortunately, I am reminded of the DNDN story. Sometimes things don't happen at the FDA the way you would expect them to.

Pfizer ups their covid efficacy to 95%.

Either PYCs EET patent is a part of it or it isnt.

EUA application due in days.

PYC must have something to say about it soon if they are involved because Pfizer's gotta come out of their safe harbour sanctuary and pay real world use of patent costs.

If TPP was concluded ages ago albeit without the Americans and now more recently, the Americans have renegotiated their NAFTA agreement while the CHinese have signed on with RCEP, then the only regional FTA not restructured, reworked or altered in some form is the US-EU one.

Perhaps that is the hold up. Especially since Brexit is in the mix as well.

It makes sense nothing happens until that mess is sorted.

If ALNY is to remain the worlds leading gene therapy company they're going to have to get a piece of whatever Pfizer and Moderna have.

Don't know about Au. but years ago OECD put out a report saying NZ was cutting its nose off to spite itself by being a low tax nation. They then held up the teal estate industry as the lowest taxed sector relative to value in the world.

No prizes for guessing their recommendations were to increase taxes.

When that happens, watch out for the banks. Its just like the Japanese bubble economy of the eighties.

Craig Ventner mapped the human genome for about a billion bucks and took something like ten years. In about ten years or less, your GP will be able to map your genome on the spot with a hand held cassette and then email the results to the lab for the appropriate medication.

You can't stop progress.

That's why the Great Global Covid Reset is all about the state chiselling into the private sector. They want their cut. No different from the Gambinos, Genoveses and the other families.

The deal is done. Nobody can with full sincerity believe a deal like this gets done without American involvement. Remember the sticking point in TPP? It was biologic and IP data. Which goes back to Obama declaring America was having a biotech Sputnik moment.

This will be why China congratulated Biden. Lets see if Trump concedes this week. Or the next few. But most importantly, lets see if we get a deal on the back of the Pfizer and soon to be released Covid data.

A vaccine for Covid will leave PYC in a very vulnerable place. Early stage development with a shite capital structure and in need of more cash a bit later rather than sooner.

Therefore the news overnight that Pfizer have a vaccine for covid is not good news for PYC.

Perhaps the real issue isn't who wins and who loses the election but more to do with the parameters and boundaries of what constitutes a democracy.

I genuinely believe those parameters were getting disrupted and changed under Obama and we will see political leadership return to the mean. The final result renders the difference between the parties about the same size as a cigarette paper thickness.

It's a case of, goodbye Donald, everyone else, as you were. The real power shifts have occurred in the Middle East and the financial markets. And now its over. Just watch for the next BCCI. IMHO, that's Citigroup. If it is, then it couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of assholes.

The HK dairy company I follow makes me wonder if the Chinese learned a thing or two after the Opium wars and how to do a deal with the West.
Did Trump make promises he had no intention of keeping? First thing he did was throw away the TPP manual. Then he sought a bi-lateral trade agreement with China. Nobody knows how that has gone. Maybe the Americans aren't holding up their end in it. Or something else altogether.

Does anyone actually believe in these results as being genuine?

Last elections Trump was saying elections are rigged and then he won. I believe him to be right. If you saw how he just steam rolled through all the primaries to get the candidacy it's obvious the entire game is rigged.

The HC pumptards don't half make me laugh. The techno babble and details are fine and certainly do make the tard look like he knows what he is talking about. But nobody ever mentions ARWR and their EET. Gee. I wonder why.

It was ARWR who had every single trial across the world kaiboshed by the FDA save for the one they had just started in NZ at Auckland Hospital which is a part of Auckland University Medical School basically. Including their research department.

Now, I remember Enumerate saying he had just run into OMD outside Auckland University in the street and had a really good conversation with him. This is when PYC were saying OMD was hard at work in the basement lab in Perth. But maybe it was actually in one of those buildings in Symonds St.

Put it altogether, and it is not a wild guess to say ARWR are working with PYC and their EET peptides at Auckland University Hospital and conducting trials with it.

But what would I know?

I can't help but think Huey has got a connection to the fund that just bought into PYC. Will explain the sudden departure, exclusive nature of the placement and the mystery of the insto.

If a takeover bid materializes before the retail rights issue close then that will explain everything.

It is difficult to believe what I am seeing. The sectors which I follow are just still and stagnant. Not taking a breather. More like edging to the abyss and waiting for the ground to fall apart underneath it.

This could be because of the US elections. It could be because of something much more.

If everyone is waiting for the collapse then it will be a good time to start buying if you are a contrarian. Just like those Japanese guys and the mystery Lichtenstein people.

I will go out on a limb and say the Lichtenstein people are Israeli related. Not that I have a shred of evidence for this except their absence elsewhere.

The HK dairy company I keep an eye on was ordered delisted earlier this year after ten years of to-ing and fro-ing. Since then they have made two more submissions and are still listed pending another hearing after the final one. So far no bearing has been scheduled.

One begins to wonder if the will is actually there to delist or if its a manipulation of process as a negotiating tool.

While everyone thinks its all about Trump v Biden, Republicans v Democrats, lets ponder a moment the reasons why Trump's closest advisors have left. In particular, KAC. Some will say marital and family reasons. I say, the smartest woman in politics is far far smarter than anyone gives her credit for. Instead, she knows, as do the other closest advisors know, the job is done.

What we don't know is, what was the job?

I'm guessing that was to save America from being overrun and destroyed from within. But that's just a guess I stress.

But the more verbiage included in it means the greater chance of getting that cap. raise away to keep the gravy train rolling.

Dec. 9th is quite late for a AGM. A reason for leaving it so late may be because they expect something to happen on the Covid Bill under discussions.
In the interview Pelosi is saying it can be done by Nov. 3rd. The unsaid caveat to that will be, only if it is on our terms so we can make political capital out of it. The risk for Trump n Co. is they lose the election and can't get anything through.

The Americans love their theatre and drama and high suspense even if its not real so don't expect this bill to pass by election day.

There is over a trillion dollars at stake. Do you really think democracy matters when you are talking these figures?

The market seems to have got it. And once it is passed the market is going to go into a frenzy.

https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/stocks-sl...not-budging-one

QUOTE
In the day's first obligatory round of fiscal stimulus jawboning which just serves to justify why neither party will budge on a deal ahead of the elections despite pretending to "work hard" to get a deal, we first had House Speaker Nancy Pelosi saying on MSNBC that a stimulus bill "can be passed before the Nov. 3 election if President Trump cooperates", before hedging that Trump has been "back and forth" on a deal, adding he needs to bring around Senate Republicans to back any agreement in the first fingerpointing of the day. Still, she concluded that "the president wants a bill, I really do."

In response, the White House immediately countered with Press Secretary McEnany saying Pelosi is making it harder by not budging "even one inch" on her stimulus demands.

The market read between the lines, realized that the constant back and forth means no deal is coming, and hammered both the S&P...

I have never heard Pelosi sound so lucid and with it as what she is in this clip. Razor sharp but still looks like she is completely whacked.

The good news is she is optimistic there will be something on the table by the election. I can't see it myself because either side will be trying to claim political capital from it if there is. She does mention that it could be after the election. I see this as more likely.

Which means, especially for my bile spewing mate loopy, Thanksgiving and Christmas comes into the frame as key dates for a biotech rationalization and an end to all the covid nonsense. It is truly amazing how a trillion dollar plus bill being passed in the US is going to be responsible for beating a virus. I can't understand how a virus can understand these things. But they must because I read it on the internet that they do.

He's supposed to be a deal maker. Granted he has done pretty well in the Middle East. I'm still waiting for his healthcare reforms. No deal on that front yet.

Hopefully it will be this weekend. Thats when he has an attentive audience. And only after he's put his Covid stimulus bill together with Pelosi. Now wouldn't that be something?

I wonder if the only incentive they think a retail holder needs to put up more cash at these prices when the uptake wasn't so great at a penny or so is confirmation of the real estate guy or a unknown insto has taken up their rights.

If so, then the real estate guy must think very highly about himself and his reputation. Especially when they are talking about the retail offerings being oversubscribed. Quite the opposite is what I would expect.

This is rapidly becoming one of the best polished turds on the ASX. And a polished turd is still just a turd. This particular turd has what must be going on 4bn shares on issue fully diluted. What a nonsense.

It also explains why Huey decided to bail or got bailed if this is the best they can do.

ANZ says a dive in demand for foreign exchange cash caused by New Zealand's border restrictions is behind its decision to stop buying and selling foreign cash.

The country's largest bank will stop buying and selling foreign cash from November 13 but will still accept cheques in foreign currency for now.

In a statement on its website the ANZ said border restrictions due to Covid-19 had seen demand for foreign exchange cash transactions fall significantly in recent months.

"As customers are well-served by other alternatives, including specialist providers and the ability to withdraw local currency from overseas ATMs, we have taken the carefully-considered decision to discontinue foreign exchange cash services in our branches."

Cornerstone stake at a huge premium to market price was the guts of it. In this case, the obvious vendor(s) will be Dad and the real estate guy. They sell out, make a motza, everyone elses shares get re-rated to that price. The outcome is, cheaper entry for the pharma partner, big profits for shareholders because of the risk v reward model. I.e. risk was taken and now its mitigated therefore the risk taker wants their pound of flesh while the pharma partner wants a bit more certainty than what was there before and is willing to pay for it.

But, if PYC is gene therapy's equivalent of nuclear energy's heavy water, then who is it that has the oligonucleotide which does the magic of silencing the gene (splitting the atom)? Must be ALNY given their close involvement with PYC is my guess.

Looks like Junior n Co. are about to address the wacky capital structure with a cap. raise.

Dad and the real estate guy gonna sell down for a motza is my guess.

The only real buyers have to be Pfizer or the Chinese. My bread is on the Chinese. The Americans have been in on PYC for a long time with the Liebermann connection.

Although, I see MRNA have scheduled their update in a fortnights time.

And what's with the back to back Trading Halt? Since when did that become a thing?

If its good enough for Apple why not other tech firms? Including CSL and biotechs. Especially if a structure like Alphabet's (GOOG) is used. A lot of them are worth more than banks and can interact directly with the client digitally. Especially once digital currency is more widely accepted.

Don't choke on that bile, loopy. Take some Gaviscon to help with the hurt.

What would happen if CSL or someone scooped up all the biotechs and listed on the NASDAQ? The market cap would be so great they could buy the banks or just set up their own.

Short story is, banks are on a death watch. Their model is now outdated.

Strange things happen with IONS related companies. Whatever happens, good or bad , the cause of it will not be endogenous to the company. You can see that with one quick look at share price history and management.

Can't understand why that fund is selling down if blue skies are a surety.

My old mate slayer always said he didn't have a clue about the science (but he was happy to be one of the largest shareholder in PYC. Figure that one out.) In that case, the following would be lost on him if in fact the ARWR endosome escape hatch technology is actually PYC's like I have said all along.
QUOTE
The study of Johnson & Johnson's Covid-19 vaccine has been paused due to an unexplained illness in a study participant.

A document sent to outside researchers running the 60,000-patient clinical trial states that a "pausing rule" has been met, that the online system used to enroll patients in the study has been closed, and that the data and safety monitoring board — an independent committee that watches over the safety of patients in the clinical trial — would be convened. The document was obtained by STAT.

Contacted by STAT, J&J confirmed the study pause, saying it was due to "an unexplained illness in a study participant." The company declined to provide further details

It kinda means PYC is going down the crapper. Hence the pump and dump.

Eerily familiar to me. During the 80's Japanese bubble economy parents were pledging the incomes of their newly born children as collateral for a mortgage as long as it was insured. Grandparents were providing deposits to those parents by borrowing against their properties. Three generations of income just so one generation can have a house to live in and raise a family. Outrageous.

The good news is, we know how it ended. It's the same in the west now.

Banks are going to cack themselves. Just imagine if they put a border tax on hot foreign investment monies.

Why this is important is because if you pay attention to what Trump is saying, Regeneron is the wonder cure for Covid. If that is the case, and they are about to go live with widespread distribution of it under emergency use conditions, then licencing fees will have to be paid since the Merck v Integra safe harbour provisions no longer apply.
BLT, I am sure never had any relationship with Regeneron, so that puts them out of the race.

But then, is Trump really so big a moron he is going to be tweeting about Regeneron being a miracle cure for Covid when he knows full well what the commercial ramifications of such a thing would be? Only if he holds REGN shares.

He wouldn't be talking like this unless something is imminent. Maybe something for the weekend.

He even said nobody has anything to fear from it!

So what was all nonsense from one idiot on this site about Covid equating to a genocide? Omg. How naive and gullible some are.

Definitely a nasty capital raise coming up. Hence the filing of this.

Also, there is no mention of any Melbourne office in the following documents. So the redomiciling of BLT must be complete. Probably brought about by a IP transfer or some other almost impossible to see act.

Guess the fate of BLT now rests with the SEC granting a Notice of Effectiveness. Otherwise this share will drift under a buck and eventually be struck off the bourse.

BLTs story is a sad and sorry one unless you were a insider. Just look at PFs largesse. Quite sickening tbh.

No reason for it that I can see. In which case it can only be someone getting out quickly ahead of bad news or a naked short attack to ensure a cap. raise on the cheap.

If the DOCA has been agreed to and DOCA administrators appointed, it should be a relatively straightforward matter to hold the necessary shareholders meeting to gain approval.

A full month has passed since the above happened. They said the meeting will be in September or October. We are now at the end of the Sept. and still no meeting notice or provision of the contents of the DOCA.

Seems a little drawn out to me even if they are still within their stated timelines. Is there something else going on?

Whatever the authorities see as the threat that mandates this social experiment it may be an amalgam of different issues. Could be race and religion but I would say the underlying issue would be socio-economic disparity.

It's as if property ownership has given rise to a type of modern day peasantry. From which comes many ills. Human trafficking, slavery, forced prostitution, drug running and use of to name just a few. And disease control is a major factor in this environment.

If Perry actually is selling down and not just swapping out then RBC, now ARB has had its eyes picked out of it and the business is on the cusp of profitability. Which means it's about to be stripped out of ARB and a new business backed in.

Thatll be why the structure has never changed. The shareholders havent had their final shafting yet.

A closer look will reveal a wresting back of monetary policy from the Reserve Bank and its siblings. That's one of the reasons usury is out of favour and the banks aren't happy about it.

To add to my comments of future possible conflict founded in race or religion, one cannot discount the trend for ethnic separatism and privilege amongst the indigenous population due to increased marginalization from immigration.

Any future republic aspirations of the politicians could easily act as a catalyst for this. Either before or after the event.

NZ alert levels to be reviewed today. Can't see it going down. Even though the rest of the country is in Level One (whatever happened to Level Zero?) and many Aucklanders have vacated Auckland to be out of Covid restrictions I can't see it changing any time soon. Couldn't agree more but that doesn't mean such events won't happen in the future. History doesn't predict future but it can repeat without studying it. Nor do you provide any insight into why the authorities are taking such a hard line stance in some instances but not others and making these temporary changes permanent. It sure as eggs isn't because of a virus.

To put it another way, what is it the politicos know that mandates the socio-political changes currently being undertaken? There must be an event or a likelihood of such an event in the near future, like a couple or several years from now which has a high probability of occurring that has caused the brains trust to conclude it is necessary to put into place systems and structures to effect something like martial law.

While everyone is looking at the US China situation I believe its more likely to be something like race or religious wars with a political dimension. Not necessarily like what is happening in the US although that is quite likely. I am thinking more like domestic terrorism. Think, IRA, ANC, PLO etc.

How hard would it be to set off a bomb over Easter or Xmas, burn churches or disrupt some other conventional life style of typical middle class Australia?

All this immigration creates its own pressure points and some of those points might just blow its rivets out.

Six weeks to go until the election. Three for NZ's.

Trump reckons there will be a vaccine before it.

The political management handbook stipulates that if you have an ace up your sleeve, play it two weeks before the election date. That way you can catch the undecided voters before they firm up in their minds what way they will go.

So we might have to wait another four weeks before we get clarity on anything.

If Trump wins, he will unleash the military against all the rabble I expect . Watch the career politicians scurry like rats from a sinking ship.

Not sure what anyone else thinks but it looks to me like we have a break out. In my experience, if breakout occurs while a company is walking through the Valley of Death, then a buy out offer soon appears. The breakout serves as a harbinger.
So watch out guys. Takover offer coming in from ARWR is my guess.
