For no reason, BNTC crashes 23% in the US overnight.

Things can't be good.

While we live in hope something may come soon for this sector, there is always this. I wouldn't be surprised if the entire year ends with nothing having happened anywhere.

One other thing I can't figure out is, how does a company redomicile to the US but never leave its Melbourne office?

Its like, what does redomicile actually mean?

Can't get past the US military's involvement in MRNA. Using the atom bomb as a guide they are not averse to just pushing the red button with new technology just to see what happens. Could be that is how Covid came about.

Apparently, Moderna's vaccine trial outcomes are about to be delayed for longer analysis of the data. This leaves Pfizer's vaccine as the leader.

It will be interesting to see what happens if they should emerge victorious in their quest to be first with a vaccine. If they do "win" it means they will be out of Merck v Integra safe harbour provisions and into the commericalization world. That means royalties and licencing fees to somebody.

I don't think that somebody will be BLT though. PYC possibly.

Somebody likes something. MRNA and ALNY up about 7% each. BNTC dead in the water. Must be a reason for it. Why would they "redomicile" to the US and keep their cupboard office in Melbourne.

None of it adds up except for the fact that there is more pain ahead for shareholders who have already been done like a kipper. But if you were a new shareholder coming in then its probably a good time to buy. There exists the caveat that whatever develops out of Covid vaccines may leave BNTC absolutely dead in the water and ripe for the picking.

The HK dairy company I keep an eye on has still not released the final decision to delist from the HK stock exchange. After more than ten years of suspension and a final appeal on the final appeal two and a bit months ago there is still just nothing. Not even from the PWC guys after being appointed as liquidators, still nothing. Neither a delisting nor a liquidation. Just more than ten years of suspension.

Something a bit fishy here.

Can still remember when Chicken Little ran Pfizer. That was when it was all on with BLT. How things have changed.
