Finally SP is back to where it should be. Lets wait and see our new normality post FDA approval. Dont mind a takeover if the premium is attractive.

Actually I quite like PW now.
He patiently wait and didn’t rush an entry into China until he found someone reliable and reputable equally as Clinuvel.
Secretively ambitious, doesn’t care a dollar or two, he’s only after big bucks!

Chinese market is quite different from Euro and USA markets. Simply because CCP made own rule about everything.
On paper it says WinHealth’s headquarter is based in HongKong. Actually I would say Hangzhou is its real headquarter because it is where Xi’s roots are.
Secondly, this treatment is still quite expensive. Only upper-middle class in China can probably afford it. So the targeted group should concentrate in the first tier cities like Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Hangzhou.
This leads to my next point. You don’t need to access to all the hospitals but only the big ones in the first tier cities. Normally they are state-owned.
Back to political environment, as long as WinHealth’s CEO is well connected, everything else is minutiae except risk and compliance/ongoing monitoring stuff.

No need to be panic.

The truth is:
If you didn’t sell any of your cuv shares at ATH price, no point to sell now. Unless you have other loss-making investments, you have to fund the gap for it.
Anyone here has been hanging around longer enough, you would’ve known that this is not new at all. It just does everyone’s head in.
Wasn’t one of directors who recently bought some shares at the price of $27ish.
We got FDA approval which is our security for the share price. Imaging if we got rejected, share price will be like $10 or less by now.
Company is making progress but not at our expected or a desired level. PW is someone who plays his cards very close to his chest. Like you all said, if the company is under his control, who is the biggest loser here then.

Time is our best friend at the moment. With coronavirus and other natural disasters, we’re so damn lucky as we are investing our money in a healthcare business. Just imaging if you are holding stocks of Myer David Jones right now.

Let’s be appreciative and thankful. After going through all sorts of emotions and you still can’t get out of it, then just press the button and sell it. That’s the end of the story. Happy Days.

Dear Folks,

With a population of approx. 24 mil in Australia, if everyone can donate $50 per person, we can have a recovery fund of $120mil in total.

For us who holds hundreds of cuv shares here, lets donate 2 share each. Your kindness and generosity can bless all impacted people due to this ongoing bushfire event.

What goes around comes around.

Best regards,

Clinuvel Follower

What’s in it for LH?

Numbers of CUV Shareholders in total: 4200
Numbers of CUV Shareholders at ShareCafe: at least 42 - 126
By historical data, self-declared shareholding per member here from 5000 - 200K+
Majority of us are retail investors

Scenario 1: LH is a genuine retail investor just like everyone else here
Scenario 2: LH is acting as an agent for shorter. No need to mention his ending game if that’s the case
Scenario 3: LH is an early profit-taker who is still strongly attached to this company. His biased/non biased opinion is the way of his expression, very sentimental.

Regardless, competition is everywhere. In my view, competition is positive. If you watched his interview back in 2012, he already mentioned the core business of a pharmaceutical company is R&D. And the competitive advantage Clinuvel has comparing to big pharma is its focus on one particular field. The conquest of DNA repair can open up doors to other areas. By the way, he and his team will work as hard as they can over the next 3 years. He knew cuv has to shine out in both 2020 and 2021, before his ceo tenure.

Lastly, it is what it is. Winners are grinders. Peace.

Thanks for sharing this document!

Three issues outlined are conquerable.

The statistic reviewer Dr Yang is long standing employee who’s been working for FDA since 2010.

I guess my country man is at his early 40. Fortune teller told he doesn’t look like a difficult person.

Put jokes aside, it is what it is. Let’s wait and see in two month time.

Thanks for sharing this news. It is great to see CUV growing exposure in China.
Despite the total costs for treatment can only be borne by high income earners (unless a subsidy is proposed), still it is worthwhile to open up a new market with 1,4bn populations.
Market size determines value potential. Someone probably should spread words across through wechat. Lol

Re Exit Strategy
Personally I won’t sell entire cuv shares or any share post approval because we all know the potential of this monster.
We’ve all been waiting for this almost a decade and if you know ATH will be somewhere between 100 and 200 or more. Another couple of years waiting is absolutely worthwhile.
Having said that, people may have different life priorities and if you have to, then just do it.

My countrymen in China are pretty superstitious - next year is the year of rat and the one after will be the year of OX, which indicates ‘BULL’ effect. So I reckon cash-out in 2021 sounds perfect.

Is there any CUV follower from China here?
Came across this one when I studied at Melbourne Uni as an international student. Cannot believe what had been achieved so far.
All these resonate me with an analogy from ‘Catch me if you can’: Two little mice fell in a bucket of cream. The first mouse quickly gave up and drowned. The second mouse, wouldn't quit. He struggled so hard that eventually he churned that cream into butter and crawled out. Gentlemen, as of this moment, CUV is that second mouse!
GLTA. Btw, Happy Australian Day.
