Broken it's 4 month downtrend today on speculation the beer division will be bid for after the split.
Up on uninspiring volume though, so far.

It didn't happen overnight, but it did happen. Oh well, I sold out a while back.........good luck to those still holding.............

Could be a bit of a bidding over Fosters beer division. SAB reportedly ready for a $12.22b takeover of the beer division and a few others interested as well.

If you want some sense of the likely strategies of an acquirer of Foster's you might want to look at InBev's strategy with Anhueser-Busch (as reported in WSJ (http://digg.com/d1ptv9)). There was a lot of fat to trim. Have to assume such a duopolist as Foster's would be pretty similar.
