Greetings all

I'm a surfer from the Northern Beaches of Australia and grew up swimming and surfing by the Ocean & Sun which was my playground. It was a wonderful way to grow but boy o boy did my skin take a beating in that harsh Australian sun. Sun protection was just becoming a thing with the old slip, slop slap TV commercials I'm sure many would remember. I was never a big fan of sunscreen as I was dubious to what they may contain. I have been told I am just above Fitzpatrick Type II skin type (I have Irish heritage) and i would probably burn just as much as your average redhead. I have managed to stay out of sun more through my 30's & 40's mainly just because of my office work and have made better choices to remain less exposed. Since I have had a couple of superficial skin cancers removed from forehead.

Now I am fast approaching my fifties and about to embark on a very long around the world yacht voyage which will reignite my close relationship with old friend....that big fiery ball in the sky. Now I have to apologize as I don't follow this company much anymore and I'm wondering where they are at with products for people like me? I think there is a few of us. Kind of blows here I am 25 years latter and I'm still relegated to use sunscreen. I have heard and seen a lot of bad things in the press recently about sunscreens and I'm probably more concerned about using them now more than ever.

Thanks for any responses.

Give me $5 per share and I'm out. Had enough of this lying, deceitful mollusc of a company! PW should be hanging his head in shame, albeit he subsists with his arrogant non-communicative behaviour. Please give me 5 bucks and I'm out...life is short!

No offence taken:)Let us all see this fantastic opportunity for this stock take it's rise and reward us with the opportunity we have all hoping for. Not forgetting all the amazing patients and beneficiaries around the world that are going to gain from this drug, But my patients have really grown thin in terms of this company. I'm sure as there are many on this site we are all at our wits end.The old saying goes enough is enough and it way time this company comes clean. I'm up to my neck with the over analysing of the company and our continued support of the company. I could be wrong and we be on the cusp of a break through but living in this world of no information from the company and trying to gain confidence from forums borders on insanity. As i said before I hope we are on the brink of a break through but with the current management I personally do not hold much hope. Some serious questions nee to be asked at the next AGM and PW evades them as he has done in the past. I believe the most pertinent question to ask PW at this year AGM is what are your partnership plans? as we know you cannot do this alone....and then let us see how he dodges that one?

thanks willo,
so that's 2.1 million shares at a average buy price of $2.68 (AUD) /share with a total purchase cost of 5.3m aud

with todays close at $2.62 aud that puts their investment at a loss $130,000 AUD(roughly) and no exchange rates taken into account on their investment.

I'm betting they want Clinuhope to pull their finger out quick smart !

Bring on the haters and the paranoid posters on this board who think I am a plant (most ridiculous thing I have ever heard)

Dear family and friends,

JT continues to reap the protective benefits of Scenesse! This past weekend, Randolph played in back to back matches on Friday and Saturday. JT and his teammates won both matches and JT did it without ANY painful effects from the sun! To say JT is thrilled would be a major understatement. He is playing #1 singles and #1 doubles and is looking forward to the last tournament of the fall season the weekend of October 3-4. His classes are going well and he is so happy.

Now we need to work to bring this life changing treatment to all EPP patients in the U.S. While JT has been blessed by you all enabling him to get treatment for this school year, this is only a short term solution. We need FDA approval and we need it now!

I have drafted a letter seeking fast track approval of Scenesse from the FDA. We would be eternally grateful if you would download the google doc below, sign it and send it in to all of your representatives as well. We need to get as much "grassroots" support as possible to bring about awareness of Scenesse and pressure the FDA to approve it.

Thank you all again for your love, prayers and support!

I was 33 years old when I first invested in this company. At that age I still felt relatively young and hopeful this company had some of the best potential around. I'm 45 now and 12 years on look where we are now! I pointed out just after the "narvarnic" approval that pw and the rest of his incompetent posse don't have the know how and expertise to bring this product to the market excuted with professionalism and confidence. What grinds my gears even more so is the board members on this forum to constantly make excuses for the company and feel a need to constantly justify their investment. The proof is there now. The company is underperformed. How much longer do we have to listen to their BS? I'm sure as the moto goes "it will pay off in the end". The end is near. Maybe I will just get a doctorate and become a spin doctor for a biotech.
BTW: What ever became of RC? I miss that deluded SOB.
Peace out

Reality Check..hahahaa your a joke.....it seems like you have fooled all of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. I saw your little play answering royco with your second imaginary phone call from PW. Nice illusion but it doesn't fool us smart people on this forum. (is that suppose to make your bullsh1t artist stories true?) Here is a suggestion? Why don't you just crawl back into what ever hole you crawled out of and leave us smart investors alone. I really don't want to look at your bs everyday and I have learned to enjoy some comments from the more intelligent investors on this forum. Trying to cover up your bullshit by posting and luring in royco and making your first Bullsh1t post about your intimate contact with PW makes you look even more stupid. Grow a brain you moron and stop trawling/trolling what use to be be a respectable forum. Your a bullsh1t artist of the first degree and you know it. Enjoy your banter with your fellow bs buddies.......I doubt you own a single share!

ok my take on the current situation

It seems some members on here are "sleepy". Their attitudes take a sleeping pill and come back and check in in 6 months times. All fair and well if you have cash reserves and are not a active investor. My worry is ...there is an old saying with stock prices....for every cent lost it requires double to regain that cent. So to have a blazaie comment it will be alright in 6 to 12 months is a very blaze' comment. To add to this there is a a lot of research coming out lately that even the humble aspirin can prevent some of the inflammatory disease i.e Alzheimer's etc etc. So whatever potential this drug has for these type of applications might be left in the dust so to speak. Also I have some seen some very smart advertising about block out screens recently. Has this "technology advanced and does it have a edge on "our miracle drug" at 5000 times the expense still without certain clarity around marketing insurance uptake and price. I am here for the same reason as most of you. And I am a long term share holder. But as said by many there is much uncertainty and by this time in the evolution of this drug and this companies profile we are expecting a lot more. My background is from technical trading perspective. I don't even try with CUV anymore and it has become an embarrassment to everyone I have made aware of the company. What is needed. What does this company have to do to get this share on the radar? Also aware of some recent and sensible comments (and by a female by that matter) but yes keeping a low profile until all regulatory process are boxed and ticked.is a good idea....but (hey) what is wrong with keeping(long and loyal) investors informed, updated and confident? Feedback welcomed!

For me it's not speculative. I'm a sophisticated investor and I have invested a lot of time and money into this company. This is not a game for me. I expect results and I expect them in a timely manner. I have no time for flippant CEO's dragging us along for his ride. So far this company has let me down time and time again. And now the CEO and some of his side kicks have got their remuneration I am more worried than ever!

yes I'm sure all the "real" investors on this forum would enjoy seven figure returns and I'm not going to boast how make I would make because I'm not into that kind of thing. The point I'm trying to get across here is time decay. Time and timing in the share market is crucial. CUV have demonstrated time and time again they are not up to making deliverables. Even now we are based what seemed a critical point the share price is wallowing and if you ask me the company is wallowing. All it's share holders still have huge question marks hanging over their heads. And even with the recent the recent AGM which everyone was still hanging on with hope everything seems to be falling flat! (i didn't attend BTW) These should be exciting and jubilant times but what have right now is a share that is getting manipulited to the bejeezus and whole lot of uncertain share holders. I understandd all sensitivities around this stock, and that is what PW will push to you. But why should he be concerned he is now a multi millionaire riding on the back of toils.

Actually the more I think about it this company does actually need a take over. For the good of the company, it's share holders and most importantly the patients that can be treated by this amazing drug.
I'm confident this will happen in the not too far distant future. Fingers crossed!!
I would settle for $25-$30 /share in this point in time.

Thoughts?

Well forget the facts that you think in your own mind the reality is this companies share price is diving and to the unbelievable reality to all of it's share holders. I think at this point in time CUV should have a good grip on it's value in the share market. Obviously something has gone seriously wrong here. There are other bio techs on the market that sky rocket past past this share purely on speculation. Now here we have a drug that is ground breaking, and I have said it before if this was a American company we would all be rich by now ( and that is what everyone is waiting for isn't it) There is something definitely wrong with this company and I blame the rich guy at the top that goes under the initials PW. I have stopped making excuses for this company. And please bring on all the boffins that speculate on price earnings....future value........stop dreaming. The time is for this share price to go up is now! The market is buoyant now. What happens is the market turns sour again like GFC times. It this share can't improve it's value now what chance has it got in a deflated market! We are actually running out of time! And don't forget every cent a stock loses in value it takes twice as long to recover that value. Any rich investors out there? please make an effort to bump this back up. I still have some faith but only a little!!

Actually talking about gaps and normal trading rule forget it. These rules do not apply with this stock there is simply not enough interest, and other than than us (retail investors) and the few investments companies that have gone out on limb there is nothing. Retrophin are now dumping so don't think this is going to be a gentle ride. So apart from us fools getting played with this share and hanging on for dear life there is no safety net. I feel for your you all and I'm starting to feel stupid for placing so much trust in this company! And if you ask me I think Philip Wolgen is shady!

Does anyyone here an afiliatedwith a good stock broking company? Obviously PW doesn't give a flying expletive about it's share holders. A good broking company might be able to give CUV the boost it deserves. 1 month ago posters speculating on how rich they are going to be. Now everyone has gone quiet. I predict this share is going to wallow for a long time again maybe hit 2.50 as it has a gap to fill. To all the haters who are going to regard this as negative get real and stop hanging on to hope. this company needs a shake up full stop. PW doesn't have your interest at heart he has already made his bucks!

Greetings all,

to be frank, i’m fed up with cuv. I too have been holding since epitan (ept)days. And invested heavily again on the post announcement….thinking wow this is it that cracked it!! To my disappointment no! Now if this was a US company we would all be rich by now, yes?. Forget your share price manipulation which we are all going to speculate on. If a company is desired you can’t manipulate the market! But what is it with this company? I agree with some members on this forum…yes of course no-one wants to see the share price sky rocket out of control out of alignment with mile stones, significant turning points and press releases. But this company seriously needs a good PR department to this company into the open. I know everyone is aware of how press sensitive/regulatory all this stuff is……but!

Unless this company pulls it’s finger out soon, we’re all in the position of having all of our shares bought out from under us without ever benefiting the companies future value. And another question is?….so who were the buyers pre announcement that got the SP past $5 dollars pre-announcement? Was that Retrophin knowing that their offer had been refused? and at least they could make some money pumping and dumping! Too many question marks? When will this company and it’s SP see it’s day? I for one do not want to hang on in hope and wonder for another decade!
Listened to the conference call tonight…..very under whelming!
If you saw a share/stock price spike jump over 60% over night and it was a cancer research company, you would buy into it?…I know i would!

Not saying CUV is a cancer research company but this a pretty revolutionary company.

Can’t beat the stock market…..but you sure can get frustrated by it !

peace out
