Hi All,
I'm a born and bred Darwin boy, and i drink a lot of piss.
I brew my own beer and have a tap hangin' out of the fridge. It works real well.
I usually buy a nice light malt base end add my own hops
Even the suprmarket lagers taste real good with some added hersbrucker finishing hops.
I also make my own rum(even better than Bundy).
It all tastes better than the bought stuff!

Anyone heard of/tried a Snakebite, popular in UK apparently? From WestBrew site,... Snakebite is the name of a drink which comprises of equal parts lager and cider, with a shot of blackcurrant cordial. This drink is dangerously drinkable and extremely popular with students due to its pleasant taste and potency In one purchase you will get everything you need to make your own Snake Bite - Black Rock Lager + Black Rock Cider + Brew Blend No. 15 - BREW BOOSTER + All Purpose Wine Yeast.

Brewed and tase tested(past few nights smile.gif ) and gets the thumbs up.
My wife prefers it with out the shot of blackcurrant, but I like it with a small dash.

Cheers

Yeh yeh yeh! I know what I'm doing dad!! laughingsmiley.gif
I use the carbonation drops for secondary fermentaion its quick easy and hard to stuff up(two lollies in each long neck)

Sorry to about the culling, it must be hard to have to do this to your live stock,......have another brew mate. smile.gif

Cheers
