Yawn, the revised bid of $1.40 has been accepted by the Board. I was hoping for a little higher. No complaints though overall, this has been a very solid performer.
Now to find another like this.
The house buy probably more interesting cognitive.

Trading halt announced, could this be another suitor or Cape seeing reality and a new more realistic bid coming?
Definitely holding.

Analysts are forecasting FY09 earnings of 11.7c per share. Share price of 1.30 would imply a forward PE of only 11, way toooo low.

A takeover will result in a quick profit over the short term. I would prefer to continue to hold the stock and take a much larger profit over the longer term.

Quality stocks with good management and growth prospects are too hard to find. If I am forced to sell by a takeover it will be hard to find an equivalent replacement to this one.

Knocked back a $1.30 takeover price.
Sittiing @ $1.19.
Income set to jump 2008 & 09.
Boxes are being ticked.

I like this one.
Looking forward to $2+, then let Cape come back with another offer biggrin.gif
