Talk about an SP that's asleep !!! wasn't a distribution (well, of sorts) meant to be a done deal in Feb ...?

Cheers

And so far so good into the New Year Crooky for GMG - let's hope the REITS can get a break from so much bleakness..

Cheers

I just realised the distribution is actually a mere 1.5cents/share. I mistakenly see the dist on commsec and trading room as 9.65c/shares (which is the distribution for Dec08). anyway, that's why I raised the question. thanks Ozgaz

Hi OZGAZ,
To receive the Dividend,a new holder must buy the shares before 23 Dec. (maybe you realise this though it is not clear from your post)

Hi Angling,
Only if you want to make a short term profit (and that profit of course depends on the spend) as the distribution is calculated from what a shareholder holds as of 31.12, hence the current buying. So I'm inclined to think that there will be a sell off of sorts once this date passes. My point was though that the distribution amount is piddly compared to last year therefore I wouldn't think that a lot would buy in for this meagre amount (sub 2c I think)...........

Cheers

There will probably be some buying now for the distribution but is it really worth it ? what a difference 12 months make - 9.6 c last year....

Cheers
