It is worth noting the G7 summit is happening this weekend. All the heads of state of the players that matter gathered around to reach a conclusion on something that they don't even want to make a statement about.

Trump again hints there is something going on in which nobody knows about. He said, months ago now, a very big secret deal would be revealed in three weeks time then it wasn't and still isn't. VP Pence was recalled to the White House one time recently and we were told we would find out why in a few weeks time and until then we weren't allowed to know why. Trump also kept secret a third leg to the deal he made with Mexico and that hasn't been revealed yet either. Now he is at it again, saying he is doing "something" which will be revealed shortly. The inference is, nobody knows what it is I am doing.

Going by recent comments, the HC pumptard should become known as the HC desperado, the HC straw clutcher or the HC veneer of hope.

When I look at the SAB and the companies they are involved with I see nothing but conflict were PYC to actually have something. That there has been no conflict suggests PYC don't have anything or what they did have has been spirited out the back door. Mr. IKEA must be getting all salivacious thinking about what he's going to back in to the shell once it's sold for a apple and a pear.

And now, just six weeks after the other big company presentation singing their praises they want to hold a conference call to get the message out there. The message being, look at the success we are having in mice! We're changing the lives of all these mice one little micie [sic] at a time.

That golden clause of Juniors ought to get actioned soon or he might be in for a torrid AGM if anybody actually turns up.

I dread to think how many companies have staked their existence on data from mice only to end on the pyre as sacrificial ashes. Looks like PYC is just another one. After all this time, all they can hold up to the world as proof of success is what happened when a mouse tried out some their magic potion.

2.5 billion shares on issue and we're supposed to jump up and down in joy for a mouse. Nice Junior. Real nice. Better hope that clause gets put into play soon. The future not so bright otherwise.

Looks like someone got wind of a binary event coming up. Down over 10% in the end. BLT to finally admit the science is a bust, the patents are worthless and Many or someone else will buy it for a peppercorn. The good news is Make me a Motza Archa will save the day.

Ever heard those pundits and experts telling you that it's all about time in the market not timing the market that makes you wealthy? Well, they're all wrong. Long term shareholders are decimated and have no chance of ever getting their money back.

Nasty price action in BNTC overnight. It will never be over a buck again. Bye bye NASDAQ listing. Marketing for Make me a Motza Archa shouldn't be too far away. It will be pumped up as the next big thing. Far, far better than some silly and failed gene therapy company.

Isn't this where the Stump to Pump project would come to the fore? If I recall, it was an Arborgen stump that was being converted to the pump. In which case, it puts a whole new light on Arborgen and RBC.

The ARWR presentation must've gone down a treat because it is up 9%. That has to bode well for PYC if it is PYC's EET they are using. WHile BNTC has not had a single share traded. No way is this ever getting over a buck again. Bye bye NASDAQ listing. Hello Make Me a Motza Archa.

If the name is a clue to the company's strategy then there must be a lot more to come.

Eight working days left. Hughie must be hanging around for his payout. That he doesn't take shares in lieu as per the new guy, Lukie Luke and Sidekick tells us he doesn't see the money as being in Arborgen.

Ok. So the new director doesn't want cash. Wants shares instead. Which means, expect nothing until he's voted in. There should be the normal payout conditions in a change of control which occurs during an IPO, or a buyout or a PIPE. And Hughie remains.

I don't know if there is an Arborgen competitor out there but there should be. It will be interesting to know more about it if there is.
It appears to me we will have to wait until November and humbly and gratefully give our thanks.

That HK dairy company's final day of extended submissions for restructuring closed Saturday. I expect the submissions were made some time earlier but we haven't been told about it. I also expect another extension to be made. I am confident there is more to this than meets the eye and somewhere in this equation we will see the thumb print of American farming interests in trade negotiations.

Found it! This is what they say....an exciting new modality. Perhaps it leaves ALNY's GALNAC for dead. We know BLT's is a bust because of the Axovant split.

What is really exciting is I have long suspected ARWR is using PYC's endosome escape hatch technology. That might explain the trading going on there.

Perhaps we will hear more detail next week.

In a hypothetical situation where it is found the HC pumptard is actually receiving an emolument from the BLT or Archa purse, would it leave some officers of the company in breach of their statutorily defined fidcuiary duties?

I wonder.

How would that leave Billy Gruff looking when this is his area of speciality? Not just looks wise either. How about legal status.

I mean, you don't pay all those Law School fees just for the initials after your name, do you? You must know something at the end of it all. How about knowing your legal status regards fiduciary duty to shareholders as per the relevant statute. Were we to even know which one applies. Or are we just on the hook to bigger fry?

Nominations for directors closed today.

Nothing changed.

Hughie is still there. His replacement is already in the house. The share price is the same. And still no AGM agenda or Tenon capital return notice.

Wtf is Hughie still doing there? As the line in the famous movie said, go home HF.

BNTC doesn't even look close to getting back over a buck to retain its NASDAQ listing. Whatever external events may happen it won't have any effect whatsoever. Within BLT there is no desire to get it over a buck either. The desire is to back in Make Me a Motza Archa.

Once it's listed I can see a couple of BLT careers being quickly curtailed to allow a sell down without falling foul of any laws and avoid disclosure.

I remember when Arrowhead had all of its programs bar one terminated by the FDA. It was a real shock and some time ago now. Fortunately its been able to come back and some holders have done extraordinarily well.

That one program was being conducted in Auckland. I haven't heard any results for it or seen any unusual activity in the market around except in the ARWR stock price which indicates its a success. Otherwise the price would be through the floor as the market always knows ahead of anyone else.

I checked that program today. The primary completion date was October last year. The actual finish date and therefore known data is September 30th. A few weeks away. But the data must be known before that.

I wonder if we will get a preliminary statement on it or any of their other trials since they are due to give a presentation in Dubai this weekend. Coincidentally, it is just as a Confidential Treatment Order from the SEC has expired a few days ago.

Lets not forget that with about 2.5bn shares on issue the recent jump in on market volume is nothing but a drop in the ocean.

Try counting 2.5bn. It will take a very long time. Easy to say but it is a huge number and all for a tin pot little biotech in Perth being run by a shareholders son with a key holder a real estate guy.

You seriously believe a shareholder stands a chance? Its a five cent takeover or bankruptcy.

I just get the feeling there is something that PYC doesn't want to tell us. I just checked out the three science people. Lieberman is an ALNY proxy. I have never seen anyone mix it with ALNY and come away in one piece. Doberstein, was the top dog at Five Prime which I have mentioned in the past and had a fantastic run on the share price and the Murdoch is an expert in antisense oligoes.
My old mate slayer used to say PYC was like a tractor and everyone needs a tractor if they are on a farm. But a tractor is useless if there is no seed in the ground. Antisense is the seed.
The volume atm would suggest Junior might get to cash in on his golden parachute clause after all.

If it were to come to pass it would be another BIT sell down from a major shareholder who has realized he's on the wrong side of the deal and is looking for a quick exit. The BIT director who used to be a BLT director but is too ashamed to say so is probably responsible for having laid the foundations for it.

Have seen plenty of that action recently.

US hedge funds can't even be bothered with the NZX but they like NZ businesses.

A new ASX listing is NXS. A NZ seafood company bought up by a US hedge fund and back doored onto the ASX. Earns a whopping $100k per year.
What is the future of the NZX if businesses don't want to know about it?

Thats interesting. In NZ another chat forum set up shop and seemed to be doing Ok. I don't know how long ago it started but for me it was a recent discovery. Now, all of a sudden its off line and has been for about a week or more. It was if someone just pulled the plug. I wonder if the space is a little bit hot at the moment and competition is unwelcome.

You have to think that if the market mandarins wish to have control of the message giving the little people a soap box to stand on is not what they want unless its their soap box.

Strange this guy is appointed just four days before nominations close and four weeks before the AGM where shareholders can vote on the nominations. Stranger too is that he has absolutely no relevant experience with trees and forestry.

He meets the criteria for independence. That doesn't mean he is independent though. In NZ, that is usually a euphemism for a yes man.

If NZ can't find someone who knows something about trees then there is something seriously wrong.

So the director count goes up to eight! For a dog company like this. Hughie still there even though his replacement has arrived.

So they weren't bluffing on the new director but if the only asset is Arborgen which has a future only in the US, why aren't they appointing directors to it instead of RBC. Especially when RBC shareholders have no legal recourse or claim to Arborgen assets.

Hughie said he is gone by the AGM. That's now just four weeks away unless they shift the date. Not long before we find out the big secret if there is one or if it is all a mega flop.

Tenon cap return still not made either. Got a feeling all is not well in the C-Suite.

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-08-10/c...n-debt-loophole

QUOTE
Like "Crack Cocaine For CFOs" - Aussie Construction Giant Collapses After Hidden-Debt Loophole Exposed
Here’s how reverse factoring works: a company hires a financial intermediary, such as a bank or a specialist firm to pay a supplier promptly (e.g. 15 days after invoicing), in return for the supplier accepting a small discount. The company repays the intermediary at a later date, often on more extended terms than it had with the supplier.
Both sides feel like they have benefited: the supplier gets quick access to the cash it’s owed, albeit at the price of forgoing a small piece of that cash, while the buyer is able to borrow money without having to disclose it as debt, meaning that it can extend its payment terms and expand its borrowing, while maintaining its leverage ratios.

Investors and auditors are often left none the wiser, since it’s entirely up to the company whether it chooses to classify this new debt as a loan or as trades payable. Most choose the latter. It is virtually impossible to discern by looking at a company’s trade payables whether reverse factoring of payables is being included unless the company expressly says so. Most choose not to.

For a company in such a sorry state as this one, it is baffling why nobody is in a rush to do anything about it. No new transaction proposals. NZX couldn't care less about the blot it's leaving on their reputation as bad as it already is, the regulators aren't interested and the auditors will do whatever they're told as long as they get paid.

Even the directors don't get paid.

So if nobody can be bothered with this dog why is it still listed?

It's not just Deutsch Bank. And as interest rates get closer and closer to zero, the incentive for depositors to take their money elsewhere rises accordingly. Leaving banks capital hungry and unable to meet their statutory requirements. Margin call in other words.

If ANZ has exposure to China and we see the flight of capital back to China then its a double whammy. The good news is the money has to go somewhere. So there will be a mother or all asset booms in some asset class somewhere. Stocks and bonds most likely.

AEB can't even be bothered playing the game anymore. Supposed to give an update on their suspension status today but didn't. So does that mean something is in the offing? When a company which has been in eternal suspension gets to another due date for extension and can't even be bothered updating the market. It is a complete up yours to the regulators. It shows they have no fear of a toothless regulatory environment. And a punter is supposed to put their money into that. Yeah. Right.

Chartwise there is an inflection point coming up. It's a flip of the coin as to which way it goes. All depends on whether history repeats itself and these guys stay true to form or Junior really is focused on performance after it has been absent for twenty years. What the odds? No legal claim to Arborgen by shareholders either. That's quite a carrot.

Could be a price capitulation coming up as things begin to leak. I have no doubt Junior and Co. would like to steal Arborgen for as little possible. Abley abetted by Hughie no doubt. And of course, according to legal precedent RBC shareholders would have no legal claim to anything Arborgen related even though that is the only reason you would buy RBC.

It is a knave who buys RBC because you are relying on the management doing the right thing for shareholders with Arborgen. Since when have Hughie and Lukie Luke ever done anything for anyone except themselves and their cronies?

Hughies legacy is going to be a rancid one.

Daffodil Day at the end of the month. That's cancer. ARWR is HBV.

Pick your day. Pick you disease. It's coming.

Mine is cancer. There's a reason why Bill Gates and the US military got together and Pfizer is still AWOL.

It's why I say BLT's saving will be HNC if it's allowed to be. A peppercorn sale is more likely though to facilitate the Archa deal.

Well, that is interesting. ARWR's first Confident Treatment Order from the SEC is due to expire next week. Saturday. They also have their quarterly conference call next week.

I wonder if it will have any commercial upside to it.

Quite likely it won't though. I see ALNY have had several of these happen this year and none of them did anything for them.

All this time later and we still have not found out what Trump's mystery announcement is which was due weeks and weeks ago or why Pence was suddenly called back to the White House despite saying we'll all find out in a couple of weeks. We continue to wait.

BNTC back to normal trading. We continue to wait for the Archa transaction.

I've got a nasty feeling shareholders are in for some serious disappointment come notice time.

Why do these guys want to make any changes to what's been winning formula for them?

Betcha there is no director nominations received putting them foul of corporate law mandating a wind up of RBC. Or Shane Jones pulls up in his great waka and buys a controlling stake.

They call the meeting, ask for director nominations and Hughie is still there and still nothing to speak of regards a transaction.

Now we have to wait for the notice of meeting. Ten business days before the meeting, shareholders must be in receipt of it.

So any day between now and then we will hear something and probably not before nominations close.

That's Juniors version of performance I guess.

This post has been concerning me since I made it. If the quote from the journalist is accurate, the connotations are that no one shareholder of RBC has a legal interest in Arborgen (or its worth) by dint of RBC ownership.

Which means if it got sold for a peppercorn to certain interested parties, kind of like Tenon did to a limited partnership where nobody can find out who the ultimate owners are, then shareholders are toast because they have no legal interest in Arborgen.

Now. Remind again of what it is Hughie and Lukie Luke have done for shareholders in a lifetime of business activity? Nothing? Nothing at all, not once, not ever, would be the better answer.

That sounds kind of serious to me. But what would I know?

It appears the prime broker for BNTC has moved from Citigroup to JP Morgan. Hence the unusual trading and volume. Goes hand in glove with the change of address. From one lawyer to another. From one brokerage house to another. JP Morgan to be the prime broker for Archa.

Unbelievable trading in BNTC overnight. One and a quarter million shares traded. Huge price spike followed by a sell down. Very BIT like. ADO as well back in the day and so many others. The common thread being Citigroup controlled companies.
Tellingly, the price is still under a buck. Therefore, no NASDAQ compliance.

What we can draw from this is someone wants out ultra quick. This is not a buy in. The real deal must lie somewhere else and I reckon that must be ARWR or MRNA.
ARWR is to present its quarterly next week.

The HC pumptards must be confusing ASX:BLT with NZX:BLT. It looks as though news is leaking on that. Up 16% on huge volumes just today. 300% in the last few months. A sign the thaw is underway. We just need the confirmation in the form of a transaction.

Today they take the BLT file out of one lawyers filing cabinet and put it in anothers. Then call it a change of address. Most likely the same lawyer which Archa uses.

I think it was registered at Francis's Lightowlers' office before. If so, then this is the first sign of Francis bowing out. He'll be disappointed to see the end of this gravy train is ending because he'll never get another one like it.

Interesting observation to make in the shareholders list at the Companies Office is FNZC, JP Morgan and Fletcher Bros hold just over 10% of the company. That means, it doesn't matter what Junior and Dad decide to do to impact the other 89 or so per cent, they cant get past the 10% blocking stake.

These holdings since got transferred to BNZ and held on some strange terms and we've heard no more.

Looking forward to when Hughie actually packs it all in.

Not long to go now. But all it takes is for someone to make a decision that says, let them wait until the end of November so they can give us the thanks we deserve and then that is it until November.

Traditionally, all the big biotech deals come in October and November. It would match the AGM season as well
So don't be surprised if nothing happens except the price ratcheting down even more because the lower the price the more lucrative it is for Archa shareholders. If a trading halt followed by a suspension materializes then watch out. Its going to be painful.

Shawn be blowed. Slaughtered more like. If anyone wants to make a case for why HC is the place to avoid, one only need to look at my hobby horse; BLT. The incessant pumptard on HC does nothing but pump this thing up despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary of every word uttered by him. Nevertheless HC allows it despite being in contravention of the T&C's half the time. The only reason it can happen though is because he's on payroll.

HC is the perfect example of cutting your nose off to spite your face.

Trade talks between US and China to resume next week. If they are at this level, they are just one step away from the highest level. So we can expect something soon I think.

They resume in Shanghai. Not D.C. So whether we have to wait until they reciprocate and visit D.C. to reach final agreement remains to be seen. But I suspect so. Americans have to hog the limelight. And when they do, it may be that meeting that has the Trump-Xi meeting. Better not forget RCEP either.

Not long to go now.

Historically, RBC calls its AGM as late as possible. Usually in December. It must be the last call of business before heading off for summer holidays. However, now the financial year ends in March. Not June. Which means, if they are to comply with statute, they must hold it by the end of September. With two weeks notice necessary that makes it mid-Sept is the latest they can hold out until before we find out what colour the muleta is that actually puts this dog down.
I don't see them suddenly changing tack and having a desire to do anything earlier than they must, so if there is no external third party requirement on them to move earlier then mid-September will be it. But I suspect there is. Hughie doesn't work in a silo. Keep an eye on those Sino-US trade talks.

BLT might put up the fake show of trying to do something by perhaps having a share consolidation. All that does is invite the shorters to carry on shorting to bring the price back under the required threshold. Take a look at RXi and Gale.

There is no hope. Curtains are coming down on this very sorry saga. They want to get Archa listed with cash and make a motza between themselves. That is the end game.

Still a lot more waiting to happen yet. All indications which I can see suggest the end of the quarter. And then some just to put the market into a spin.

It's possible it could happen by mid August but I don't think so. It's the main actors who matter. Not the utterances of middle man. With a failed science portfolio on its hands, BLT is not a main actor. There goal is to get Archa listed with cash.

If I am wrong they should come out and make a statement on strategy going forward. If only ju to dampen down speculation. But they won't for obvious reasons.

Director nominations called for. Closing date is the 9th of August. Rules state AGM must be held within two months after closing date of nominations. Unless of course a waiver is granted. That puts us at the end of September. The end of Q3 at the latest before we find out what this dog has in mind for a company making transaction because they cannot carry on the way they are and it is clear the NZX want to keep them there for some reason.

Just read the presentation. it's price sensitive alright. No mention of how they are going to pay for it. Carrying on like this will send them broke pronto. Watch the price get hammered.

Frankly, it's quackery and there is nothing there that suggests to me that this is the breakthrough they are saying it is. Instead all the information points to the ASO being the breakthrough and just as it was in nuclear technology, it is splitting the atom (ASO delivery) that is the key discovery not the heavy water (endosomal escape).
Question that needs answering: who's paying Junior?

How contrived that ASX BS letter and response is. How about offering an indication of just when that data is due OR a reason why it is taking so long.

I guess if you are to put, "we can't provide an update on BB-401 because my nuts are in a vice over it and me and my mate Megs could lose our haymaking deal with Archa if I say anything," in a letter to the ASX for public release then people might start asking questions.

If the ASX wish to project the image of being on top of their game, why didn't they start asking questions when the volume jumped to over a million a day?

Not talking about deregulating banking. More wresting monetary supply control away from the banks.

Trump is already on record as saying a gold standard will ruin the Fed. I think this is his goal.
He has also said, wtf is the US doing the middle East? Too much money lost that needs to be spent in the US. It's code for, we see a future without oil dependence in front of us. Probably the latter half of this century or early next.
The war with Iran won't be with the west. It will be with the west's help though. The leader will be Israel. If the US is to withdraw from the middle East they are going to leave with Israel as the boss. The child is about to become an adult.

BLT was a spin out from CSIRO in the start. Had a couple of poison pills in the terms and when one expired the hatchet job transpired with certain individuals trying to steal the company. One of those directors is now at BIT and makes no mention of his time at BLT. At this time, the company was US based with US management. Namely Kay and Sara Whatever it is Now. CSIRO stepped in and saved the day. I'd like to say fortunately, but for shareholders that hasn't been the case and as it turned out, they backed a loser because the science is a bust.

Once CSIRO got involved, the Americanization of BLT became the Australianification with BLT being relocated back to Melbourne and if you believe the puff pieces and video had a very big and busy campus in Balmain. We saw the involvement of the Chinese, Citigroup vulture capitalists and now PSS.

When the Chinese handed the IP back to the American's that was the beginning of the re-Americanization of BLT. Now they have the lab in the US, US ownership, US staff and directorship. There are also a couple of token Aussies who seem to have been mandated with the task of doing something with the shell.

While that might be their in-house mandate, they are statutorily required to perform a fiduciary duty. Watching with interest to see what happens with BB-401. A fire sale of what could be a $500m asset to associated parties in order to get a self enriching project backed in to the BLT shell could put them in breach of these duties.

It's getting hot in here.

My goodness! What are the odds?

A director and the secretary, whose area of specialty is M&A, holding a directorship and CEO position in a unlisted high growth CASH HUNGRY company.

https://www.archa.com.au/team/

I bet they must be itching to get a public listing, some cash and a capital raise away. What must they be thinking now that Axovant has ditched out on them and BB-401 is reportedly a fizzer (but how would we know with no data update) and trading below cash?

My guess is BB-401 was part of a broader deal for PFE and ALNY. The shell is to be used as a vehicle for Archa to get a listing. That's what I would be thinking. If such a thing materializes I don't think these people have been honest and transparent with the market.

They should be reported!

Sell it cheap, get the cash, back in a new company at a fraction of cash backing. Dead duck RNAi lives no more.
That's one of the options and could be the resolution holders are asked to vote on at the AGM.

As the anticipation and hope factor of shareholders rise the closer the quarterly gets the more I doubt anything will b released in that. These people have repeatedly shown they hold their investor base in contempt and will treat them with disrespect and derision. So nothing doing by the end of this month I'm afraid.
So when then?
It looks to me like we will be made to give our thanks to the Americans at the end of November. Just in time for Xmas. For that to happen we will need resolutions passed at the AGM's of various companies. We might be hanging on a thread until Sept/Oct. End of the quarter. Or, maybe Winston finally changed capitalism this week in DC.

Axovant and Alnylam had exclusive use of the BLT ddRNAi IP in their allotted applications. Axovant have canned all future use and applications of it and rescinded all contractual liability they may have had with it. Alnylam are now falling behind in the RNAi race even though they have full use of the ddRNAi IP.

Seems to me like dd in ddRNAi stands for dead duck.
But BLT must have friends somewhere because someone threw a dog a bone in BB-401. Given the CSIRO interest I wouldn't be surprised if its a government department. Maybe even the CSIRO itself.

More dross and obfuscation coming in the quarterly shortly too. It is just asking too much of these to be held to the slightest bit of accountability in regards to openness and transparency.

After nearly three weeks, the HK dairy company I follow is still listed with no updates from either the exchange or the company's administrators on the restructuring deal. Despite the final day for submissions being June 30th. Meanwhile, A2M is at all time highs again while BLT is back to all time lows on volume.

If the stockmarket is a game of chance, BLT is looking like it could offer some upside. But only because of the BB-401 programme because none of its ddRNAi. tongue.gif
I think it was Benjamin Graham who described stock prices as balloons. If you are in the market for a balloon, why would you buy one already full of air? BLT's balloon has very little air in it and is ready to be blown up. It's like the Dogs of the Dow theory.

Here we go. Big volume at the bottom of a cup and saucer. I've seen this before and usually it results in a strong rebound....or the final cut is made with following closely.
I'll take the former.

This whole situation, not just biotech but markets worldwide, reminds me of the seventies perhaps even the sixties as well with Japan and consumer electronics, oil, gold, interest rates etc. This is going to be a hell of a show when it kicks off. Will we have hyperinflation, high interest rates, banking collapse and oil crises as well?

Something didn't go according to plan. Maybe this is whats prompted Hughie's resignation. Needs his payout first.
From today's 2.56PM filing at the Companies Office by the liquidators of Tenon Limited. Followed by the previous one six months ago. I don't accept the liquidators are to blame here. According to the governing statute they cannot do what they have done without judicial help. None of this has been disclosed though. It's like wtf Hughie? Is this how you maintain such high standards of governance at RBC and abdicate responsibility for poor financial performance?

Lets just hope Winston sorts it all out.

PFE being AWOL could be because they shot themselves in the foot or the knee or the head. Perhaps all three. But the head would have to be last is my guess. It could be one these drugs mentioned here is something to do with BB-401. But it was an awfully long time ago so probably not that relevant.

BB-401 is everything that has nothing to do with BLT's ddRNAi. At this point in time they must be operating under safe haven provisions. Wait until they step out from that. How are they going to pay for PIII? What about in-licencing if its someone elses IP?

PFE still AWOL. ALNY spurned by Sanofi, Roche and Novartis. Not sure about Takeda. Yet ALNY had exclusive contra options on BLT IP. Now there's something not worth having.

Should the data be as good as what I think it ought to be, a $500m valuation of the head and neck cancer program would yield a $2 per share value.

Since when did you last see a Aussie bio-company get taken out for a fair value?

Never is since when. Don't expect it here either. If anything like$500 is to be paid, watch for the 2:1 cap raise.

Still no secret deal from Trump. Still no data update Still no need on the HK dairy company. Still school holidays..

Hughie has said he will be gone by the AGM. Only two weeks notice need be given for the AGM and they have six months after the financial year end to hold one. That's the end of December. Even then they can obtain a waiver from the NZX. Which means we might be stuck with Hughie for some time yet.

A brief look at history of the now leaders of the RNAi space, forgetting the already disappeared, shows the leaders board was first dominated by IONS then ISIS, followed by ALNY now usurped by ARWR. Dirk at different times has been their biggest fans rating each as a never sell. He slags MRNA but I know it takes more than one lead goose to get the gaggle home. You'd expect to have the leaders change as the micro-improvements occurr.

That's why, we need to be looking at MRNA. Only a fool will write off the US military, MRK and Bill Gates plus all the others as losers the way Dirk is doing. But he is no fool... spot the head feignt and keep your eye on the ball. MRNA is where it's at for the next lead goose.

Seven months on we are still waiting for this data update. How long does it take?
Reading the bullet points, I could swear they are talking about ssRNAi. Some descriptions I have read of that is exactly the same. So why don't they say they are using ssRNAi for BB-401? They must be trying to pull some kind of trick on shareholders. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the trial is being conducted on behalf of MRNA and if the data turns out to be okay then MRNA will just buy the company for pennies in the dollar for paper only.Bet you almost anything you wish, BNYMC will be large shareholders in MRNA. It is in their MRNA interest to kill their BLT investment off.

I guess they thought they were being clever by releasing this on Christmas Eve effectively. Another signal that sews distrust.

Eight days after the due date for the HK dairy company reconstruction proposal we still have nothing. But they have filed their monthly statement. Even though the Exchange has said, if proposal is not received by the 28th of June the company will be delisted. Therefore, PwC must've filed the proposal but the Exchange is not making it public for some reason. I reckon that reason had something to do with the recent G20.

Which as you can expect, means, America wants to go first, claim the glory and say the breakthrough is theirs when the rest of the world knows it is not. Some of us know about Patton and Berlin too.

I don't know why but that guy Thiel, he became a NZ citizen by being the country just two weeks or so. Apparently he owns a "mega" million dollar bolt hole and takes a jaunt in the South Island now and again to check on the weeds.

I once went to a party and met a guy who had gone to Stanford with him. Reckoned, in his words, "that guy was bat shit crazy". The guy I met works in a bank in NYC and is paying off a mortgage in Queens. Like he also said, he's making it man. I'll take bat shit crazy any day.

Maybe they're gonna implement his plan in NZ. Dolly the Sheep? Pinetree Meads? While BLT gets another Whitten.

The message is a good one and the video saves reading the book. When you look at the message and compare to BLT, BLT has no monopolistic advantage because their ddRNAi has been shown to be a bust by itself. But if you look at that head and neck cancer trial undertaken with antisense and awaiting updates you may well find something that fits the criteria Thiel is progressing as necessary.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOQc6DopiKQ

The big vision would be to extend this same model to other industries with a living organism as its primary feedstock to apply the genetic and IT technologies to. Have each one "overseen" by a supra body to elicit different efficiencies of resources. Have that supra body and industries aligned with the state of the local country. To wit the local country serves it people with the profits aligns itself with allies.

One of the great things about a keiretsu is its downside hedging ability, upside ratcheting capacity and the defensive capabilities against economic colonialists, marauders and miscreants. Extrapolate this model to include the western world and we should be able to maintain our various advantages over the rest of the world. In effect proving Thucydides and Kindleberger wrong.

While it was years ago now that it looked like BLT might be the one to provide a competitive advantage like none have ever been able to before (engineering nature) thereby catalyzing such a restructure, time and data shows this will never be the case. It is my guess, that privilege belongs to whoever has the secret sauce in the BB-401 trial.

It wasn't created. It fell from the sky. There was no preceding like entity in any shape or form.

Some also said it was the same reason why Reagan got shot. But we are due for the one hundred year reset and the guise of currency is a hot topic.
If you read Thiel's Zero to One, he explicitly states the motive for creating Paypal was to find a new currency. Now Facebook is going to create its own. The removal of the Federal Reserve would allow such a thing to materialize.

Some say half the reason JFK got shot, Lincoln too, was that he opposed the Federal Reserve and intended to introduce an alternative currency. If there is even the slightest grain of truth to this, then Trump is and has been in mortal danger. The following statement is a real Bobby Kennedy-esque enemy within statement.

Last time I saw the Mall filled like this it was the Million Man March or whatever it was. Essentially it was the black man in America rising up against the oppressor. Supposedly, the oppressor is the white man. The upshot of the march then was to sew the seeds of social discord along a racial divide.

Now you look at this video of Trumps, and you will see all colour and creed coming together to celebrate in unity the one thing that all people are in America: American. That has to be a good thing. Right?

Now that we've said the good stuff, does that give licence to, "grab 'em by the pussy"? ROFLMAO

Can anyone remember that really weird dividend payout that only the ADR holders got?

https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2018-255
QUOTE
The SEC found that Citibank improperly provided ADRs to brokers in thousands of pre-release transactions when neither the broker nor its customers had the foreign shares needed to support those new ADRs. Such practices resulted in inflating the total number of a foreign issuer’s tradeable securities, which resulted in abusive practices like inappropriate short selling and dividend arbitrage that should not have been occurring.

Remember, the same guy who is now in charge of BIT was once in charge at BLT. However, he must be so proud of himself, he chooses not to publicly disclose his tenure at BLT. Now look at the shenanigans that have gone on at BIT. Then ask yourself, why would anyone buy into a company associated with Citigroup.

The wheel is turning.

Is this it? Trump's mystery announcement that nobody knows about. Right on the eve of Independence Day celebrations.

QUOTE
Vice President Pence’s abrupt decision Tuesday to abandon plans to fly to New Hampshire for an opioid event -- and instead return to the White House -- has prompted confusion and conflicting statements from members of his team, as administration officials refused to divulge the reason for the last-minute change.

A few weeks yet if it is actually it.
QUOTE
Pence’s chief of staff Marc Short later told ABC News that Pence had boarded the plane, but Air Force Two had not taken off yet. Adding to the confusion, the ABC reporter tweeted that Short said the details of Tuesday’s events will be public “in a few weeks.”

If there is no dice by the end of the week we will know one thing as a fact: America is still wearing the Made in China yoke.

Technical touch of the 30 day moving average. Something in time for the weekend?

Still no final or interim report from the liquidator of Tenon. No confirmation of final payment. Time lines are all exceeded. This can only be done with the help of the Judiciary on application. It is fair to say, there is some commercially sensitive information in that report that needs to be kept under wraps.

They're still getting approvals from the regulators though. Shane Jones is awfully quiet lately.

Hughie has said he will quit soon. Lukie Luke is positioned for a quick profit. Wonder what they are waiting for.

The classic keiretsu model for business has the bank as its central entity with the model lending itself ideally to a command type of economy. That type that has goal to strive for. When looking at what the modern keiretsu model might look like its easy to see a technical company playing the role of a bank. For example, it is not hard to imagine Apple or Google moving into the banking space and performing the business function of a bank. They earn more money than a lot of banks, the brand is globally recognized, they have global footprints even if it is more digital than high street and have interests that are often aligned with the state and the citizenry. In fact, it is such a model that PSS is trying to develop.

Therefore it is with some surprise I see the headlines are now talking about ANZ creating a fissure for the NZ part to become listed on the stock market or sold.
In the event of such a move, we will have confirmation or otherwise of a keiretsu model taking shape in NZ at least. We may well see something similar develop in Australia. Particularly if PSS has some success with what he is trying to do including with BLT. But personally, I think the science has to prove itself first and so far ddRNAi is a bust.

A business transaction would kinda look all out of place amongst this fanfare. Perhaps it will be the afternoon of the 3rd when everyone is on their way home. Perhaps it won't. But it would be great to have a current event to celebrate on Independence Day instead of some historic one. After all, nearly three weeks ago, Trump did say there will be a great announcement made in two weeks regarding the health sector. Personally though, I don't a believe a word he says. Could be another four to six weeks yet.

Coley Pharmaceuticals got consigned to history a very long time ago. But I wouldn't mind betting the main principal there could be sniffing around BLT at these prices with his latest vehicle: Checkmate Pharmaceuticals.

School holidays begin on Friday. Nothing ever happens during the holidays. Friday happens to be Thursday in the US. Thursday happens to be Independence Day. Fingers crossed.
The HK dairy company is still up on their site as being listed despite the market having been told they will be delisted if no reconstruction proposal is received by the 28th from PwC. The situation suggests the proposal has been received but they aren't saying. There must be a reason for it.

Not a single bigoted opinion on BNYMC selling down on HC. Kinda says it all.

One day closer and still nothing. Trading is muted to say the least and the HK dairy company hasn't updated. Still waiting for Trump's big announcement due in two weeks time two weeks ago. Even Dirk is hinting something is about to drop like a ton of bricks. But the tires just keep spinning.

Scott Gottlieb, the former chief of the US Food and Drug Administration, has joined Pfizer’s board of directors with immediate effect, the pharmaceutical company said on Thursday, in a move that could attract criticism of what is known as the “revolving door” between the agency and the industry.

Pfizer the Goldman Sachs of the pharma industry. But not necessarily a good thing for BLT. Its why I think Independence Day is such a big deal.

Whenever upgrades are made to a website, like road works, usually they are done in periods of low use. Off peak if you like. Which is why I find the HC closed for maintenance message really weird. None of the pumptards have had a chance to talk their crap.

I wonder what he is really referring to as we run in to Independence Day week.

Donald J. Trump‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump 4h4 hours ago So many amazing things happened over the last three days. All, or at least most of those things, are great for the United States. Much was accomplished!

But where does it leave BLT?
All the futures for the Dow are through the roof. If they were to make an announcement tomorrow in the biotech sector, it may just precipitate a huge sell off in other sectors as the market makes a pivot to whatever is announced. ALNY, DRNA, ARWR, MRNA, SRPT and the list goes on.
Another strange thing is the HK dairy company I follow has not updated with the proposal due last Friday or with a delisting which was due in the event no proposal was filed.

You just that feeling that makes you go hmmmm.

Technically we have a golden cross with price escalation. All very bullish. Watch for the surprise in that case.

And the price just keeps falling. Someone always knows something and in this particular case it can't be at all good.

The sad news is that if nothing eventuates this week, we may have quite a while to wait still. AHZ just extended their suspension by another month.

Next milestone dates are the middle of the holidays because nothing ever happens during the holidays, end of summer and Thanksgiving.

The HK dairy company which I follow has now had time to update the servers from last Friday, the cut off day, for the PwC transaction. It hasn't been done.

Doesn't mean it won't be done but it tells me, we are now in the twilight zone.

The Reserve Bank of NZ is set to cut interest rates again tomorrow. At this rate, the borrow rate of the banks will be higher than the mortgage lend rate if that is still tethered to Reserve Bank rate.

Everything approaching snap point if you ask me.

ANZ could become our Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.

You can't tell me Nth. Korea is not intrinsic to the US-Sino trade deal.

My guess is, we'll give you market access, you give us Nth. Korea entry.

It's not outside the realm of possibility that Pfizer is actually a target for someone. Not necessarily the entire entity either.

Let's not forget, Pfizer was founded with Rockefeller money. But the US military chose to partner with Bill Gates and Merck in Moderna.

Nor did Pfizer win any friends when they did the dirty on NZ biotech after Pharmac (central drug buying agency) refused to be extorted by them. Now that the wheel has turned a bit the shoe might be on the other foot.

We might see a trading halt tomorrow or Tuesday.

Pfizer still nowhere to be seen despite most other pharmaceuticals making moves in this space.

Markets always move ahead of lumbering bureaucracy so don't expect a China-US trade deal first. Instead expect something from a symbol of US prestige and leadership demonstrating that the US are still the world leaders. That's gotta be Pfizer for my money.

They were barred from their decamp from America for tax purposes plans. So what have they got up their sleeve as a catch up move?

I reckon it could be them who pay a silly price for ARWR. Pharmasset style.

And if ARWR were a bucket for Australian biotech to dump their technologies into for development then it's possible BLT could be involved. All depends on what happened with the contra-options.

US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed to a new cease-fire today in a year-long trade war during their meeting on the sidelines of a conference in Japan, averting, at least for now, an escalation feared by financial markets and the business community while negotiations continue.

Like I said, nothing coming out of the G20. But at least the vibes are all good.

Watch this space next week.

That starting gun may also be a surprise announcement which nobody knows what it is according to Trump.
Check this out. From two weeks ago, promising a big and nice surprise in two weeks. I have no idea what it is but I don't think he has stated what the third leg of that Mexico deal was yet and the gist of the speech is about better and more affordable healthcare.

From 3.30m but the entire clip is worth listening to. What I'm amazed about is he didn't seem to be using notes. He knows this subject well.

Don't you just have that feeling? You know, that one where your gut and instinct says, somethings wrong here. I can't quite put my finger on it but a stock shouldn't be like this. Yet all you are told, everything you read and can see all points to a wonderful future ahead. Eye watering, life changing fortunes ahead if you just hang on. So you do. Just in case those self doubts about your gut and instinct are wrong.

Not a share sold for half a day yesterday. But the day before, a record amount sold for recent times.

So whats the deal?
ds, on HC reckoned he was out by June if no deal forthcoming. ds just happened to be a major shareholder in PYC. Albeit one with proclaimed ignorance of all that they do.

Well, by my reckoning, that was him selling out the day before yesterday.

Now ask yourself, why would a major shareholder be selling out when they are right on the cusp of greatness?
At least Junior gets to make out like a bandit.

Scott Morrison met with both US and Chinese leaders and said it would be unrealistic to expect a solution to the months-long battle over the two-day summit.

Someone agrees with me. Therefore it is just as logical to say the markets will find their own solution to the impasse we are witnessing in biotech. In other words, someone will have to pay through the nose for what they want. And it is increasingly looking like, ALNY is dropping behind ARWR.

The sound of the starting gun may well be the crashing sound of the Chinese banks before its a cure for cancer or HBV before its any kind of trade agreement.

As expected nothing filed for the dairy company in HK which I follow. PwC in Cayman Islands were the administrators for it. Who do you think is the ultimate master of PwC? Whoever it is, they do not reside in HK or China. So they will not be doing their bidding in this process.

It seems odd, we have no filing from PwC, a G20 summit, one week to go before Independence Day celebrations, and Trump's alter ego playing the patriot fighting for God and country all coming together at the same time as BLT is having massive volumes tripping through it. I'm beginning to think it might not be just a coincidence. Perhaps next week the world will be different than it was this week.

I also remembered that Merrill Lynch used to be the stomping ground of the ex-PM of NZ.

Trumps alter-ego is fighting for God and country. Last time he did that he dropped into the ASEAN summit in the Philippines to meet Jacinda and Winston right after derailing the TPP.

Things are getting interesting.

American's love their theatre. Watch Trump make a song and dance about no deal with China at the G20. It means we'll have a turn around shortly afterwards.
