Todays news says new shares have been issued to the CEO as part of his remuneration package in lieu of salary.

Wouldn't mind betting he has every intention of selling them to get the cash.

In a thin market the share price isn't going to be able to hold up to that new volume.
And its not like Junior doesn't know this.
So, I guess they're getting ready for the final push before completing the MBO.

Scurrilous plans like this must be what Junior thinks about inbetween sets at the gym.

How long can Junior keep it up for?
Its a flip of the coin as to whether this is the nadir followed by a rebound or if it falls into the abyss.

The latter is my guess.

Have to remember, this is the Hughie and Luke Show.

JPM takes a stake and now look at that volume fly!

What's it all wrong about.

Strange goings on with the SSH notices. One day, JPM buys out Citi's holdings and then immediately sells a stake the next day.

But if Citi are gone after all these years then perhaps we are finally going to see some real commercial activity under JPM's aegis.

Alarm bells ringing for a MBO here. Just like the good ol' days.

It's the Hughie and Luke Show after all.

Shareholders can expect to find there really isn't a lot of difference between a pine cone and a pineapple.

No market update in October as there was last year. I guess its all because of covid. I mean, what isn't because of covid?

And now the volume is coming in. How many years ago was it since a million shares got traded in a day in this dog?

If its still Perry doing the selling, he's got a long way to go before he's out altogether. Lower prices coming perhaps.

All time lows again today with downwards momentum accelerating. The boy Junior, he's really got that performance thing going on, eh.

If Perry actually is selling down and not just swapping out then RBC, now ARB has had its eyes picked out of it and the business is on the cusp of profitability. Which means it's about to be stripped out of ARB and a new business backed in.

Thatll be why the structure has never changed. The shareholders havent had their final shafting yet.

So it is with the Hughie n Luke Show.

Here's a headline.
QUOTE

Here's a fact.
Arborgen's share price is now worse than it was then. Now thats what I call performance.

They held their AGM recently and all he could talk about was how sick Covid made him. Gotta get the priorities right, eh.
