TAS in Trading Halt............We request that a trading halt be placed on Tasman Resources NL securities pending the release of a significant announcement with regards to a possible significant shale oil deposit in South Australia prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday 16 July 2008.

Initial results from parkinson dam drilling expected in March or April depending which announcement you read. smile.gif

Without doing the sums, current share price looks to be under the value of their investments in EDE and FIS

Based on their chart, I am waiting to see if they drop below 12c over the next few weeks.

I didn't stay long last time Grommit. TAS is a very volatile stock and I've not been following it lately. Every so often they have a stroke of brilliance though. All the best with it. smile.gif

Gidday Shaky...TAS performed well both today & yesterday. A response to the recent ann which highlighted upcoming drilling results & the exceptional value/potential of their holding in EDE(Eden Energy)...currently worth over 20c of the 29c TAS price.
Assay results expected soon for Parkinson Dam gold....hoping to replicate the 20+g/t of last campaign.
Assays also pending Nov for WCP drilling ofLake Torrens.
Success at either will likely propel TAS north.
