Does this also impact the ‘starting value’ of the CUV stock should the recession clause come into effect?

So say Australia goes into recession in the next 3-6 months and the board deems it appropriate to grant these performance rights within that 3-6mth period then the value of CUV shares on the day the grant is made becomes the starting point for out performing the biotech index?

If this is the case then I’m really unimpressed! It was one thing to have a ‘get out’ clause that totally eliminates the market cap milestones but to reset the share price starting point (potentially 20%+) lower than when the approval of the performance rights were voted on seems... something less than transparent.

Many shareholders didn’t even realise the fine print they were voting on wrt the performance rights and now the goal posts have been moved?

They just don't seem to be able to let go of this kind of incompetence, do they?

I think that's exactly what's going on. It is appalling.

Exactly. What the hell is going on? Is this an attempt to lengthen the time PW has to meet the targets? The fine print says...

QUOTE
For a Performance Right to vest and become exercisable to a Share, the Performance Condition must be satisfied within the vesting period. For each Performance Condition, the vesting period is maximum 4 years from date of grant.

Is this PW saying, "Shit, I'm going to need more time. Let's wait until the 12th month before granting"

Appendix 3B and change of Director's Interest Notice filed on 5 December 2019 withdrawn.

These Appendices relate to the proposed grant of 1,513,750 unlisted performance rights to the CEO under the Performance Plan Rules and were lodged prematurely. The Board has sole discretion to determine when any such grant is to be made and that has not yet happened!!

New procedures have been put in place to mitigate against risks of reoccurrence.

Announcement released to ASX and published a short time ago.

Regulators - The drug is super safe and effective but because we idiotically fear “tanned skin” wll make sure it’s the slowest “fast tracking” of a drug in the history of drug approvals and it will go away!

Won’t it?!?

Regulators- Sh1t the safety really is spectacular so we were left with no option other than to approve it even though we dragged our heels till the bitter end and we still fear tanned skin SO what can we do to stall the cancer preventing Scenesses progress for another decade or at least many more years till they all just die or something?

There’s billions of suncream dollars riding on the outcome here and an 4 decade old ideology at stake and possibly a few egos that couldn’t bear to announce a change to their long running dogma and simplistic rhetoric so keep fighting the inevitability of this drug boys! You know it makes sense. wacko.gif

NICE - straight up just twist the facts about old chaps and down play it’s effectiveness therefore it won’t ever meet our convoluted health benefit to cost ratio or did we ever finish building that moronic algorithm for situations like this, who really knows but we can drown it in our sluggish court system for years that’s IF they want to appeal our retarded k@nt of a decision. F the EPP community!

Nobody will even notice and they’ll blame the delays on their sh1tty management that won’t dare mention how shifty we’ve been least they want further ice forming delays added to their already glacial journey.

Dream time begins. Or is it reality? Only time will tell.

FDA April-May 2020- Ok guys, look, we’ve been extremely foolish for more then two decades now attempting to hold up the progress of this great game changer drug so let’s cut the crap, open our minds to the exceptional evidence and reject our irrational fears AND toxic suncream lobby money that’s feeding our outdated ideology and do what’s right for our society.

They’ve been struggling for answers to this growing skin cancer epidemic and not finding any. Let’s pull our heads out of our A$$e$ and allow the long suffering US EPP community to access Scenesse this summer 2020 so they can experience what we take for granted every day: natural life giving sunlight on our VitD deficient skin.

Slash the funding to slow bumbling bureaucrats that live for complexity and paperwork especially where and when it’s not needed and use the cash to free up the US Scenesse rollout TODAY!

This cutting off our nose to spite our skincancer riddled face mentality in regards to this brilliant drug is beyond a joke now. Let’s get this done already.

Dream becomes reality!!...... Pinch pinch.

“” The discovery of the endogenous melanocortin agonists in the 1950s have resulted in sixty years of melanocortin ligand research.””

The never ending quest to have Afamelanotide (peptide) (SEMI) accepted for its potent ability to stimulate a natural photoprotective, cancer preventative, therapeutic “tan” was (SEMI) accomplished in 2019.

Regulator ignorance, bias, and stubborn resistance to Scenesse are the primary reasons behind this glacial journey. The evidence should be clear to all by now.
