Well you must have the luck of the Irish then congratulations. I have an opp to sell now and break even for the week but I dont think this coy is all that bad for a penny stock it does have plenty of projects and potential. I do feel it should be trading over .20 for sure so I will add them to my portfolio its not that bad when I calculate the gains I made on the first trade, plus I picked up on a couple of others this week. But I am filthy that I wasnt out of them today so that I could buy up big today but I dont want to average down.

Well I suppose you knew the stock much better than I. I will just have to wear it or lose my gains this week angry.gif but thats my fault too greedy obviously. SHOULD BE HUNG AND THROWN OUT AND STAMPED ON well not quite that bad but certainly should not get so excited.

Hi Frodo,

I always feel sorry for those on a losing trade, as I have been there on many occasions. It wasn't really a "wish" but simple market phycology and logic.

Good Luck with it,
Duster.

Hi Duster,

well looks like my DT is now a LT weirdsmiley.gif but looking at the fundamentals its all looking good, they got plenty of coal and its not in QLD at the moment so that has to be a plus, cant keep it under .20 for too long, I shall just have to wait. I would like some more but as it seems to have had its run for a bit not sure where it is headed so think I will just hang for a bit this week. Not unhappy with my week so far, just got stuck with MNM at last minute but its a good stock to be stuck in. May stay on it for some while yet I think it could get up into the .40's sometime this year but thats just gut feeling.

"For now" support seems to be in place at 18c but it would want to hold, otherwise my short-term target will be upon us sooner than later. People tend to watch market depth and "think" a mil or two at a certain level is a signal to buy, but look at the turnover, that same mil or two can be wiped out in a blink, then panic sets in. For me, that is the time to buy !

Between 1984 and 1986, 16 drill holes were sunk by an Australian company to estimate the quality and extent of the lignite deposit in Ballymoney

And that company was ........ Meekatharra Minerals Limited.

Thanks nautiqua,

I found that link but didn't click the link to "news & events" It still doesn't say what happened to the actual tenements I am referring to. At the time lignite was a "dirty" coal and hence they never developed the ground. They also had something to do with coal in Nth Ireland and were considering building a power station there.

Anyway, after a little more research and sorry this is completely off topic, I came across a name that got my attention ........ Arckaringa !
That was the name I was looking for. Now I'm not sure if these are the same tenements but I found this http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/business/min...3-1225800074360.

Then I continued to the company involved, Altona Energy PLC. It's listed in London on the AIM, currently 12p

http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock...?countrycode=UK

Here's the link to the company site http://www.altonaenergy.com/index.html

Still not sure if this is what I'm looking for but it may be worth investigating.

Cheers,
Duster.

Geeez, even the Ireland lignite project just came to me ............ Ballymoney. So that disproves my alzheimers theory, I'll just put it down to alcohol .......... lol
