What are the chances CUV makes a move to the NASDAQ? Does anyone see this happening once we start to turn a profit in the US?

I am in the same boat as you. I am an extremely fair skinned person that grew up in Oklahoma and now lives in Los Angeles. I am so fair I was often called an albino by other children while growing up. I burn instantly and it has been impossible to keep myself 100 % protected from the sun throughout my life. My grandfather died of skin cancer and based on the sunburns I have received throughout my life, I wouldn't be surprised if I've got a similar fate waiting for me when I'm older. I have been watching this drug since its inception and at one point became so impatient/desperate that I actually tried the peptide version of Melanotan II (please don't lecture me about this, I know how insafe it was. I used it once and have not done it again). I must say, even that black market version of afamelanotide was like pure magic. I spent an entire day outside, on a boat, in South Texas with nothing but a swimsuit on and blazing, unobscured sun and I didn't burn one bit. All of my friends were astounded and I was absolutely blown away. It worked so well, it was hard not to give in and start using that peptide regularly. But I stopped immediately because I didn't want to continually expose myself to an unknown, unregulated chemical. I bought stock in Clinuvel immediately. I don't have much money so I gradually invested over the years. I now have about $30k in USD of CLVLY and CLVLF.

I sit quietly and read this forum all the time but don't feel educated enough to contribute my thoughts. I will say that I believe in this drug and I have stood by Wolgen's approach this entire time. He knows how quickly the FDA will snub its nose at drugs used for cosmetic purposes and therefore has not only been seeking legitimate uses for it, but also substantial data to back it up. He wants data that can simply not be refuted. He has ignored the angry and impatient voices of shareholders and kept trudging forward, building Clinuvel a portfolio of well documented safety. If the ship goes down, I will go down with it. And if this whole thing has been a scam, it will truly break my heart and my plans for retirement. It's such an amazing drug. It is life changing for some, even those that don't have EPP and are just ultra fair skinned like me. I really hope it comes to market and that this company that we have all put our faith, time, energy and savings into flourishes. I've got a lot riding on it. I really hope it's not a mirage.

I own a small amount of CLVLY (1500 shares) and a small amount of CLVLF (1500 shares as well). I have been a small shareholder since before the reverse split and a silent member of both the Yahoo group back in the day and this group. I don't dabble in the stock market much at all, really. However, I am an extremely pale individual (border line albino) that has followed the work of Epitan and then Cinuvel since the beginning. I have always believed in Clinuvel's product but have never had the capital to invest a great deal of money in them. I was wondering if any of you still consider it too late to invest or if it would be a wiser move to wait and see what happens after approval. Again, I'm not super knowledgeable when it comes to the stock market and any advice you all have would be greatly appreciated. Also, I do know anything can happen with a bio company like this and I will take any advice given with a grain of salt. Thank you.

I am still holding strong, but after years of holding and waiting I'm getting a little irked with Clinuvel's consistent inability to meet their timelines. Filing in eu was foreseen in Q1 2009, then 2010, and now it is Q4 2011. Communication from the company is only periferal and we haven't heard anything on the results of the USA study. Surely they must have some part of that ready by now.
