Don't know, but it sure made my gains for the day look great!!!

I'm thinking CLVLF (not a true 'ADR' as I understand) trades on a smaller float in relation to the actual CUV in Australia. Given that, maybe some American investors/traders finally got wind of something, driving the price (ie. small float with huge volume for this stock).

Are we seeing a glimpse of what can happen with the segregated US trading?

What is up with CLVLF? Up 33% to $1.00 on volume of 7 million while CLVLY remains flat?

Sure, tax season is over, but there isn't much of a reason for anyone to pile on this stock right now or even in the rest of calendar year 2007.

And this is coming from someone who invested probably more money than I should have in this stock.

The value drivers given by Wolgen are not going to dazzle the marketplace. I give Clinuvel credit for staying on track except for the IND - which sould have been signed, sealed and delivered long ago, but all Clinuvel has up its sleeve the rest of the calendar year is the start of a couple Phase II trials, and the start of the Phase III in AU.

If the current Phase III trials didn't excite the market all that much, then the start of Phase II for another indication is not going to dazzle anyone. In fact, the market probably expects it by now.

If I didn't have any money invested in this stock, I would just sit on the sidelines until early 2008, and wait for the runup for the anticipated prelims from Phase III due mid-2008.

Nothing Wolgen said in his self-interview (aka Corporate File) is new or is going to provide a WOW factor.

I'm bullish on this stock long term, though. But if by chance the market wants to drive this stock above $1.40 in the next 4 mos or so, I'll be unloading some. Until they come out with another real value driver, with no revenues in sight for 3 years, I'd be happy to give away some shares at $1.40 right now, but not in 2008.

QUOTE (traveler @ Friday 29/06/07 11:59pm)

The stock will be over a Dollar by the end of the week.

No sell pressure - no reson for it to stay down. Like alot of other over sold securities.

I expect resistence at $1.05 and $1.22

As for that suspected yearly price rise of 300% - would only give the company a market cap of $700 m so thats plausible although I think a market cap of $500 m is more likely.

I'd say the market is happy with the latest Wolgen interview and that's why things are on the up, but don't see that kind of rise yet.

Poly, you can't be serious. A .50 - .70 gain in July? I think you're setting yourself up for a disappointment.

And while we're at it, they are due (this month) for their quarterly newsletter. Guess that went in the dumper as well. Like the 2001 monthly Epitan newsletter that ended after 1 whole installment.

June newsletter arrived today in the post. Am sure it will be updated on the website soon. Have to give them credit, they are doing a lot more right than they are doing wrong at the moment.

CUV investors must have bi-polar disorder! 8c up! Let's hope this is the beginning of the manic phase.

Well I am just a red neck Aussie with sun burn issues so all I can say is get the drug to market. devilsmiley.gif

Nice to see the end of Financial Year sell off is over. Up 7 so far with only 100/- units between 91 and $1 and only 700/- units to a 1.50. Still reckon based on no logic but valuation that we will be at 1.40-160 by end of July biggrin.gif

Brilliant volume
