so far up 4x 1minute bars . spi 4644 low to 4659 high so wait for a retest of lows or 2 red bars to get long or atleast a higher swing bottom etc .

Good place for a low as of 3 mins ago .
Wednesdays often a red day implying Thursday is a possible gap down go long day or just a good old green day .
The 100 numbers aren't perfect if u check on xjo so guessing 4706 will hold for a while [days ]

"Yes good to have you back Martis.

Today's daily candle now looking ominously like a reversal candle suggesting the break above 5007 was a false break.

Cheers, Sharks."

Sharks 37 are u over here as well ?
If so please note spi daily [not including night time dribble ] has now done 3 pull backs of approx 100 points each SINCE THE LOWS . Implying tomorrow is up BUT with red days at the start of the month it could still be ominous with the DAX being the clearest picture of equal monthly bars , Open high to low and close being near perfect which does imply it could do another red month down of similar levels . Spi lows of 4926 with a retest at 3.57 pm . Gotta be brave to be long into the close but guessing a higher close than current low of 4926 .

"This market has a habit of making traders look like fools so take this with a grain of salt BUT i GET an xjo close at end of June over 5700 maybe 5750 area ."

CORRECTION TO MY POST WITH THE RELEVANT PART COPIED ABOVE .

My mouse over features on charts screwed up as did I .

The prediction is June will close 2016 over 5459 NOT 5700 area .

The monthly pattern of lower lows is the most powerful counter trend pattern I like to use so xjo must hold 4839 for Jan and xao must hold 4885 , spi March must hold 4795 day time session only . IT IMPLIES A VERY STRONG RALLY With TOMORROW ,or even today ,BEING THE LOW OF THIS MONTH . Be warned as Feb could go lower again .

It's been a mega bounce back . 12-22 is not similar to 17-35 but another flattish period here could make another good entry for a 3 range run . Can't nail the dates or time precisely but but but .

Barra your to good a trader to bother with some moronic/morons comments . I have asked management for an ignore button multiple times but with only 25 approx posts a day I am guessing the conversations would fall on deaf ears .

Trading is hard enuff and it is not made any easier when one has to firstly try and decipher what some goose is saying and then relate that to a market that most can't trade .

Barra based on the theory of so goes January so goes the rest of the year but with a twist in that so goes July so goes the rest of our [Aussie] year , it implies xjo / xao will close June higher than last year . So if we are still below last years close surely it favours longs than shorts ? and implies we are not in a bear market ?
Technically the market might be in a bear market or may of been in a bear market but things change .

The below was posted over the road by the company secretary ;
Does anyone know what a listed shell is worth ? used to be about a mill from memory but a long time ago . cheers gg

Good afternoon Buccaneer shareholders and others.
My name is Bruce Burrell and I was the company secretary of BCC from the listing in 2007 through to my resignation in March this year.
BCC is still an ASX listed company albeit suspended.
The USA Chapter 11 process is at an end and the on-going function of the company appears to be the administration and disbursement of the US$10m trust established for the benefit of creditors.
As far as I know all BCC's assets have been sold and the proceeds used to repay secured debt and set up the trust fund.
BCC is now a "shell".
The "shell" may be worth further efforts to re-invigorate and prepare it for a future instead of letting it be de-listed, become valueless and finally liquidated.
To my knowledge no one else is interested in investigating this possibility.
I thought it worthwhile to seek input from all interested parties.
For this purpose I will hold an informal meeting of interested parties at the details below.
Venue: CTA Club
corner Castlereagh Street and Martin Place, Sydney
Date: Tuesday 28 July 2015
Time: 11.00 am

If you wish to speak to me before the meeting please contact me:

So here is the proof with the company releasing the facts they have the works permit but only problem is it was released after market closed and as price sensitive but it was noted last Friday it was to be released on Monday and traders over the rd knew it had been released as it showed up on the W.A Government site with the time of issue being early Monday morning . Then beer and co release their report , paid for by the company , so make of it what u will but the company is once again responsible for ???????
Trade it at your own peril .

A shareholder pointed out the link at 7.02 am ; http://www.der.wa.gov.au/about-us/monday-a...0153b096acd5392

The company pls makes the price sensitive announcement at 6.25 pm ;http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150713/pdf/42zsngxxxxq3jw.pdf

beer and co report Tuesday morn ; http://beerandco.com.au/all-research/

I hope to many folks over the rd don't go to jail for trading this co. today and or Friday based on the fact the permit has been released by the W.A govt and the company has not made an announcement about it yet .
Some silly twit went public on Friday that it was going to be released today .

This company has an interesting history with asx releases . Can't say anymore than that as some of the shareholders are quite threatening with defamation .

So before I go any further I would like to know if any other ss members have run into this crowd in the past and have any good or bad stories ?

I generally don't waist my time on big buck courses but being that this is a LIVE and FREE coaching system how can I refuse .lol I could be rich or could I be out of pocket 5k in the first month ?

Hi again Marcus with a c not a k , woopsies and sorry . I'm nearly as bad at spealing as all those company sexretaries who put out complete nonsensical asx releases full of typos and then follow them up with corrections the next day .

Hi arty , The order at the money on the sell side only lasted for a few seconds and then was removed after they had hit the buy depth . I'm pretty sure I wrote the number down correctly and it lasted long enough that I could double check . Obviously a typo by a broker and fortunately it was sell limit not a sell at market order .lol

Zoomy, just wanted to say well written over the road , not sure if u still pop in here . Be warned as u are playing with fire and professional pump and dumpsters. I wouldn't touch it again until some folk in management are removed . Your only regurgitating what me and others have said for a long time . Checkout who removed x from AJR ; http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150323/pdf/42xgbk0l0c20nz.pdf
http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150408/pdf/42xs013z8vs466.pdf

That was some big money men in suits who acted to remove x , Yet over the rd the rampsters tried to make it out as a positive .

So how will the below work ? May have to use my number one cfd provider who will secure the shares u lend me with the bank of greece . We'll then do a write call or sell put oppie thingy using bby brokerage house or their administrators as collateral and short sold shares as security on the collateral . We'll need to go halvies in the commish. for the brokers but that will offer up the opportunity of raising more capital with a higher free float of stock . Works in my mind so I'm reasonably confident we can sell the idea to ex bcc shareholders and they may throw in some stock as well . lol
Did u see the size of those freakin waves off the W.A coast ? talk about mega ! guys laying in hospital with broken limbs , but man what a ride . Not much different to the W.A mining game of sleeze or sneeze and place your bets on which one drops the ball first . Actually not really related but sounded funny .lol

I think this is how a GFC works ?

Hey there surfer dude if u lend me a few mill shares I'll play spin the bottle on the short side and attract some interest for u . lol Of course I'll pay u for the shares [chuck em on the never never train lol]or can I have a freebie for a few weeks ? I promise i'LL behave .

Actually that wouldn't work would it because your the only buyer so any shares u lend me u'll be on the other side of my sale ,your shares , so the net effect is u'll be buying your own shares .lol and I won't need to give em back or pay rent ?

Afternoon all , xjo closed last years June at 5396 . As I type xjo is at 5413 with a low of 5390 and high of 5443 . I should be doing this on spi but xjo charts are easier as I don't have continuous quality spi data
So bare with this thought and do your owns charts on it to see the history of this theory . U've all heard the saying so goes January so goes the year ? Well using that saying in Australia we should say " so goes July so goes our year " A green July gives us a green year and a red July gives us a red year . Last years July was green implying this June [our end of financial year ] will close above 5396 .

Draw it up for yourselves and see the results which are 100% since 2000, bar 1 July in the 2003-2007 bull market . Or if my pics are still working over the road look up the post in the cfd section called " So goes Jan so goes the year " posted on 30/07/14 .

Mrbear this is my last comment to u on this subject .

If u look at the top of the thread there is a tag called MAKE A POST . Obviously this post then becomes a general post . If u use the button reply to this post then obviously your post is specific to the person .

Now go and read Eshums first and subsequent posts on what he is working on and trying to achieve .Of course he has predicted nothing at this stage as his crash criteria hasn't been met and u may also note he updates it monthly , on the 20th from memory . Which then brings out the moronic comments again and again and again .

So why not come up with a logical and nice comment based on his work and how this forum works or - - -- .

"I'm not interested in predicting a crash.
I'm interested in making money, any idiot can bleat the sky is falling all the time and one day they are going to be right but I want to make money not sit on the sidelines whinging."

Not sure why you made that post to me mrbear .

The point of this thread which Eshum started ages ago was to share his /her predictive tool . Their last post said the market is benign based on the indicator [NO CRASH AT PRESENT]

So once again mrbear what is your point with that post to me ?

Why not start up a thread giving us some great calls like what Eshum has done thus far .

Time to lobby management for an ignore button to cut out the noise and off topic moronic comments .

Eshum I wrote the below up on the morning of 2/3/15 and posted it over the rd at 9;33;37 in the cfd area . That day was the first top on xjo , dow etc and u may note it is similar to what u are trying to do with banks and early warning signs for a crash . The dow theory is another one worth looking at which I make mention of . My 2nd post alludes to the utility index .Look at the mirror of 2013 as it is challenging the lows again and could try for the figs posted . Please keep us informed if any red alerts appear on your bank index thing . luv your work and once again please ignore the morons . cheers gg

Morn all , I reckon there are a few red alerts on on indices at present .
Dow formed a small red doji week and the trannies failed to make new YEARLY highs where as ndx, dow ,compq and spx did .

For those who want to look further into the dow theory it could be an ominous sign although worth noting I haven't looked at the theory for a long time and could be wrong.

There are many examples of dow forming a small red weekly dojis in the middle chart at new highs , 13661 , Feb 2012 , 15542,16588 etc and they are often followed by a 2nd red week which is the sell signal especially given the trannies failing to make new highs . A pull back to a the ma's could be in order or as per some of the prev patterns a multi week approx 4-5 of consolidation .
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?$indu
versus tran or tranq
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?$tran
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?$tranq

At a minimum it is time insure longs on stocks and I also note March is a tricky month.

The ramp fest over yonder has gotten out of control . The amount of false information is 2nd to none . Lets not forget NB was in the process of being removed from another entity when he resigned . Tabba tabba is more than 6 months over due hence the need for more cash not to mention the fuzzy company loans .
Dingo if u read this or someone wants to pass it on please be careful as some comments are borderline liabilus .

Like usual i'm not sure this will work but being that xjo is the first to break lows and now getting some big sell orders it is possible it will get back to Dec highs , Dec close or like the super trend of 2003 to 2007 it will hit Jan 2015 lows . Anything below Jan lows it becomes a big sell /mini crash . Favour the Dec close to Jan lows for starters .

Makes me wonder if xjo is saying Dax will collapse now as well .

Next major level of support for xjo is 5542 which is still 4 points below todays lows . [bellows pattern]

gg
ps; xao target 5551 so 2 off so far but maybe close enuff

Barra looks like it bounced 150 ish points from that low and now off another heap .

I was thinking it could of been a major multi week low around that price as daily is making higher tops and bottoms and the weekly chart is now on the 2nd red week . At the top it gave 2 green weeks so it is opposite that . When weeks are alternating colors I often find they complete with 2 of the same color [ so top completed with 2 greens so logic says down completes with 2 reds but we won't know until this week closes . So looking for bounce levels intraday seems logical .

The problem is dax is now a few months red so technically the trend is down for me so am looking for bounce levels .

I hope u can understand that fuzzy logic ? and will add another chart of 1 minute and weekly . Note this is futures so could be different to your futures but the move will be very close .

I get the low of 11268 at 6.55 pm as a significant price level for a multi week low on the dax . Prev lows were 11,178 and 11225 so add 47 and this low should of been 11272 .Actual low was 11268 but the 2nd bar confirmed it at 73 .

I don't know if anyone over here is still following this lame duck but surprise surprise the company has failed to deliver tabba tabba which they raised cash for last year plus the drilling of the other permit and now have their hand out again .

If they had got tabba into production as they predicted by Dec last year they wouldn't need the cash .

I am pretty sure anyone trying to unlock the financials would be a little confused with inter company loans as well .

What is very interesting is the fact one director resigned from another entity after a few shareholders tried to kick him off the board .
Oh deary me but don't worry as the ramp fest continues over the road .

I'm plain and ugly wrong with 0.485 being a low as gone to 475 .Now done 9.5 for the week with the past being 8.5,7,11,10 being the first week red . logic was going to be weekly closes off the lows of the bar by a minimum of 2.5 cents . Don't like it now but nor do I like the feel good fuzzy stories over the rd and from management . No harm done but no trade for me yet .

What the !!! How can anyone be surprised he wants to hide his moronic past . The guys been associated with so many screwed up companies I find it hard to believe he could find another position . He does take credit for raising cash and created a hero like following over the road with all the up rampers . No names mentioned Toono who got done like a dinner .

I reckon we should open a betting shop over the road and he who gets closest to the mark on the day of his sacking wins the cash .lol

Coderman I watched that auction very carefully and it seemed like a real flush out attempt to see if any buyers existed but nope as the price is lower today .[big buys did come in just before the sellers pulled their sales [freakin con job]
Can only think the monthly low of Jan is pivotal here as the low and high of Jan formed the consolidation phase .

The pattern is August first green month then 2 consolidating months , then 3 green months implying up to 6 in this consolidation .It is now at month 4 across . Until it breaks below and or closes below 49.5 multiple times I see it as consolidation still .

I called this many months ago over the road but the freakin day rampers just wouldn't have it .

I reckon this is a smaller version of Opes prime as per the chart . Unhedged shares versus bby unhedged written oppies . If the asx is really going to kill all option traders with open posi's through bby then the oppie game is dead and it is already such a thin market in comparison to the

Morn all , Old rule of thumb is when the broker keeps breaking the rules the alarm bells should be ringing !

http://asiaetrading.com/asx-fines-bby-65000/

and again in 2014 ; http://www.asx.com.au/communications/notic...040.15.01.a.pdf

If u dig back through man financial penalties u will also note a few fines .

Same goes for fxcm and gain capital which were both fined by the NFA in the USA . Gain capital now owns gft cfd's , city index cfds ,open e cry and many others with some having offices in Australia .

Carsha I hear u and agree with much of what u say but do u know how many forex providers have been caught cheating clients ?
Do u know who gain capital owns ? do u know how much they were fined for cheating clients ?
Do u know how much fxcm were fined for scamming clients ? http://www.financemagnates.com/forex/broke...t-clients-back/

Boston tech off shoot , recently went belly up , whose owner was Boston Technology and who started the virtual dealer plug in that many meta trader platform brokers use to cheat clients out of their hard earnt . Maybe read this thread and u will note IKON got pinged as well ; http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-forum/...ler-plugin.html

I have seen it happen in real time on one of my platforms as I always use a live futures price to check cfd pricing on indices and forex . Futures went one way and cfd the other way and the more we loaded up against the cfd provider the worse the price difference became which implies I wasn't the only one hitting the crap out of my cfd provider .

CFD's companies are crap . Bankers don't exist for their clients and I NOTE in the USA they are now sort of banned from propriety trading .

I could go on all night but the financial advisor scandal is still being played out as is COMsec giving back clients trading fees for ?????

cheers gg
ps; I shouldn't offer advice but if anyone is trading cfd's or forex make sure u have a live futures platform and share platform as well .
one of those links failed so try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FXCM or look up NFA in the usa

Hi all , Carsha I think your understating how immoral /illegal some of the cfd and forex providers out there are . Have a read of this list on another forum and see some responses to what actually happened after the switz blow out .
Some cfd providers even changed their pds documents after the event and altered the dates to pre switz crap .

Cfd and forex providers are a scam hence the reason they were forbidden in the USA years ago .

Morn all , This is chart based ramp based on a 5 weekly pattern . Worth noting I hate the company and its misses over the last 10 ish years and the abominable dilution and company based ramps . One only has to view todays asx releases and compare them to the previous asx releases about this dfs garbage .

This is week 5 down and the monthly lows held , so far . The implication is next week will go mental upwards . cheers gg
ps; this is my post from over the rd on 24/3 and I implied the shares would not hit 25 cents till after April 27 , the price at the time of my posting was 20.5 with a high of 23 on 16/3 ; "I am not dreaming $ but ........
when would these shares worth .25 cents?"

Hi Octo I can't offer up an exact date at this stage but on or a few days after April 27 , so April 27-30 area is logical .

My timing is up the creek at present so I wouldn't hold those dates as being gospel . Gone are my days of getting exact dates and prices to match and am not sure why .

Here is spi which is the futures contracts on xjo [asx200 ] showing 10 min chart on left and hrly on right and u will note your chart numbers don't align with mine and I have checked both my futures and a cfd on futures platform plus both xjo programs from my other brokers .

So am guessing u have a cfd chart ?

Carsha is the chart u posted a cfd thingy ? as I can't match it on my live xjo or spi or even cfd charts based on spi .

If it is a cfd on xjo not a cfd on spi and u didn't realize it the cfd providers change the spread to spi during the session as is their right .lol

There is another method I've posted live over the rd a few times and that is if spi gaps up on open to prev close and closes green on the first 15 min bar then look to short the 2nd bar . Same for a gap down which if it closes red then look to go long on the 2nd 15 min bar . BUT LIKE EVERYTHING these methods work until they don't so it is worth waiting for a string of them to work and then take it with close stops .

"Company name updated -
From: SELECT VACCINES LIMITED (SLT)
To: SELECT EXPLORATION LIMITED (SLT)
Regards, ShareScene.com"

For those that don't know , SLT is now to become rent.com.au .

The problem with this is rent.com should be called rent.BOMB as it doesn't make any money and has never made any money. They want 5 mill from current shareholders of slt to change the entity to rent dot bomb because it appears they couldn't get any new money after a significant road show . My view after speaking to management . One can view the financials of rent and slt in the current prospectus but at over 100 pages much of it is smoke and mirrors and what iffs , could bees , gunna bees and blah blah .

Good luck with it though . lol

Hi Mick , I believe your wrong .

Worth looking at what I posted over the rd sometime ago and consider the lows and some highs of grr,tng,kin, ajx etc ;

TO THE POWER OF 8 BELIEVE IT OR NOT
Sometimes as chartists we are left wondering whether things are a coincidence and then we have an absolute brain numbing / mind boggling moment which changes our perspective on numbers , numerology and God . U can take the below any which way u want but in my view charting using time and price is as ancient as when God created this earth .

Please read these links in relation to what is happening on my current watch list with the lows and current highs on many of the charts posted below . BELIEVE IT OR NOT !

http://www.biblestudy.org/bibleref/meaning...in-bible/8.html
Nisan 17 was also the eighth day ; Boys were to be circumcised on the 8th day. The number 8 symbolizes circumcision of the heart through Christ and the receiving of the Holy Spirit (Romans 2:28 - 29, ;The New Testament was penned by only eight men (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, James, Peter, Jude, Paul).;Abraham, the father of the faithful, had 8 sons total;Eight is the number of Jesus, whose name in the Greek adds up to 888.

Plus we know about the number 8 as a favourite in China etc etc .

and then

http://www.numerology.com/numerology-numbers/8

But now read the below and NOTE first chart is my watch list with some of the shares I watch to assist me in a view of the overall market . U can do a hc search and note how many times over the years I have commented on many of them . I had always considered the number 3 and often 4 [duplicate ranges ] being important with an ultimate number of 7 being that it constitutes one week . But what is more important than 7 ? OBVIOUSLY 8 as it is a new week and new beginning . derrrrrr

Hi badhair day , great analysis and well done !

Bit hard when ndx , dow and spx top at differing dates .
I get dow topped at 17 or 18 /1/2000 and 9 or 12/10/2007

I get spx topped at 24 or27 /3/2000 and 9 or 11/10/2007

ndx 24 or 27/3/2000 and 31/10/2007

futures might be way different to cash markets and their might be another index that did it exact that leed the others ?

So based on the above some could top as late as May ? especially given they all topped in Oct 2007 ?

cheers gg

Looks like the day traders finally gave up on it today . Interesting how some fall in love with a stock only to find out when the money moves off the radar it gets banged big time .

So what do the daytraders jump on next ? As long as the co. doesn't earn any money , has a nice fairy tale story to fool the market, preference given to something where the commodity can't be valued but it must have the potential to be a billion dollar baby .lol

Arty it is not about being chicken it is or was about focusing on intraday trading dax . One or 2 wanted to go live intra day but they lasted 2 nights then gave up and like usual then want to come on the next day and tell us what we should of done .

Hindsight is so easy intraday trading dax as it moves so fast and so far each night . But it does have some amazing intra day patterns or methods that can be adopted if the secrets and timing can be unlocked .

Worth noting I only came across from over the rd because I anticipated that a few directors in a company that I used to have shares in were about to go legal and had made many threats against some folks I knew [defamation ] The company is now bankrupt and unlisted so the threat/threats have been removed .

Sorry for the woffle and back to trading as spi opened 7 mins ago .

For those who didn't see this link posted over the rd it is very very interesting .

So according to ? the new lender to bcc is still Meridian .lol
I'm guessing the amount Meridian was paid from the original loan of 1 mill is the result of the original VP loan where they were paid a commision on production of kl . But could be wrong as would be darn expensive interest rates . wacko.gif

It's a shame , in my view, that some aussie shareholders did not get on the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.

But with Meridian being the major shareholder it would probably be a non event anyways .

Tng managers have been doing mous and whatever else for years . Many shareholders love that stuff but to me it is worth more when it makes more and the only way they can do that is dig up some dirt and sell it . Until then !!!!!!!!!!

I put up a running commentary over the rd on it but then put the posts in hidden locations to prove a point and show that charting is often more about money management than pure price prediction . In my view there is a still a few days to see if the trend is up or down as the 13th or 14th day must hold 13.5
Each range up or down is a little different so take the below with a grain of salt .

C on the big quarterly chart could offer a guide to where it closes June if the current daily pattern fails but I noted over the rd the company has had 3 name changes so it is not the same entity .

Count the days between each spike high and last low before the next spike as it should be either 13 or 14 days implying a few more before the next spike if it is to happen . 3 equal ranges up is about the normal and it has done 3 but I note several have done 4 of late .
Rises were 100% and pull backs in each range top were 22 or 25% .

Looks like I'm suspended over the rd again .lol
Sure doesn't work in ones favour when one tries to help a certain forum and make it a better place !

My point with a few posters like W was to reveal that they don't give a rats _ about the company or others as long as they can make a buck and they'll do and say anything to block any comment that may impact the company . Note how many of them are now trying to ramp the crap out of other things [pigs] in their little group . Not rocket science in my view as they ,along with management cost many many folks major money . Also why I showed why C got the whole ciri thing so wrong but he still couldn't see it . and I laugh .

How many times did management release privileged info to certain holders ? Does anyone remember toonos little "sweetner"
How many times did asx releases state complete and utter untruths but the majority applauded their antics ? What was it about the kl unpaid bills ? they were contesting the bill hence not paying the locals and many over the rd applauded .
Does anyone now think one or 2 departing execs were really honourable ? I made mention many times that I wouldn't purchase stock again until atleast 2 of them were gone .
I wonder how many times price sensitive info was delayed at least 1 day and how many were told what was about to transpire ?
oh there is a clue .

Ok I know to much and enuff said as bcc is stuffed and so is over the rd .
My rant for the month . biggrin.gif

"Just a terrible website now. Why change something that was working well?"

It used to have speed problems often related to folks uploading big files or stupid content but now it is a nightmare with missing and hidden posts and to many mouse over facilities which freeze it up .
They'll get it right eventually but rather silly developing something which isn't compatible with ipads or some smart phones etc .

Interesting that several of the pump brigade have found something in common on other shares . Whisky revealed his true colours the - - - -- - -

Such a shame that the current bcc board couldn't work out a positive result with several of the old board removed . What a pig it has been but not alone as so many others have recently bitten the dust . I was hoping new management may of been able to work with Ciri and the Alaskan depts but no joy with the liabilities they inherited .

I wonder what AIDEA think of all this or how about Ezion ? Guessing blue crest is feeling lucky in not signing on for winter drilling now as per original contract .

CIRI is the one who has deep pockets and they aren't just gunna walk away knowing that bcc has agreed that kenai loop is draining their leases and owes them for the pleasure . 30 days to lodge their brief if they want to stop the chapt 11 .

BCC has to becareful here as they now face the risk of losing the KL leases . From memory under the lease agreements they have to drill 1 well per year .
They've already screwed up leases with CIRI , SC and west eagle plus others down sth [pomp ?]

follow the links posted over the rd as they are using the bare boat rig agreements of both rigs as justification for bankruptcy protection but we all know what was to happen on June 1st with escrow of kl accts .

If I was ciri I'd be livid and would fight this tooth and nail . Maybe I'm wrong as well .

Well spoken PP , but no bother as the rampers have moved onto other things . Interesting how some of them now own the same stocks and the game continues .
Congrats to C/aussie as he is now starting to question x companies method of releasing asx announcements unlike some of the other sheep who blatantly ramp the crap out of everything and anything and have recently confessed in doing that . But he also screwed up big time in believing prev managements nonsense . Guessing 1 or 3 failures makes one question reality .

How can current management file for chapter 11 on the 31st May ? Do courts operate on Saturdays ?

Looks like management spun the bottle with CIRI and Ciri won so to stop kl cash being held in escrow and losing management of their only cash flow they have filed bankruptcy protection using chapter 11 and can continue to operate the company . [and get a paypacket in the short term ]

So whoever buys KL is gunna have a fun time fighting CIRI but guessing the legal dept responsible ,AOGCC ? will now decide on how much of past and present revenue at KL Ciri gets to keep . AND BCC have no bargaining power plus surely it will impact the sale price but then no one would buy it unless the facts from AOGCC and Ciri are on the table .

So my guess over the rd some time ago was how much will CIRI buy out Kl for ?
They will have production income , surrounding leases , 3 d , infrastructure in place , a known factor in k4 and the cash and ability to spud new wells based on the above data . Anyone buying KL will still have to pay back CIRI the amount, in cash, the KL1 and 2 wells have drained their leases . As noted over the rd , 30% seems a bit rich but there are mechanical formulas widely used in the past for such things .

I STILL FEEL GUTTED for some shareholders who have lost cash here as they fell for the management spin doctors and blatant ramping by folks in this blood sucking company .

Is anyone still playing with AKK over here ?
If so DO NOT be fooled into the experts over the rd as they are masters of playing the game . A quick read of todays threads proves their objectives or does it one or 2 individuals .

This is not " hopefully" any reflection on current management but I'm starting to wonder as the heat hots up come spp time and trying to find major funding .

But when do they declare game over ?
Or does someone have to do it for them ?
They must of run out of cash by now or very soon . Maybe they will do the nen thing and put em on the never never and then declare how unfair things are .lol and then find another lease up their sleeve and it all starts over again with a zillion shares on issue and a take it or leave it cash raising but to do that they would have to reveal the quarterlies surely .
Don't matter as the pump and dump brigade have found new crap stocks to ramp over the rd . DANGER DANGER DANGER .I hope folks know how to use the search button .

May 23, 2014 --- Vol. 20, No. 31 May 2014

AOGCC orders escrow for Kenai Loop gas revenues
The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, in response to requests from Cook Inlet Region Inc. and the Alaska Department of Natural Resources, has ordered Buccaneer to escrow all revenues, less costs, from the Kenai Loop field beginning in June.
- Kristen Nelson
See story in June 1 issue, available online at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, at www.PetroleumNews.com

The inletkeeper posted the complete article over the rd , I think .

Talk about ouch and ugly ugly ugly but at least a nearby date has been set to work it out unless they can all agree to a compromise beforehand .

Does anyone know the current location of the jur ? I can't find a camera at port graham with its location . Wonder if it still floats .

Thanks for alerting us U.T as I wrote over the road exhibit b is a bombshell .

Glad he didn't get caught filming or recording in the toilet block though .

Now who is gunna be game and report this to the relevant authorities ?
surely a conviction on this stuff will open the flood gates for those holding a loss to chase him for damages ?

Luv it as finally the truth has been revealed and it wasn't just the other failure in the company that was responsible for its downfall .

For those who don't read over the rd then this is pure giggle value and a nice face saving exercise from the king of spin . Just incase someone wants to sue me then please consider the asx releases stating the JUR will be undergoing some winterization and then towed to Cosmo to drill over winter . Or even better still we have sold Cosmo and Blue crest will be paying x amount backdated for the rig on hire over the winter period in Alaska ; http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/2014...y-Issues-Letter

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Curtis Burton, former CEO of Buccaneer Energy, sent a letter to shareholders announcing his resignation from the board.

The text of the letter follows:

As of Wednesday May 7th, I hereby resign from the board of Buccaneer Energy (ASX:BCC) and its associated affiliates.

In January of this year I, along with the management team, submitted to The Board of Buccaneer and our primary lender (Meridian) a plan to revitalize the stock and pay off the company debt. The management team also identified a funding mechanism to proceed with the necessary transactions to achieve those goals that did not include further dilution of the shareholders.

The board led by its newest members elected to pursue a different course and removed me from the CEO position. Since that time they have pursued liquidation of assets as an alternative. Since those decisions were made I have not been in a position to alter the course of the company nor contribute in any meaningful way to the ultimate fate of the organization.

To the shareholders of Buccaneer, I appreciate the support that I have enjoyed over the years and am sorry that the board has elected to pursue a course that differs from the responsible and measured approach outlined by management at the beginning of the year.

Yep I'll av em as long as I get some security in the form of a ducati, GTR , Mclaren and a house somewhere warm .

I don't understand how this company can progress/exist not telling shareholders what is happening .
I also don't understand why some of the larger shareholders haven't taken action . Maybe they have and the co. just doesn't wanna tell anyone .

Hi all ,

Well it looks like it won't be sold to Meridian based on todays announcement .
I wonder if they will x some shares to AIX as well .
Does AIX need a public company in Australia ? interesting reading some old law suites as they were meant to go public years ago . I hope I read it correctly .

Why would Meridian give up its only security after spending millions ? surely it couldn't of got more than a few cents in the dollar for the debt ? which implies to me AIX want control and a public company albeit a dead one . So do they put out the financials to the asx and do a restructure /cash raising to try and keep the pig alive ?

I don't know how to interpret this .

Need to bring back Dynamo and his mate as they'll sign anything !

Spats do u know how long can they can continue not releasing anything before they are forced into either a receivership or liquidation position ?

Or does it rely on someone who is owed cash to force them into court and then receivership ?

I got no comment as we know how litigious this mob is .

I luv them all , hugs all round , I so miss the recently departed . It is such a battle to find another company to play with .

Would love for sharks or was it sailor? to put up a chart with how much cash was raised . Another interesting one would be how much bankers were handed to write loans . Mackas had so many options , V.P appeared to have a nice royalty on KL plus extra ordinary break fees and interest rates .

What I would really love to know is why was CB locked out , surely that will never be released as shareholders could use it against the company and or ?

According to Curtis's lawyers , 2 directors of bcc said he was terminated .

No 6 No later than Mar 3 14 defendant took actions constituting actual , or atleast constructive, termination of plaintiff's employment Agreement ----
Further no ,mar 4 2014 two of defendants board members expressly acknowledged CB's termination and to other individuals . Termination was without cause . Must of been a very unpleasant argument preceding the give us ur keys and take a hike buddy.

I think the moot point here is why weren't we told CB had been stood down last week before the restructure guys were appointed .

Surely that is something that should of been notified via asx . Me thinks A.S has some explaining to do to shareholders and not just board members and Meri . We need to see the letter of suspension with full pay letter to disprove CB's view of the situation and what power does A.S have to remove anyone anyways ?

Note I don't understand the structures of companies but don't believe 1 non executive director has the right to remove a managing director and CEO or does he ? It would need to be a group decision surely .

Or was it that the restructure guys were appointed before CB was stood down and we weren't told till many days later and after CB had filed suite ?

ummm

Spats I've been thinking about your statements below . Do you know or think it possible that bcc or even administrators could bankrupt some entities in BCC yet retain the ASX listing ? Or is it a case of iff one goes down they all go down ? Then giving your case of the secured creditors lining up for what is left ? and shareholders being last as they are unsecured .

I don't know whether all the entities are USA incorporated or are Aussie . We know they were in default with Victory park but don't know which entity that was and nor would anyone tell me .

Justsq would u like to throw 10's of millions at BCC presently ? that is what u are asking of someone else to drill a hole at NCIU .
The best they could do was EOS last year which turned into a farce . BCC management always wanted to control everything . Lee C , Pomp , S.C and W.E and the other off shore targets as well . Incase your not aware all of the above J.Vs are dead and mostly buried

"Sounding more and more like the death rattle awaits, with directors distancing themselves from the co."

Sounds good spats but how does Mer . remove the dead and bleeding assets like the jur ,Archer and other law suites yet retain KL which is the only cash producing thingy with contracts ?
70-80 mill ish out lay from them to get a 15 -20 mill little cash cow per year , not a bad return hey ?
even better if they can get something for the southern projects /pigs .

Now what did Richard Gere do in the movie pretty woman , besides play with Julia ? lol Didn't he tie up the shipping contracts in congress or with law suites while negotiations were under way ? Then all of a sudden they disappeared .
Wouldn't it be funny if x or should I say M took control and all of a sudden bcc's liabilities went walk about as well .

Oh but a dream .

Buccaneer is "pleased" to advise that administrators and liquidators have been appointed !

All current staff will recieve full entitlements including directors zillion dollar superannuation and car allowances to be paid in full . Shareholders sit on this and twist like crazy as u didn't support management with the last 27 capital raisings .

I wonder if CIRI would purchase Kl ?
They certainly have some big business's and alot of land locally and state they have more than 900 mill in assets ; http://www.ciri.com/content/company/business.aspx
I've started asking a few questions as it would make the nasty litigation go away . Ciri could then easily develop the field as they hold surrounding leases but would they or could they pay enough to pay out Meridian and then how does bcc afford the bare boat fee payments plus obscene management costs ? totaling 35 odd million annually .

Spats have u ever seen this scenario in the past as it happened to one company I was a shareholder in ?

Company had minimal assets and no cash so they backdoored the asx listed shell into a new company, from a techo thing to a gold company, and previous shareholders were given x amount of stock in the new public entity and also still held existing shares in the old crap one but is not publically listed and probably worth 0 .

So a similar scenario here would be to de list bcc or bankrupt the current structure so all off shore liabilities and law suites are obsolete then using the previous listed company structure , bcc , but with a new name so all old shareholders are then given stock in the new entity with meridian given say 70 % of the stock which covers them for previous loaned amounts etc. The entity is re listed with only KL and maybe a few southern leases /infrastructure etc . Current management is turfed and the new entity is basically left with the only producing asset being KL ?
Sort of a reverse takeover .

Ok I'm clutching at straws here and the new entity will need working capital so will do an spp or RI thing upon relisting . But that would be worthwhile as they have no liabilities in bare boat charter /JUR and silly off shore leases in Alaska as those entities were bankrupted and now have a cash flow entity in Kl and can maybe still claim aces stuff .
Ciri issues would still exist so a deal needs to be negotiated but it may make any previous claims of money from them obsolete as well .

I AM ONLY GUESSING re the below takeover and the above scenario but given x's history as a broker he would be aware of doing this ?

The above is one scenario and the other is to give the structure to Dynamo so he can milk everyone for his mining company going forward . biggrin.gif

They ran out of bankers then ran out of cash and also ran out of shareholders who don't want to put any more cash into managements pockets . The largest shareholder on the register lent them some cash with a short expiry date because they went into default with the other banker and are now in negotiations to stave off bankruptcy [guessing but we find out this week ] The jur sits idle and is costing over 70k per day gathering rust because it can't drill in winter and nor can bcc afford to use it to drill anything either .

BCC is,was, has always been a Speccy…you lost your dough so cop it on the chin,

Hey there PP , I think u may have me confused with someone else .

I sold the last of my shares on 2/11/2011 at 0.067 . Sales before that were at 31/10/11 at 7 cents, 14/10/11 at 0.096, 9/8/11 0.076 , 5/8/11 at 0.084 . All small parcels . I started buying on 11/3/2010 with multiple trades and occasional sells . I would need to double check but from memory I made a very very very small profit .

Please forgive me for trying to take this company to task over the last few years , like what u also have done , and trying to alert others to the perilous position that I feared would ultimately come .

Like u I have some sick hobbies and this one breaks up the boredom of looking at little red and green bars for 16 hrs a day .

Please give this post a 'thumbs up' if you believe that ASIC should investigate the conduct of the directors of Buccaneer Energy.

If you have already made a complaint to ASIC, please reply to this thread with brief details of their response.

We need an indication of the support from shareholders in lobbying ASIC to initiate an investigation.

Richard loomis ,who is the bcc pr man , states " Loomis said Cunningham was leaving West Eagle and driving to a disposal site, but he didn't know the location of that destination. He said the company is at the beginning of the drilling, so the drilling mud is mostly water"

ASX release dated 24/1/2014 clearly states on Wed ,22/1/14 [Sydney ] the rig completed rigging and drilling commenced .

So my point is how did Bryan know that a sweetener was about to be released to the market 1 day after they announced a capital raising ?

Only one word , Dynamo .

U.T is advising a major shareholder what was about to be announced or that a sweetener was about to be released to the market is fitting for your inconsistencies thread over the rd as someone had a bad habit of releasing certain privileged info to some before the asx was informed ?

Hey all what do u make of the below in relation to the asx release on 13/2/14 ?

Is this another one for the consistency's thread over the rd ?

.Financial Position (in US$ millions)$28.9 Beginning Balance 31Jan2014($8.3)Endeavour Related($4.6)Kenai Loop($3.8)Southern Cross($2.7)West Eagle($3.7)Other Working Capital$5.8Ending Balance 7Feb201

http://www.petroleumnews.com/pnads/350299840.shtml

the closing paragraph reads that the 8.3 mill is infact AIDEA related where as the above figs just say Endevaour related which implies to me that they aren't paying the 71k per day to Ezion which I think from memory was 1 month ? in arrears.
Maybe I was reading it wrong as I thought the 8.3 was related to Ezion and mooring fees etc etc . I don't recall any reason that they would be required to pay AIDEA 8.3M ?
Maybe the journo has it wrong ?

Buccaneer had $28.9 million available at the end of January, but after paying $11.1 million in expenses related to Kenai Loop, West Eagle and Southern Cross, $8.3 million in payments required under its contract with the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority on the Endeavour rig and $3.7 million in other working costs, Buccaneer had only $5.8 million in the bank as of Feb. 7, according to the company.

I'm with u Melua .

Unfortunately it is very difficult to find the next WPL,BHP or CBA .

A quick look at the "most discussed stocks" over the rd proves the point that often the most discussed stocks are pigs . Click on the companies sign then hit the chart and see if they are basing , trending up or down as a first guide .

Well done to U.T and auto as well , as 2 posters over the rd have started dialogue with IMF or other lawyers , theon and c/aussie .
I hope all those who made losses and some substantial then jump on board as I believe x and y have assets .

I think the major point for several over here is if u didn't make a loss in x time frame when a certain left field event occurred then one couldn't make a claim . But if u were a long term investor that fell for the spin and left field announcements hence making a loss then a claim could be made .
I'm guessing lawyers would only take it on if there was something substantial to be gained for them so it would imply " many " and probably jointly would need to prove a loss , the timing of that loss and the cause from the company that contributed to the loss .

I'm not a lawyer and I hate them with a passion . They have this obscure way of justifying their charges when agreements are in place and then they go against against a request and spent countless hrs reading moronic documents of no relevance . Oh but it took me many hrs to decipher x y and z .
For goodness sake , if I am paying your bills and u offer bad advice based on the lies and deception of the other party and which have been pointed out previously then don't expect me to pay for your dribble and inability to understand the situation at hand .

Sorry U.T but I have just unsubscribed from over the rd again . I so wanted to assist u and others at getting to the truth behind this companies bizzare behaviour .

I had another bad and sleepless night with lawyers in trying to resolve another issue which has cost me an obscene amount of time and money and with no outcome . YET .

Please excuse my shizo post below and make of it what u want . Sometimes folks just can't see the grass or an --- for what it is and they fail to believe any information placed directly in front of them . I guess money does that to some folk .

Some people just don't get business and in particular bcc's style of doing business .

Did they really think it a good thing when team bcc did a spp and at the same time asked for a pay rise ?

Even when denied I believe some took it anyways .

Bcc's mark of success was how much cash they raised from the uniformed and when viewed versus the market cap they did amazingly well .

They even managed to sucker in a new director and got 500k out of him for the priviledge of getting to know and work with Hurton .

But don't worry baby as we wanna drill drill drill yah yah yah . We don't care who owns the lease or where we stick the drill as we'll get an exemption and an aces rebate , if we miss a deadline or 3 on a lease we'll just apply for a new one .

If the lease holders contest us we won't reveal the 3d thingy but wait a sec we just gotta stop blowing up those slimmy salmon fish things . That is until it gets to court where we'll tell shareholders that the current drill which we said was separated by a fault is infact not . But don't worry we are gunna contest the lost bonds and once again we got ACES . As for the local contractors we'll just put them on the never never and then contest their bills and then we'll get a new banker on obscene terms but we won't tell shareholders until after we default on the loans and we need to get another . But it doesn't matter as we wont tell our partner in off shore lease blah blah blah either and that we can't drill in winter and we'll get them to back date payment to us .

We decided after much negotiation to forgo those dud off shore leases anyways , what was it 15 mill plus ? Lurvvvv ACES lurvvvvv Alaskans .
Darn I hope Ralphies boys recover from that nasty bug going round Texas . We sure need an accurate acct of our reserves to milk the bankers as the last losers only gave us 20 mill and we need 10 hundred million to drill off shore , welcome EOS u remember the Gem banker ones who promised the world and had no money but now bcc doesnt either so who cares .

Oh woopsies we run out of cash again, are there any more Asians that will give us an unsecured loan ? Just keep it hush hush incase those silly billy shareholders wake up one morning and realize the loan is secured against another cash raising of sorts .
Don't stress though as we got a new shareholder and he won't mind lending us 5 mill after just throwing 20 mill into the cookie jar .
I guess we can convince him to do another ri and we'll then get a bigger and better loan for 500 hundred squillion this time.
That should mean we can get real staff and a bigger pay rise and someone that knows how to write up our asx release wiff no spealin mistakes and we might not have to keep putting out multiples to correct the one we put out yesterday.

So here we are , freakin kaput and suspended again . Could someone please make me a coffee as that new blighter of a shareholder woffler I mean call him not the dynamic Dynamo as he is sacked and oh woopsies the new shareholder liason man must want to get paid as he is not responding to emails along with Dynamo . So who makes the coffee now ?

I'm glad I'm not schizo as most wouldn't believe the above is even remotely possible .

gg
ps;the above is not meant to be a factual account of what has caused the mass blow up from a shareholders perspective . OR IS IT .

Theon has put up some interesting links U.T but what chance is there in getting bcc shareholders to agree on anything ? I'd say none but i do note that the conversations of late have been quite cordial with minimal moderations . Although that might be because the pump and dump brigade are living under a bridge somewhere .

"I take it that Davo and Tracker are nowhere to be seen?"

Correct Spats ,surprise surprise . The pumpers got wacked .

The scotch guy , whisky lol , has shown up several times in the last few days and has now changed his sentiment to hold , YEP HOLD from buy and now to None . He wrote off his holding ages ago before going fishing but still had it on buy until a few days ago .
I guess he can't change his sentiment to sell because it is not possible to sell wacko.gif

I succumed to a spot of weakness and posted my fundamental chart over the rd , the one I did to shut tracker up and all the rampers showing that even those not believing in a technical sell that there was now fundamental reasons to be a seller .

Careful U.T or they will put u in the naughty corner with PP . lol "cluster what "

"Can anyone explain to me in lay mans terms what happened to cause the sp to fall from around 7 cents a few months ago to the the debacle we find ourselves in today. It will help me greatly when I have to break the news to you know who when she asks " what happened"

Stuff me drunk , I forgot one of the reasons why I left over the rd . Noddy noddy and noddy just don't add up to shareholders who are willing to do some research and then many want to turn around and attack the very members that have tried to save them from losses .
One more noddy and I'm out .

I reckon ctn got it right or lucky in the final dump but note also they were net sellers since 21/10/13 .They were net buyers up until 17/10 and that was in the middle of when the crap started to hit the fan .

It would be interesting to calculate their losses but who gives a rats .

I would really like to hear a view from the pump and dump brigade like Davo , tracker2, toono etc now ?
I'm sure they can find a positive in the PDP'S or the blah blah blahs and the valuations based on some other obscure company .
Interesting how quiet they have become of late . .

Speaking of which I better shut my mouth up and focus on making a buck .

SS put up some interesting pics on K i N over the rd but there is stuff all depth in the stock and for traders just not worth taking a punt in the short term .
Bcc always had good liquidity but was a pig with gapping from obscure announcements . I got caught in the one a year or 2 back and gave up near all my profit .

Sorry about the format as my copy and paste just don't work so well on these releases and my broker is slow to get the release .

Can only guess but to me it means Meridian isn't going to throw them a life line .

For goodness sake management do a freakin deal with CIRI and the others and sell whatever is not bolted down , including spat's coffee machine , Burtons fleet of cars ,Off shore Texas etc etc . Get rid of half the management team and tell everyone else take 3 cents in the dollar for what we owe u or u will get nufffffffin .

Oh how I'd love to see the details of any contract he drew up for himself , wooopsies I mean the contract bcc drew up .
Not that it will matter if tomorrow is the death bell and I can't see how they can remain solvent especially with CIRI and now a dud spud .
There has been some interesting changing of wording in the CIRI case UT do u know if your mate Koala is still on the case ?
I know one or 2 others are investigating but I haven't followed it closely to really form a view .

It doesn't matter as he will just move onto the next one and the next one and then the next one .

Oh dear I hope gobbly gook isn't defamatory !!!!!!!!

"You have been suspended from Hotc for the following reason:

Private: you want your account suspended then so be it. the door is left ajar for you should you decide to reconcile your differences with HC at some future time
Public: asked to be suspended"

I still can't post over the rd U.T or I would start the ball rolling with the suggestion . The hard thing is to find enuff cash from s/holders to get the ball rolling .
I'm not a holder and I never made a loss on my total investment so I really have no right to join .
I was fortunate enuff to trade out of it but it meant doubling up and buying and selling to get back to a very small profit and I left a very good profit on the table as I traded it baddly and also fell for the spin .

But depends on what happens from here I may tip in some small cash if it helps and use some of the info I have and can remember to assist .

"They want there bond back too?

Bit cheeky there.."

Spats they said the same when they screwed up with S.C off shore lease .

It is called making a false and misleading statement to the market . They have made many false and misleading statements which opens the door to shareholders to _-_ -_ -_ _-_ -- -__ -- - - and get their money back but it may mean bankrupting those responsible for making the false statements [which there has been many]

of course only my view .

THIS IS NOT TRADING ADVICE .

I suggested some time ago that if it looks like the company will fail then a logical thing might be is to try and place your shares with another holder at a discount to the closing price of last Friday .

Some might still believe they can bounce back .lol

ONCE AGAIN THIS IS NOT TRADING ADVICE , but I have seen others do this as it could be a year before receivers make an announcement of a total loss meaning u can claim the loss on tax .

Trading holt subject to recapitalisation plans .

As per below , we are broke and unless we get a life line it is all over ??????????????

Meridian must only have borderline security with not knowing the outcome of KL so I'd suggest they will say no to a life line .
BCC will need atleast 20 mill cash in the bank to drill off shore and have just screwed up another 9 mill in cash in bare boat fees and storeage fees for the jur . So total debts that we are aware of will now be approaching 80 - 90 mill plus depending on other liabilities .

bugger and double bugger .

So in less than 12 months they lost Southern cross at a cost of over 15 mill , West eagle at a cost of near 10 mill . Had to sell cosmo and the jack up rig to cure a banking default . Kenai Loop is subject to so much legal eagle stuff which blows my mind and they are still subject to the Archer law suite and the sacked employee law suite .
But the positives are they are gunna try and get the bond money back yet they are 6 weeks over due in making 5000' by the end of January , implying they still owe the relevant dept . another 600k .

NOT ONE THING THIS COMPANY SAYS OR DOES MAKES SENSE .

how sad for current shareholders who have been taking for the biggest ride of their lives .

EDIT ; Now they are working with major shareholders and third parties regarding finance . IE; if u don't give us some money we are gone /broke/busted and u will get nothing .

9.4 mill to drill a dud plus loss of bonds etc .
I wonder if the DNR pulled the pin ?
or as per the release there was nuffin commercial there .

They can't focus on tynook deep because they have no money and spell it out very clearly at the bottom of the article " bucc will need to have access to additional capital in the short term in order to undertake the req. steps to repay Meriidian by 30/6/14 "

They can't access more funds because kl is all screwed up with CIRI and no one can work out the end game with that until the relevant courts declare what must happen .
They only have pompano /sword fish to sell now and fortunately gas is improving down sth but what is it worth ? they tried to sell it in the past and couldn't .

I feel for current shareholders but this must " almost " ring the death bell .

"as we near the endgame for buccaneer in cook inlet, my question is this: why wouldn't a responsible investor talk to the folks who live in cook inlet?

buccaneer has been the worst operator i have seen in 20 years - and that's saying a lot. they have repeatedly mislead local officials and the local people, cut corners, failed to pay local businesses, destroyed salmon habitat, etc. etc.

horrible we had a kid die in the mud truck accident, but everyone told them the road was unsafe. then days later a few fingers lost from a rig hand - not reported.

if alaska has any desire to enforce out basic rules, they will take the $1.2 m US bond from the west eagle default, declare the leases invalid, and never let another gamesman like burton into town again."

his post incase others try to have it removed . Guessing it is Bob and look at his qualifications as bcc took on the wrong guy ?

I wonder if the pump and dump brigade like toono , davo, caussie and the biggest of all WACKER2 would like to add there losses to the list below ?
NOPE they are off ramping other stocks to get back to break even . History rhymes but never repeats exactly so check out their trades . Poor Toono . NOT .
What those of us sitting on the sidelines need now is a clear sign of capitulation and the threads over the rd could be key . Wouldn't it be funny if W.eagle came up with the goods on the weekend .

GG

I actually dropped $60k and still have another 800,000 shares to dump.

Got out today with a massive loss, have to reassess a few things now. Hope Karma finds a few of those involved in this one,

But $12K still hurts a bit.

sold out this morning.. lost a total of 22 k!!!! this company is broke..

BTW. I'd take your 22k loss over mine any day matty. See you at Wet n' Wild.

You are lucky your missus and kids are still with you. This stock saw mine leave at about the 2.5 cent mark.

i think this is going belly up! the writing is on the wall if old mate can take a hit of 54000k i can take a small hit of 22k!!!

How long can we hold on for remember buying in at ....095 !!

Melua I don't know for sure but I also can't see how they can survive with CIRI issues and the fact they need extra cash in the short term so how do they raise that ?
Meridian and kov delayed debt are a HUGE barrier so if they don't roll over the debt which banker in there right mind would loan them funds into the future ?
It is a decision for Meridian now on whether they survive or not [I THINK ]

To those trying to make a legal case against management with what they have done and said in the past then consider this .

2/1/14 ASX ANNOUNCEment says Blue crest will pay 50 rig working days at cosmo over winter . EXTENDING from 16/11/13 to 15/4/2014 and same for 2015 and 2016 .
28/1/14 asx announcement says blue crest have agreed to use jur for 150 days of which 50 working days are over winter .

As mentioned I didn't believe this would happen and I told Blue crest this at the time .

BUT now look at the quarterlies and in particular page 8 ,item 4.9 " jack up rig revenue " a big FAT 0 [ZERO] .
So what bcc is telling us is the deal as mentioned in 2/1 and 28/1 asx releases has changed and instead of Blue crest being on the hook for winter drilling they have amended it to NO AS IN NO winter revenue .

One would think a proper and detailed contract of the sale would and should be delivered to shareholders BUT providing I am reading the details correctly what bcc have done and have a BAD habit of doing is writing CRAP in the marketing style spin but the truth is always in the detail . If u view the asx quarterlies and note the 0 fees for the jur over winter then bcc has infact told everyone that the earlier contracts have changed .

The reason I point this out is so that those trying to make a legal case against management had better get their facts correct as the truth in the detail may inhibit/STOP their case .

The concern I see here Melua is that there appears to be some large shareholders over the rd still holding stock .
Several of them could drive this thing down to near 0 although buyers always seem to appear from out of the wood work as well .
It is now very dangerous under 1 cent as each tick is a 10% loss and increasing with each tick as well .

Yep agreed . They even managed to fool some high ranking brokers and bankers not to mention - - [ come in spinner]

I hope everyone thinks carefully how they write their statements at present , some are still given director status .
Note to self here !

"I don't think the cash position has changed much as most of that money gone we never really had as it was left over from the asset sales to pay those very things listed. Thats why I questioned the amount mentioned in the last quarterly."

The trouble is UT , as I see it , with the updated figs delivered today we are not real sure how far along they are into the quarterly budget deficit of 6 mill ?

ie; they projected quarterly cash out flows of 15 mill against cash on hand at the start of the quarter of 9 mill yet were informed as of Jan 31 they had 28.9 mill which is now down to 5 mill ish with only some of the outgoings appearing in todays release ?
Has meridian been paid the quarterly interest amount up front or does it occur at the end of the quarter ?
I can't find payment details .
What about the other things in the quarterly that are presently not accounted for ?

So in brief there maybe a logical explanation with the majority of cash coming in at quarters end but I also note bcc saying they will need to raise cash in the short term so where is that ?

gg
ps; I really get totally confused in financials and am always of the view that if it is to hard to understand for the average joe like me then there is something not correct .

The concern must be 71k per day for the jur , 24k per day to meridian , legal costs for ciri, archer and whatever else . 10 mill still owed to kov .
So they have 50 days of cash left if aces doesn't come good in a hurry but they still have kl cash flow which hardly covers normal admin let alone the above .Plus they must drill another kl well in the next 10 ish months or screw up something else ?
Congrats to dynamo and squeeky , u nailed it guys . U sold 60 million worth of stuff and still have over 65 mill of debts and not enuff cash flow to last a few months especially if KL goes into escrow junk status .
But don't worry as Cosmo will surely pay for non drilling when they aren't allowed to drill and ACES of 100 squillion is due any day now .
What was it now ? Alaska has a floor of 7 bucks for gas [until it comes contract negotiation time ] and all the locals are cueing up to use the JUR and on shore rig which bcc bought then didn't buy and then left sitting at west eagle and Kl for x time frames .

I think I prefer the comment from some wally about EOS ; It has been rather entertaining stringing u guys along with the JUR and off shore contracts but please note we have no money and now u don't either , what a GEM of a deal . So who financed COSMO ? surely not GEM or Meridian ? now that would be twisted wouldn't it ?

Why do they give the market a financial update ? Is the company still in default ? I thought I read the default was cured with meridian ?
Looks like SC penalties were applied to the tune of 3.8 mill but like usual no clarification .

If folks are quick u may like to view motors post over the rd on NEN .
Don't forget A.S is non exex chairman and if share holders are in the dark re financials , which seems to be the case with much conjecture , one can only wonder how that relates to West eagle ? as it is now 13 days without an update .
" The company has not provided an estimate of how much is owing "
and the market cap now sits unders BCC's .

My call for 33 days down was wrong . Continuous spi made a lower low and daily only made a double bottom and cash made a higher bottom on day 23 . I wonder if 33 could still be relevant some how but probably wrong .

So it would appear from this that fractures have been encountered but whether they are productive will be key .

I also note that some times folks put out fairy tales to try and run a stock but I am not sure that is the case in the below instance as it didn't come from wacker , toono or davo and none got the info from the late great dynamo .

That doesn't make sense re shifting office to another location as the dynamo Deano would have to shift interstate !
It would appear the sydney office is no longer manned or womaned .lol It goes to Dynamos answering machine .
I wonder if they have set up mail redirection as well ?
Might be another question for Ronn with 2n's

Fair point UT but it lists Gallegos as a finance director . I thought he was removed completely as a director ? but I note he is not listed under board of directors . I'm not sure how this works .

"At least AS took his shares even though they were well out of the money as I am sure he could have weasled out if he really wanted to"

That statement tells me UT that he had no idea on what was about to transpire or he couldn't infact weasle out of taking them ?
I have no idea but I do note he is a director and is now as complicit in this whole freakin mess along with DG and CB . If he was a man of honour then he would of insisted W.E spud be announced to the market on the day it happened . He would also be insisting that the market is fully informed on progress .

I think we all may need to bombard mr market eye with emails so he is fully informed of how this company works . Trouble is he probably gets paid per email or per hr so it is not in shareholders interest to waist his time .

I'm not sure on the closing down of the Australian office as I thought I read from others that an australian entity must retain an aussie office and an investor relations advisor may not fit that mould ????
I can't see why some of the aussie directors could not fit this role which implies to me they have no freakin idea either .

Just a quick thought here on tonights announcement and wonder if it means Jay Morakis [mr slick youtube ] has got the flick ?

The implication is also that the other directors residing in AUSSIE have no freakin idea of what is going on and can't answer questions as the brains trust in Deano baby has gone .

gg
ps; Never ever forget that no news from the company is bad news , so how does that relate to W.Eagle and I always wondered if it was such a boom ,that they made it out to be, why were they so intent in flogging off the risk to others ?

Morn all ,

Wowww , Revilos post was a fantastic explanation of modern history . Here is hoping he can predict what will happen into the future as well as he can describe the past . Maybe we should employ him to push my red and black buttons as I get so lost in this stuff and it is very difficult to be time specific.

I must admit I wasn't aware that local councils , church groups and many others got suckered into this whole freakin mess of borrowing money to buy 3rd rate bonds , credit default thingies [cdo's] until a mate told me that a council in Melbourne had come undone with a big position . Shock horror .

I note that many have successfully sued the issuers and are still in the midst of untangling the mighty mess yet many markets have since boomed to new highs . The bankers are still being penalized heavily but that is probably insignificant to the bottom line as well .
Grrrrrrr and I have money with JPM in England for one of my accts but what happens going forward ? I got no idea .

ebear isn't this story about a year old ?
I vaguely remember reading this 6-12 months ago , I note this "During the second quarter of the year, Paulson’s hedge fund, Paulson & Co., dumped 14 million shares of JPMorgan Chase"

Being that we are in the 1st quarter now then the above can only be 2013 ?

"Would the Alaskan govt be so mean to pull the lease mid drill?? Can you spill the beans on aimtech GG?"

I believe or have been told aimtech is the drilling contractor .

Hi spats , I am not going to chase them up or call them and just put the suggestion out there for others if they want to take a punt on W.E .
If Curtis was not on the board and DG was removed completely then I may consider it . How it usually works, in my view, is best to have a connection with a contractor on site . That appears to be how it has worked in the past with guys releasing pics of gas flares or rig movement etc . Many details have been released to the press or on the IH web site in the past .

I don't know how the DNR will rule on W.E and can only guess BCC will be stung for the bonds and may have to lodge more cash . I don't know whether they would stop them mid drill but an agreement is an agreement until one party breaks the agreement . Bcc has broken many agreements although not that they would tell anyone .

I also don't know what constitutes insider trading when the public is well aware of the news before management decides to release the details to the market and the share price has either risen or fallen before the asx release .

stock maybe the drill legs have moved on the slab and they are trying to find a new location .

www.aimmtechnologies.com

I think someone needs to ring the above and see if W.E is still being drilled .
Lets not forget bcc lost 2 bonds on W.E but got them back on appeal and the new condition/time line of the new bonds is they spud WE by 1/12 and make depth of 5000 approx by end of Jan .Along with the bonds they face the loss of the x leases .
Surely bcc can appeal the decision but lets not forget they stuffed around at SCross lost the bonds once but were given an extension to Oct 2013 and screwed up again so goodbye S.C .
So what will the DNR do re WEST.EAGLE now ?

As per above I think a few ph calls to determine if it is currently drilling might reveal a clue or 2 .

Thanks U.T, I see what u are saying then .

We really should of kept or keep an exact time line of when things were discovered and when they actually happened incase it ends up in court . Similar to my share chart with events released during the decline .

If the company does fail and I hope it doesn't then those who are caught holding stock long could then form a case of misconduct / deception /failure to keep shareholders informed etc etc . Which is partly the reason I post dribble on this forum . I have also seen auditors taken to task in the past .

cheers gg
ps; I am in the process of doing the above on another matter and just recently found a deliberate omission of 9% in an acct . The intentional so called "mistake" was made by an acct and financial advisor .

"Another smoking gun was one of the legal documents we found around the 249D challenge that indicated that CB basically BEGGED a lender to support them otherwise the company would have folded and couldn't pay it's contractors. Again at the time of the actual event we knew we weren't exactly flush with cash but no one knew that we were a hairs breath away from administration."

Hey UT sorry to bring this over here but was it around the 249d challenge or was it talked about in the law suite between curtis and the sacked employee ? Remember the sacked employee got the new bankers to pay out the contractors and himself so as not to allow other management to get hold of the cash first and wasn't there a letter provided by the sacked guy to the court showing Curtis begging ?

Note the 10 minute pattern opening on dax and if tonight repeats it should be the last time as the previous sequence of multiple green bars lasted for 4 days . Guessing it will then revert to either 4 green or 4 red but who knows .

The glory of these intraday patterns mean close stops for the scalper . The negative is the patterns will and must change to catch the unwary . Plus the hard part with the first hr is the spread can be all over the place with low volume so u must be prepared to lob bids and sells into the depth which is against my rules of buy or sell stop trades .

I also note the first bar on each day was red then green and then red again implying tonight if it works will be a green 10 min bar but that might be taking the pattern a bit far .

Lets look at this way real quick before I get banged in europe again .

Do u really think AS knew about the non off shore drilling in winter ? it appears even Blue crest didn't .

Do u think AS would of subscribed for shares knowing EOS were a dud ? yep we gooses on sharescene picked that but the market was only informed 29/11 much time after the Sc debacle .

Do u think Meridian would of come on board initially knowing about EOS or Cosmo or 16% interest rates ? NONE of us knew that but am guessing the 3 amigos picked it up but did AS ?

Meridian had no option in the end but to put up another director to protect there rather large position .

So many questions will remain unanswered and only given enough time will the truth come out .

As spats and others have alluded to how much of A.S's subscription was part of a pay packet or indeed a company loan ?

All we know with this mob is when the details are not forthcoming or on time then something is NEVER QUITE RIGHT .
ie; W.Eagle needed to be at 5000 ' by end of Jan and it didn't make it so where is the explanation ?

LAST ONE .lol Do u think A.Stein would of come on board knowing bcc was at the risk of a loan default ? the obscene cost over runs on the jur ? or even about the CIRI issues ? or did he like many before him just fall for the smoothe talking marketing spin about what could be but while your here how about tipping in 500k to keep us in a pay packet .

Justsq please check the asx releases . I note that AS was put in on 6/9 and a share subscription was done on his appointment and the details were announced 3 days later .
I also note on the 6/9 Curtis and dean announced they will be subscribing as well but can't find the details like AS's 3 days later .
The 6/9 was only 11 days before the ultimate high on 17/9 and he was offered them at a discount to the current price .
As is an exec chairman of 2 other entities so to justify your comments justsq can u tell me how much time he spent in the back room looking over all the contracts ?
Maybe AS was really contracted to pay for the shares where as we know the others got away with not coming forward with the cash but i can bet yah if the share price hit 10 cents they would of bought them . ASX are so lame in how this all worked . Gallegos getting waivers and then getting the flick .

Moller came on board on the 2/7 which is more than 2 months before AS and done as some form of block against the 3 amigos or part of the reshuffle ? 2 months isn't the same time .

Meridian were given the option to appoint someone as were the Asians and guessing the 3 amigos were their right but when they departed they then found one of their own in Gavin Wilson ? Maybe they could of also appointed some one else straight away but cant be stuffed reading all that garbage again .

After the 3 sum left I note Gavin Wilson was appointed for Meridian on 4/12 .

The 3 amigos were on the board for around 6-7 weeks ; 2/7 - 20/8 and as noted they had 6 eyes not 2 and AS was only placed on the team after the 3 sum departed which once again was more than 8 weeks after Moller .

I also note most of them live overseas or interstate so guessing they made a mistake in listening to x directors and not doing their own research like I'm guessing the 3 sum did .

Sorry the above is confusing and long winded .

Justsq maybe Gallegos knew what was about to happen where as AS had not got round to reading every contract , bank statement , off shore drilling contract, lease commitment , kov liability , Jur statement, 16% interest rates plus penalties etc etc .
The 3 amigos had 6 sets of eyes and I can bet yah they did a lot of reading very quickly and departed soon as they saw enuff .
How unlike current management to not keep everyone informed of the good , bad and indifferent and especially new directors .
I'm surprised AS hasn't already left which implies to me he still doesn't get it all .

Hey all , thanks for your thoughts .

As shown a week or 3 back using xjo I have a short term bias to the downside but I guess I just got last night plain wrong with conflicting signals . I did do 5 long trades on Dax last night but for trivial money and for some reason I always battle on the sell side . Maybe I should use wider stops but every time I do that hundreds of euro losses turn into thousands .
I might have to go back to purely using my cfd accts to shrink my posi , which I hate doing as 80-90% of the time I use buy stop orders and the cfd heads milk me on entries and exits . I do note last night one or 2 of my dax future trades missed by half a point but my cfd stop orders can miss by a few points .

The greatest fear to me with this market is that one of my mirrors break and markets capitulate but the reality is a magnificent run last year may just have to result in a major consolidation, time wasting exercise as well .

A yukky wild night and I was plain wrong with the direction . As mentioned there were some conflicting signals on the direction but I still favoured longs . Only when it got back to just above the futures open on Dax as posted did I feel it was not going to be a good night .
I hope some made green on the move as I only got 4 trades out of it but tiny cash return and with huge risk .

Did anyone watch the match close on bcc ?

I have never seen such clear market maker style manipulation in the past as every change in the sell depth was met with a change in buy depth within 1 or 2 seconds and then occasionally the prices were adjusted at the exact same time . Now back to the magic line at 0.012 cents and now 17 across which implies 24 days flat but hard to know if the suspended days count here .

Take this at your own peril but it is worth noting that in the years ,2010,11,12,13 the first trade day of February has been a green day for the DAX , SP500, DOW .
The daily colours on most indices are alternating red green red etc . Tonight is the next green one .
The fact this Feb will be the 5th green Feb, if tonight works ,sort of implies it will do 7 as 3 is a normal number for things to work with 4 being an exception and once past that it implies to me that 7 will work .

As per above I will only focus on longs tonight but with dam close stops as if something left field happens the pattern traders will get slaughtered . It is hard to imagine the above working with Nikki and Singapore being big red days todays but the colours say a green night .

cheers gg
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?$spx 5 days of alternating colours
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?$dax not so clear with colours but tails at the bottom of bars
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/gallery.html?$indu 5 days of alternating colours

I should note that often when using alternating colours often the trend is reversed with 2 of the same colour implying if a low was happening here then tonight could infact be a red night and bring in a major low but the above evidence still points to tonight being a green night . I also note spi is only down 7 points as I speak from Fridays close [now 5136 ] and xjo down 4 points with 20 mins to go [ 8 in normal and another 11 after cash closes ]

A quick ps , the price action on pink sheets does not indicate any positive news on W.E . So does the fact they didn't make the depth in time mean they lose the lease on the W.Eagle site which may infact put bcc back into default with Meridian ?

When we are only given a fraction of the info necessary to make an informed decision it normally means it is not a pleasant outcome .
It was only after I pointed out to asx we got officaly told bcc had lost the bond of 600 k .
It was only after I pointed out to Blue crest that Cosmo was not allowed to drill during winter that we got an asx release 3 ? days later stating they are not allowed to drill and BC and bcc will appeal that decision and quite coincidentally I'm sure [NOT] the wording was changed in the bc to bcc agreement deleting the back payment to Nov of when bc would be on the hook for JUR costs .

What to believe and when to believe it is key .

I'm tired and over it .

Morn all , Your right PP as I sort of lost it along time ago .

Please note firstly that my response was to UT who asked the question about the 28.9 mill in cash after the quarter closed .
When my brain un fries I will try and work out those figs and the financials as well .

Worth noting as I said during the week each and every project should be a separate entity and recorded in the financials as such which would give us all a clear picture of what reality is .

What we do know is the jur is sitting in storeage and has not drilled anything since cosmo last year so where is the 6.4 mill in bare boat fees to kov ? yet we note items under section 1.3 pertaining to the jur .

So we can only guess items under section 1.2 are directly related to the bare boat fees ? and in partic a and b -5.4 mill and maybe -2.8 although I would hardly call paying bare boat fees development and I wouldn't call exploration and evaluation bare boat fees either .

So why aren't the bare boat fees under the section 1.3 ?

why aren't the lost bonds on SC and penalties clearly marked in the accts plus the loss of W.E bond ?

Maybe they are all mentioned in the apropriate place but I'm just to tired to see them .

I'll check back maybe on Sunday when the heads clearer as I am just not competent to understand B.S accounting stds .

I got no idea UT as it appeared to me on a quick flick that much of the big sales were too be accounted for in the next quarter which makes sense as they were done only a week ago .
Could there be some aces in that fig as well plus some left overs in the big sales ?

I don't understand how kov and associated crap comes out as a near 0 in the accts yet there was no off shore drilling in the quarter.

BCC quarterlies .
1; no mention of k4 or ciri issues , oh dear is it gone ?
2; West eagle only at 2500 feet and casing being run so they face the risk of losing it if not at 5000' by tomorrow morn aussie time
[maybe the locals will let them keep it being they spudded but the rules are the rules and at a min they should be down another 600k bond and may lose the leases and then possibly the 5 mill drill costs as well] twits
3; Oh I see they are gunna look at how to sue EOS ???? LOL eos has no money
4; So it is only the portfolio review that caused the withdrawl for Southern cross and NWCI leases . Not the fact they didn't spud them in time and not only lost the bonds again but had to pay other penalties as well [for the 2nd time grrrrrr]

Over to u guys who understand the bs numbers . yep I swore .

sdaji follow the link I posted as the writer gave out bcc's alaska " supposed " address which is obviously wrong but comes up with the cosmic restaurant . It was just a bit bizzare and in no way was it an apptitude test as most folks would of googled bccs homer address and found out the writer of the article put in the wrong address .lol sorry but I was feeling a bit left field .

I asked for my mornings post to be removed just incase it turned feral . Explanation also added in my last post .

Lets not forget Gallegos threatened over the rd with ????? and I also note if he did it publicly then I will bet u any money that others may of been threatened as well .

Please note I asked for my post and my post only to be removed . The implications and sarcasm used may give others the right but not the obligation , or so they would think , to be forthcoming with the truth but at the detriment of my hip pocket . biggrin.gif
now that makes census as I'm trying to get me wegal hat on incase up summing curt cases arm furfcuming .

Tanon what the stuff are u implying as I can't link x or x with assets and or other companies with the recent deals ?
Maybe your referring to the alaska team which bcc took over ? and since sacked ?
I can understand those that drink to much whisky and enjoy fishing but as per above I have no idea .

I dropped 50k approx in real cash back in 1990 era . Was up to around 98k at the market peak which was near a house purchase price in the burbs . It took years to recover and the moral of the story is never ever trust a friend, no matter how close or how rich he is , and always keep your friends and family separate from any financial transaction . BUT NEVER EVER EVER recommend someone else buy something as the crap end of town continues to fail and always will .

Over the rd has made a big mistake with folks having to declare their positions and many of them do so while doing the complete opposite to the unwary . Tis called pump and dump .

Time to keep ones eyes glued to bcgf for any leaks on West eagle .

The volume at present is still a bit lame but could be major if a duster or major find is discovered .

7 days after spud so normally holders would get an update but I note things are all up the creek at present and if it is a duster or very marginal well then the results will be slow to arrive .

Melua , toono was suckered into the DG spin like everyone else . I also hated his ramps and left field remarks and insider info directly from management but I still feel sorry for him as he was fooled like every other shareholder and banker on the register . Sometimes shareholders are blinded by their own greed as well and management now how to milk that . It is a lesson in marketing now look up CB's credentials .
