PMM must be rolling in cash since they haven't paid any dividends for some years. I was rather surprised that Cliffs did not use the creep provision to increase their holding; it has stayed at 80.5% all this time. I notice that the 9.39% buyback will not quite lift Cliffs over the 90%. Would this not be allowed under rules? Certainly this should flush out the small holders. After that Cliffs can do another TO offer and needs negotiate with only one of the remaining holders (or do it in reverse order). I have continued to read their reports and have noted that they tend to downplay their profitability every time whereas any other company would crow with achievement. Clearly not all shareholders are equal. Glad to note that you fellows are still around. Juke |

Yeah it did feel great !! At current prices I still think you might get a trade out of it but I also believe another second offer will happen very shortly from Cleveland and I think it will be pitched at the $4.40 - $4.60 mark !! |

Well I can gladly say I sold my 3000 shares for $5.10 a few weeks ago and for the first time in my share tarding life, (that goes back 10 years) I got the absolute highest price recorded for the share !!!...... You beauty !!!....
