BSA
In reply to: BSA on Monday 04/04/05 11:43am Well no huge break out, but got above resistance(only just) on increasing volume. A cup and handle of sorts(same psychology), with a projected target of 90c(if it can go on with it?) Cheers
BSA
QUOTE (BSA @ Monday 04/04/05 08:11pm) Still chugging along since break of 69c, touched 77c this morn http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif
yogi-in-oz
http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif Hi folks, ASL still ticking up slowly, even on a down-day for the markets generally ..... but, there will probably be some resistance about 79 cents and then a pullback to test support. Overhead resistance expected, about: 79 - 96 - 103 Downside support expected, around: 76 - 69 - 62 - 59 - 54 ==== Also, we have long time cycle targets, around these dates: 28 May 2005 31 July 2005 06 December 2005 happy trading all yogi P.S. ..... If ASL breaks above .79, in a strong run to (say) 1.03 ..... technically then, we might expect a pullback to about .75, around 10 June 05 http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif =====
yogi-in-oz
http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif Hi folks, As per previous post, ASL found resistance at 79, then subsequently bounced off support, at 59 cents. This weekend, we have a significant long cycle lining up for ASL, so we'll be watching for news over the next few trading days. ----- Also, we have long time cycle targets, around these dates: 28 May 2005 31 July 2005 06 December 2005 happy trading all yogi http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif
yogi-in-oz
http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif Hi folks, ASL ..... still shooting for 75 on 10th June, as a Gann-related 50% retracement of last downleg. After that, the current chart looks strong enough to breakout, with further targets at 80 and 96 by the end of July 2005. happy days yogi http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif
normc
You must be getting sick of talking to yourself here yogi http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif I'm more into FA, but interested in your TA views all the same. 04 NPAT was $4.0M First half 05 was $3.35 AMS (now 100% owned) recently won a US$25M contract in Ghana (over 3 years) 2c interim div paid 1st half. Should be at least repeated to 2nd half, giving a yield of almost 6% (about 70% franked) at current SP. Not much news from company, but last statements were pretty positive. Bought a few months back at av price of .57. I was considering selling, but will probably hold until full year results and have another look then. Not a lot of downside (unless there is bad news lurking we havn't heard yet) and the yield is reasonable and should underpin the price to some extent. yogi-in-oz
http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif Hi norm, Thanks for the overview on the ASL funnymentals. ASL fell short of our target by a few cents, at our target date earlier in June and has gone flat, since then. AVR, ASL and Stanley all seem to have secured steady contracts, so the industry is still quite robust, at present. BDL is probably the only poor performer, really. Will do some more analysis on ASL, later ..... happy days yogi http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif

Firky
In reply to: egun2002 on Thursday 12/01/06 07:29am Buyers were building for a few days while price remained stagnant. Good sign something is happening. Has also been recommended as weekly stock pick by The Inside Trader.
