PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

Allied Gold Limited (ALD) is a mineral exploration and evaluation company mainly

focused on the Red Dam Gold Project. ALD' aims to become a gold producer through

acquisition and development of gold properties in Western Australia.

THE RED DAM GOLD PROJECT: The Red Dam Project is located approximately 50km

north west of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. Deposits in this zone include

Kundana, White Foil, Frogs Leg, the ABC Line, Mungari East and Carbine. Since

acquiring the tenements in 2003, ALD has continued the exploration, focusing on

the Petrus Prospect, which was discovered in September 1988 when a RAB drill

intersected 12m @ 1.74g/t Au. Based on a drilling program conducted in February

2003, mineralisation has been interpreted to be offset by several post

mineralisation structures. The geometry of these structures and the effect that

they have on the continuity and distribution of the mineralisation is not fully

understood. The current interpretation will need to be tested by future drilling

programs.

MMPEU - GOLD TREATMENT PLANT: MMPEU, Mobile Mineral Processing & Evaluation Unit

, is a modular gold treatment Plant. ALD has investigated several opportunities

for the Plant, including selling the Plant as an operational unit, leasing the

Plant and vending the Plant into a project for equity.

NORD PACIFIC LIMITED: In December 2003, ALD and Nord Pacific Limited entered

into an agreement to merge the two companies through a scheme of arrangement. As

part of this agreement, the companies entered into a Credit Facility Agreement

whereby ALD should advance funds to Nord via a series of Convertible Notes.
