terrine
"AUSTRALIAN INVESTOR...Stockmarket News (HEG) Hill End finalises $1m placement 18-Mar Hill End Gold Limited have completed an excluded offer placement through WHI Securities of 4.6 million fully paid HEG shares at an issue price of 22 cents per share to raise over $1 million (before the costs of the issue). It is the intention of the Company to hold a General Meeting for shareholders in the near future to approve the issue of securities in excess of the 15 per cent limit over a 12 month period. The funds will be used for the exploration and development program on the Hill End properties, particularly the Red Hill and Clines Gully Project areas and for working capital. A drilling program for shallow mineralisation commenced during February over these areas. The first stage program of 48 reverse circulation holes for 3508 metres has now been completed with sample preparation and assaying in progress. A follow up reverse circulation drilling program will be undertaken, including some diamond drilling tails on the first stage holes. The Directors of Hill End have also implemented a Share Purchase Plan to allow all shareholders to subscribe for up to $5,000 worth of new shares at the same price as the placement without brokerage or other charges. Each of the Directors, who are also shareholders and, as such, are entitled to participate in the Plan, intend to participate in the Plan and increase their shareholding by taking shares in the offer"
terrine
asx announcement today gold recovery commenced and exploration with encouraging results..... "RC32 2.44g/t over 30 metres (from surface), including 4.60g/t over 13 metres and RC39 1.62g/t over 61 metres (from surface), including 12.69g/t over 4 metres.... A pronounced `nugget effect' is noted with the coarse gold mineralisation and final assays are showing an approximate 50% upgrade over preliminary assays. Final assays will be announced as available." good volume today r/peter

terrine
hello moneyman announcements all look good to me too, the shareprice performance has been lacklustre since the dilution. it looks good to me we just need a gold pour and whalla... r/peter
moneyman888
Those buys at .11 were smart?? That has got to be very close to asset backing level for this stock once you take into account capital raising, etc. Virtually no buyers at all for this one. moneyman888
What an interesting day for HEG, a big sell down but in dribs and drabs then last 15 mins of trade 200K traded and the price closes where it opened. VWAP ended at 12.6 though. Definately high risk play but from what is divulged through the company annoucements to date potential for very high return from this one.
