s4rx7
Range Valued at $7 per share!! http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif I think that may cause a run, dont you? Consort completed. The Sell side has been stripped by the opening volume, deep pockets at work here. Announcement out about Independant research report........Values the stock at $7 Lloyd Edwards-Jones Research Note Lloyd Edwards-Jones has made an attempt to value the Range Resources stock. Cautiously assuming a constant crude price of US$ 40/bl and a 10% discount rate whilst adopting the "most likely" geological scenario resulting from Conoco's work as endorsed by Range, we arrive, at this pre-exploration stage, at a post-consolidation (1 for 20) fair value of AUS$ 7.00 per share. I think we have a run coming. http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif

jaym
I would be interested if anyone cared to post what they thought the share price to option price should be rrs:rrso. I remember about a year or so ago someone posted a good one(maybe slayer) but now with the expire getting closer and the interest increased I'm curious what % of my position shold hold what(rrs or rrso) right now I'm a third rrs and two thirds rrso. Thanks
oceanmist
In reply to: jaym on Thursday 24/05/07 12:57pm the AIM LISTING DATE is the important aspect, if listing is before JULY 07 the options are good value , as on listing the share price of heads could be well over $2.00 with demand for stock that is tightly held. NO LISTING before OCT 07 there better be some other announcement, JV with major company ,or confirmation of mineral report, otherwise options are overpriced. 70 million dollars is what RRS miss out if options are not converted.????. drarthur
In reply to: s4rx7 on Thursday 24/05/07 11:06am interestingly the valuation does not include minerals but where's peru?
diana
I'd be guessing, but this does look like the nexus and probably the very last chance to buy in at this price level. I can't see any major impediments to the price rise we've all been waiting for. Negatives have been sweep away now. As you say oceanmist, the next macro effect will be the AIM listing. JMHO of course. http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/smile.gif R/Di
