I'll get the ball rolling with some factual info; http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/cool.gif

Friday evening (after market close) PDN anounced that the chairman (Mr Rick Wayne Crabb) dumped about $650,000 of PDN stock. An unusual move? I think so.

Let me refresh everyones memories with some more factual stuff, from a well informed holder, oh that's right me! http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/laughingsmiley.gif

Bartm, one of the connections is the Crabb connections through Zadnik-holdings (of YONO). Crabb (of PDN) is a director of Ottoman Energy ofwhich John Paul Zadnik (Zadnik Holdings) is also a director.

Bit of a boys club, and these guys are big-hitters.

"Mr Crabb is a former partner with the legal practice, Blakiston and Crabb. He holds degrees of Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Honours), Bachelor of Laws and Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. He has practised as a solicitor since 1980 and was previously a partner with a major law firm. He specialises in mining, corporate and commercial law. Mr Crabb is also a director of Port Bouvard Limited, Ashburton Minerals NL, Alcaston Mining NL, Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and Ottoman Energy Ltd." From Paladin Webpage.

Connection number two is,
"Mr Borshoff is a geologist who has been involved in the Australian exploration and mining industry for 33 years with 30 years uranium experience. Mr Borshoff worked for International Nickel and Canadian Superior Mining before joining a German mining group, Uranerz from 1976 to 1991. He became Chief Geologist/Exploration Manager during the period 1981-1986 and served as its chief executive from 1987 to mid 1991 when the German parent of Uranerz made the decision to close its Australian operations. Uranerz primary focus was for the search and development of uranium projects with the company operating extensively throughout Australia, North America and Africa."

Borshoff worked with CS-mining, linked with predessor of VENA and linked to RRS's DD-process, BEFORE April 2005. These guys were in bed before all the ASX-announcements . . . and l tell you these guys are good, leaders in their respective fields, and way too much effort for a 3month pump and dump . . . if you ask me.

I think in the next 12months RRS will do a PDN in terms of SP-movement . . . and I'm glad to be a part of it.

It is my opinion that there is a real possibility that Rick W Crabb, may be on his way to being a director of RRS. RRS needs some directors with veracity (balls!). It would obviously benefit RRS, but if Crabb bought a key-stake in RRS in addition to his exposure YONO . . . things could really happen.

Can someone confirm whether a WA-broker . . . (possibly connected to Crabb) purchased about 10.5M RRS in the last week?

RRS has now taken over management of the Somirelco (Corachapi) project, hence would be looking at securing some firepower to go ahead with these. An excellent candidate would be John Borshoff (MD of PDN) who has had experience with VENA (predecessor) and has been heavilly involved in Uranium-discovery/development.

Think about it;

Sure PDN still has some massive upside, but if you could secure a stake, score some elusive RRS-directors options by becoming a director and even a petty $100k investment will get a PDN-director very deep into RRS. The potential to magnify returns very rapidly (compared to PDN) assuming there is uranium ofcourse.

This may also explain why, if Corachapi indeed is the 'jewel in the crown', how RRS secured it in preference to PDN, because the PDN-directors could make more for themselves! Look at the histories of these guys, they are directors in a number of companies, and leap-frog to where the opportunity is the greatest!

Could anyone tell me whether some of Crabb's investment vehicles have an interest in RRS?, namely;

ATF Intermax Trust and

Sure just a conspiracy theory, but it is a possibility. A real possibility and answers a lot of questions!

Another connection is;

In 2003 Crabb was still a partner in Blakiston & Crabb and were the registered solicitors for GVM. During this time GVM acquired 2,650,000 shares and 1,325,000 options in RRS.

GVM then sold their holding in RRS for a profit of just over $70k!

This is another Crabb and RRS association, it appears there is a clear connection albeit distant (always through 3rd parties)!

Attached is a pic or Mr Borshoff

King Baz

http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/lmaosmiley.gif You funny bugger posting a picture of some poor homeless guy.

I have to say this board is becoming mighty funny.

Now i did say Im out which is true (actually I do hold 120,000 RRSO WHICH i DONT CONSIDER ANY VALUE), but I also mentioned I may take a punt on results being good I may just enter sometime today if the sp doesnt get to over heated as I said I would say if im re entering.

And my view still hasnt changed the performance of RRS is absolutely disgusting but still may be a punt just before assay results come in, maybe the management will be smart enough to bring in some known mining directors on board who can realy change things if Peru is any good.

If I enter its only as a absolute HIGH RISK PUNT http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/icon13.gif nothing more.

Best of luck everyone your results are not to far off http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/wink.gif

RRS running & no one posting???

I said earlier this morning I may enter but RRS took off to quick so im sitting back, & personally I dont like the selling on the options doesnt seem to be following RRS considering RRS has traded as high as .031 & the options struggled to trade at .01

Hi guys

Quick question:

If you are worried about why RRSO isnt moving along with RRS, why didnt you buy RRS? http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/unsure.gif

Either way,

At 3.1c RRS is up 14.81% for the day.

At 1c RRSO is up 25% for the day.

Hi Livas

Simple answer to that, a comon thing to do is dump the options before dumping the full paid, I was looking to buy mainly RRS but that shot off & what fully stopped me from buying was the options constantly being dumped, also there has been a massive seller from OPES unknow broker firm dumping alot of RRSO & RRS in the past week, so you have to be careful, just the way im taking it probaly will rise but would rather consider entering when the sp slows down,
