Hello forrest,

It simply means that they are in the process of raising capital from sophisticated (high net worth) and professional (institutional) investors. Bookbuild is the term used where 'book' is the amount they want and 'build' is simply the agreement of how many shares each will get. It is normal under these circumstances to call a trading halt, and especially prudent given the recent volatility in the share price. A cynic might think that institutional investors had manipulated the price downwards in preparation for such an event, had they been privy to advance information. http://www.sharescene.com/html/emoticons/ph34r.gif
