Pess to me it looks like Sandell have found someone to actually buy all the stock they hold and the warrants (which will need to be exercised first)


This could see a party end up with 200mil shares in PSD and PSD getting about 32mil from the conversion of these warrants.


You need to remember most of these warrants are currently out of the money
